Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2015;(12):94-96
Objective To investigate effect of irinotecan combined with cisplatin on level of Bcl-2 and MACC1 protein in serum in patients with cervical cancer. Methods 92 cases of patients with cervical cancer surgery from department of gynaecology and obstetrics, the third People’s hospital of Nanchang were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.Control group was treated with paclitaxel therapy chemotherapy, treatment group were treated with irinotecan combined with cisplatin.Bcl-2 and MACC1 protein in serum were compared before and after the treatment. Results The level of Bcl-2 and MACC1 in both groups were not statistically significant pre-treatment;After treatment, the levels of Bcl-2 and MACC1protein in serum were decreased (P<0.05).Compared with control group post-treatment, the level of Bcl-2 and MACC1 protein in serum were lower in treatment group (P<0.05).During follow-up, death cases of treatment group and control group were 5 cases and 6 cases respectively, the survival rate of 89.13% and 86.96% respectively within the past six months(χ2 =0.103,P>0.05).Death cases of treatment group and control group were 4 cases and 12 cases respectively. the survival rate of 91.30% and 73.91% respectively within one year (χ2 =4.84, P <0.05 ) Conclusion Irinotecan combined with cisplatin in the treatment of cervical cancer in one year survival rate is higher, which may be related to the decrease of serum levels of Bcl-2 and MACC1 protein content.

7.Unilateral pedicle screw fixation combined with translaminar facet screw fixation versus bilateral pedicle screw fixation for lower lumbar degenerative diseases: a 2-year follow-up
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2017;21(19):2973-2979
BACKGROUND: Bilateral pedicle screw fixation combined with intervertebral decompression and fusion is a classic surgical approach in treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases, but it can cause ligament and other soft tissue damage of lumbar spine and degeneration of the adjacent segments. While translaminar facet screw fixation has its unique advantages.OBJECTIVE: To compare the clinical efficacy of unilateral pedicle screw fixation combined with translaminar facet screw fixation and bilateral pedicle screw fixation for lower lumbar degenerative diseases.METHODS: Forty-six patients with single-level lower lumbar degenerative disease were enrolled, and were then treated with bilateral pedicle screw fixation combined with intervertebral fusion (group A, n=24) or unilateral pedicle screw along with translaminar facet screw fixation and intervertebral fusion (group B, n=22). Afterwards, the clinical indexes and efficacy were compared between two groups.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) All operations were performed successfully. The length of incision, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative drainage volume and cost of hospitalization in the group B were significantly superior to those in the group A (P < 0.05). (2) There was no significant difference in the rate of fusion between two groups (P > 0.05). (3) The visual analogue scale and Japanese Orthopaedic Association scores in both groups at 1 week,3, 6, 12 and 24 months postoperatively were significantly improved compared with baseline (P < 0.05), but the scores had no significant differences between two groups (P > 0.05). (4) To conclude, unilateral pedicle screw fixation combined with translaminar facet screw fixation and bilateral pedicle screw fixation both exhibit satisfactory treatment outcomes, while the former holds little trauma, good stability, high fusion rate and less cost, which is a better choice for lower lumbar degenerative diseases.

China Pharmacist 2017;20(5):943-945
Objective: To research the comparability of water vapor transmission of laminated films for pharmaceutical packaging determined by different instruments, methods and experimental conditions to provide reference and advice for the related inspection personnel. Methods: The principle, test parameters, conditions and scope of application for the testing methods for water vapor transmission in the national standard (GB) and international standards (ISO, ASTM) were compared by using three kinds of instruments based on different testing principles. Results: Different temperature and humidity conditions had great influence on the results of the same instrument.Under the same temperature and humidity, the instrument with different principles had little influence on the test results. Conclusion: Testing personnel should regularly use the standard membrane to calibrate the instrument of the sensor method. The temperature and humidity should be strictly controlled during the test. They should take measurement accuracy, personnel operation and economic loss into consideration to select the suitable method.
9.Inhibition of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell proliferation by galactose receptor-mediated c-myc antisense oligonucleotide
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2000;0(11):-
AIM: To evaluate the inhibitory effect of galactose (Gal)-polyethyleneimine (PEI)-c-myc antisense oligodeoxynucleotide (ASODN) complex on proliferation of human hepatocellular carcinoma cells. METHODS: Human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line Bel-7402 was treated with Gal-PEI-ASODN complex. Cell proliferation was tested by trypan blue dye at different time points and with various concentrations of ASODN treatment. Cell morphology was observed under inverted microscope, cell hypodiploid percentage was analyzed by flow cytometry and cell ultrastructure was observed through electron microscopy. RESULTS: Compared with ASODN group (20 ?mol/L) from (0 h) to 96 h, Gal-PEI-ASODN complex (with ASODN 0.75 ?mol/L) significantly suppressed Bel-7402 cells proliferation, the ASODN concentration within Gal-PEI-ASODN complex and time course acquired were significantly lower and shorter, respectively. Incubated with pure ASODN at different concentrations for 72 hours, cell proliferation was inhibited and IC_(50) was 20.9 ?mol/L; while mediated with galactose receptor for 48 hours, ASODN significantly inhibited cell proliferation and IC_(50) was only 0.294 ?mol/L, the inhibitory efficacy of ASODN enhanced 70.9 folds. While Bel-7402 cells were incubated with Gal-PEI-ASODN complex for 48 hours, cell hypodiploid percentage was much higher than ASODN groups and cell apoptosis was seen under electron microscopy. CONCLUSIONS: Galactose receptor mediated ASODN delivery may significantly increase proliferation inhibition efficacy on Bel-7402 cells. [
