2.The Summury of the Impact on the Children’s behavior in the Single Parent Family
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(12):-
From 2004 to 2005,In order to find the impact on the children`s behavoir in the one parent family, we selected the parents divorced family and the normal family to compare the behavior difference of 5-6 years old children from 45 families ,in them, 19 boys and 31 girls. In group one, 15 families, only the mother take care the children, In group two,15 families, Only the Father take care the children .In group three, only the Grand Parents take care the children, in Group four, we select 15 normal families`s Children. They have the similar ages, after checking in their expression, character and the intelligence, The average score of group1,2and 3 on expression is 138,the score of the group 4 is 195, the different ratio data (P
3.Research Progress on Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease during Pregnancy
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2014;(12):757-759
Gastroesophageal reflux disease( GERD)is a common gastrointestinal disorder during pregnancy. Several factors including decreased lower esophageal sphincter pressure, increased intra-abdominal pressure secondary to the enlarged gravid uterus and alteration in gastrointestinal motility have been linked to the pathogenesis of GERD. Diagnosis and treatment of diseases during pregnancy are unique. Life-style modifications are helpful for the majority of patients. When considering medical therapy,a step-up therapy from antacids,H2 receptor antagonists to proton pump inhibitors should be followed. In patients without a prior history of reflux, symptoms usually are relieved after delivery.
5.Experimental studies of angiocytotoxic therapy against growth and metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma
Chinese Journal of Digestion 2001;0(10):-
Objective The anti tumor and anti metastasis effects of angiocytotoxic therapy (TNP 470/Gemcitabine) were investigated using a model of human pancreatic carcinoma by surgical orthotopic implantation (SOI). Methods The SOI model was developed by suturing small pieces of SW1990 tumors into the tail of pancreas in nude mice. Twenty four male mice were randomly divided into control group, G100 group receiving 100 mg/kg Gemcitabine intraperitoneally injection on days 0,3,6 and 9 after transplantation, and T30 group receiving 30 mg/kg TNP 470 subcutaneous injection on alternate days for 8 weeks. Another thirty two male mice were randomly divided into control group, T15 group, G50 group and combination group (TNP 470 30 mg/kg+ Gemcitabine 50 mg/kg). Animals were sacrificed ten weeks after transplantation. Results G100 group had a significant inhibitory effect on tumor growth of pancreatic carcinoma compared to T30 group, while the metastasis of tumor was significantly inhibited by T30 group compared to G100 group. Neither G100 group nor T30 group showed a significant improvement on survival rate. T15 group and G50 group alone had no significant inhibitory effect on the tumor growth and its metastasis. Mean while a significant anti tumor, anti metastatic effect and a significant improvement on the survival rate were observed in combination group. The inhibitory effect of G50 group was enhanced by 2 times with T30, and 2/8 of the tumors bearing animals were cured by the combination therapy. The level of microvessel density in T30 group was significantly lower than that in T15 group and control group ( P
6.Clinical Analysis on 24 Children with Marfan Syndrome
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2004;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the differences of symptoms, physical signs and examinations in childhood and adult patients with Marfan syndrome. Methods Twenty-four children diagnosed as Marfan syndrome were investigated and evaluated synthetically in symptoms, physical signs and examinations. The positive rate of each item was analyzed to find the differences between childhood and adult patients. Results Among 24 patients, thorax and spinal deformity were found in 19 children(79%),leptosome type existed in 16 children(67%),dolichostenomelia was found in 15 children(63%).The dilation of the aortic sinus was detected in 16 children ((67%),)and the dilations of left ventricle and mitral regurgitation were found in 3 children(13%) with echocardiogram. Conclusions It is critical ascertain the abnormalities in cardiovascular system and give intervention, and it is expected to prolong the patients′ life by slowing down the changes in aortic walls.
7.Clinical and pathological characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma with family aggregation
Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1993;0(01):-

8.Relationship between Acute Pancreatitis and New-onset Diabetes
Chinese Journal of Gastroenterology 2015;(8):500-502
Pancreas is an integrated organ with both endocrine and exocrine functions. Insulin is secreted from the pancreas islet B cell and is the only hormone that could reduce blood sugar and play an important role in glucose homeostasis. Pancreatic disease can result in diabetes mellitus in some cases. Although acute pancreatitis is the most common disease of pancreas, the relationship between acute pancreatitis and new-onset diabetes has been ignored. However, many researches have shown recently that acute pancreatitis is associated with new-onset diabetes. Blood glucose monitoring is warranted for patients after acute pancreatitis with important significance.
9.Study on the training contents of palliative care using Ridit analysis
Chinese Journal of Nursing 2009;44(8):685-687
Objective To analyze the common and individual training needs of palliative care among nurses in different level hospitals. Methods The self-designed questionnaire about training needs of palliative care was used to investigate 340 nurses in different level hospitals. The data were analyzed by Ridit analysis method. Results There were 24 important items and 26 unimportant items in the common training needs. Regarding the individual training needs, the concept of palliative care, basic nursing care and bereavement support were preferred by the primary-level hospital nurzes, while the principles of palliative care, basic nursing care and pain management in secondary-level hospital nurses, radiotherapy and chemotherapy care and the ethical and moral problems in palliative care in third-level hospital nurses. Conclusion Different level hospital nurs-es have beth common and individual needs in the training contents of palliative care. Ridit analysis can distinguish the differ-ences and provide reference for the training.
10.STUDIES OF APOPTOSIS INDUCED IN MALIGNANT LYMPHOMA CELL LINES BY ARSENIC TRIOXIDE
Tumor 2001;(2):79-81
Objective To investigate the effects of a wide range of concentrations of As2O3 malignant lymphoma cell lines. Methods Cell apoptosis situation ,cellular DNA contents and bcl-2 protein expression were determined by cell stain, TdT-mediated dUTP Nick-end Labeling (TUNEL) and flow cytometry. Results 0.5 μmol/L~2.0 μmol/L As2O3 could inhibit Raji cell growth accompanied by the appearance of morphologic characteristics of apoptosis. Number of sub-G1 cells significantly increased and bcl-2 protein expression in Raji cells was significantly down-regulated assayed by flow cytometry. The relationship between bcl-2 protein and the concentrations of As2O3 showed a dose-and time-dependent effect; so did the number of sub-G1 cells. However, there was no effect of 0.5 μmol/L~4.0 μmol/L As2O3 on Jurkat cell. Conclusion It is found that As2O3 could significantly inhibit the growth of B lymphoma cell lines and induce their apoptosis.
