Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(08):-
Objective To study the effect of cellulase on the extraction rate of medlar total saccharide, considering three factors of temperature, time and quantity of cellulose. The best extracting condition was determined according to the require of sphere symmetry design. Methods Add cellulase liquid into the medlar slurry and determine the content of medlar total saccharide by DNS method. Result The extraction rate of medlar total saccharide was increased 1.66% by cellulase at temperature of 60 ℃, time of 300 s and cellulase volume of 5 mL. Conclusion Cellulase can promote the extraction rate of medlar total saccharide.
3.Effect of insulin combined with selenium on PI3K and GLUT4 expression in cellular signal transduction of skeletal muscle in diabetic rats
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2010;14(7):1213-1217
BACKGROUND: PI3K is a family of enzymes involved in insulin signal transductlon pathway, the abnormal expression of which would affect synthesis, secretion, and migration of GLUT4, therefore, results In increased blood sugar, eventually, leads to diabetes.OBJECTIVE: To discuss the effects of insulin combined with selenium on PI3K and GLUT4 expression in cellular signal transduction of skeletal musde in diabetic rats.METHODS: Sprague Dawley (SD) rats were randomly divided into the control, diabetic, insulin-treated diabetic, selenium-treated diabetic and combination administration groups. All rats were prepared for diabetic models by injecting 50 mg/kg Streptozocin exception of the control group. Rats in the control and diabetic groups ware free to food and water; in the insulin treatment group, rats were subcutaneous injected 1 U/(kg·d) insulin. Rats in the selenium treatment group ware treated with a dose of 180 pg/kg per day of sodium selenite dissolved in redistilled water by gavage; and in the combination administration were given both treatments for 4 successive weeks. The levels PI3K end GLUT4 in skeletal muscle were estimated using Western blotting and immunohistochemistry techniques.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Immunohietochemistral results were accordance to Western blotting results, which showed the combination of insulin and selenium can remarkable Increase the levels of PI3K in skeletal muscle and GLUT4 in skeletal muscle membrane fraction, therefore, enhance the insulin signal transduction pathway.
4.Comparative study on physician training system between China and the United States
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2013;(12):1278-1281
Graduate medical education, postgraduate medical education and continuing medi-cal education between China and the United States were compared in order to explore a better physi-cian training system of China. The physician training system of the United States has a series of ad-vantages such as strict access system, uniform training standard and closely linked among each stage, etc. We should make clear medical education standards and strengthen the cohesion between each stage, standardize the management mode and perfect the management system and promote regular as-sessment system.

Pigrnenled villonodular synovius in 10 cases, and aneurysmal bone cyst in 8 cases, altogether 563 cases. The study firstly presents the application and specific menifestation of US diagnosis in BSTI. In many aspects,US is superor to X-ray, CT and MRI in diagnosing BSTT. It provides a great deal of reliable basis for clinical diagnosis and. Treatment.

International Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2016;37(20):2847-2848,2851
Objective To retrospectively analyze of blood culture positive for adult patients with serum calcium concentration ,to understand the relationship between bloodstream infections in patients and serum calcium .Methods From January 2013 to July 2015 ,serum calcium (Ca) ,phosphorus (P) ,alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in 78 cases with the blood culture positive adult patients and 103 healthy subjects were detected and analyzed .Results The value of CA in adult patients was(1 .89 ± 0 .18) mmol/L ,healthy subjects while of that was (2 .23 ± 0 .23)mmol/L in healthy subjects ,There was statistically significant (P<0 .01) in two groups ;The P of patients was (1 .23 ± 0 .24)mmol/L ,which in healthy subjects was (1 .25 ± 0 .28)mmol/L ,There was no statistical differ‐ence (P>0 .05);ALP of patients was (78 ± 42)U/L ,which was (76 ± 40)U/L in healthy subjects .There was no statistical differ‐ence (P>0 .05) ,the r of Ca and P ,Ca and ALP were 0 .023 ,0 .023 respectively (P>0 .05) in patients ,while there were 0 .125 and 0 .132 (P<0 .05) in healthy subjects .Conclusion Calcium in serum of adult patients with blood culture positive might be reduced .
7.The study on the relation between omentin and coronary artery disease
Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2009;32(34):21-23
Objective To investigate the relation between omentin and coronary artery disease. Methods Eighty-eight eases were divided into 2 groups, coronary artery disease group (56 cases, includingacute coronary syndrome 28 cases and stable angina 28 cases), and non-coronary artery disease group (32cases). The plasma omentin levels were assayed by ELISA, and height, weight, blood pressure, totalcholesterol high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),lriglyeeride (TG), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein were detected. Results The plasma omentin level incoronary artery disease group [(33.4 + 6.4) μg/L] was lower than that in non-coronary artery disease group [(51.8 + 7.7) μg/L](P= 0.034). Logistic analysis showed that the decline of omentin was an independent risk factor of coronary artery disease (P=0.012). Conclusions The decline of omentin is an independent risk factor of coronary artery disease. The plasma omentin may contribute, in part, to the pathogenesis of coronary artery disease.
8.Several proteins involved in absorption of cholesterol in small intestine
Military Medical Sciences 2015;(6):472-475
Several proteins are involved in the absorption of cholesterol in small intestine.Niemann-Pick C1 like 1 (NPC1L1) mainly mediates the absorption of cholesterol, and acyl-coenzyme A ( CoA)∶cholesterol acyltransferase 2 (ACAT2) catalyzes the free cholesterol absorpted by intestine into cholesterol ester, while unesterified free cholesterol is secreted into intestinal lumen by ATP-binding cassette(ABC) transporters G5/G8(ABCG5/ABCG8).Transcription factor liver X receptor( LXR) plays an important role in the process of intestinal cholesterol absorption. The research progress in NPC1L1,ABCG5/ABCG8,ACAT2 and LXR is reviewed in this article.
9.Soluble ST2 and its prospects of clinical application in cardiovascular disease
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2014;37(12):969-972
Soluble ST2 (sST2) is a decoy receptor of IL-33 in blood.sST2and ST2L (receptor on cell membrane) seem to be markedly induced in mechanically overloaded cardiac myocytes, especially the expression of sST2.A large number of sST2 bind IL-33 thus subtracting IL-33 from the interaction with ST2L,potentially attenuating the cardioprotective effects of IL-33/ST2L pathway.Recently,sST2 has emerged as a novel for heart failure biomarker.Though sST2 was a less robust marker for the diagnosis of heart failure than NT-proBNP,it has been implicated in the prognostication of patients with acute dyspnea, acute or chronic heart failure and myocardial infarction, with particular value for mid-and long-term prognosis. However, further studies are needed in order to better point out the evidence for a routine use of sST2 evaluation in patients suffering from cardiovascular diseases.
