ObjectiveTo observe the effect of nursing interventions on improvement of psychological actions and quality of life of patients with Alzheimer disease. Methods50 patients with senile dementia diagnosed in our hospital were chosen. They were divided into the observation group and the control group with 25 patients in each group. All patients were taken with AD routine nursing care after admission. The observation group was taken with rehabilitation nursing interventions based on AD routine nursing care. The mini-mental state examination (MMSE)and the daily life ability scale (ADL)were used to evaluate the quality of life after nursing intervention. ResultsThe patients' MMSE score in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. The ADL score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant. ConclusionsThe use of integrated care intervention can significantly improve the cognitive function in AD patients, and improve daily living ability and quality of life significantly.

Objective To evaluate the effect of diets rich in Ruditapes philippinarum on the development of atherosclerosis. Methods The rabbits were fed with normal forage or high lipid diet with a daily supplement of Ruditapes philippinarum for 8 weeks respectively. Serum lipid, the area of atherosclerotic plaque and IMT were analysed. Results Compared with control group, serum lipid profiles didn't change obviously and atherosclerotic lesion was not observed in group fed with a supplement of RP. Compared with model group, the concentration of serum TC, TG and LDL C/HDL C decreased significantly, while the concentration of serum HDL C increased significantly in group fed with high lipid forage and a supplement of RP (p

Cellulase system contains a series of complex components. There are still some problems remained unclear in cellulase and its mechanism of hydrolyzing lignocellulosic materials and its hydrolysis kinetics,so profound study is needed. The rapid development of many kinds of new interdiscipline such as biochemistry, molecular biology and gene engineering, has further clarified the structure and function of cellulase, and the relationshi Pof its gene expression and regulation, and furthermore resulted in derivative study methods about cellulase in more aspects.Cellulase system components according to synergistic catalytic mode and the sequence of the homology amino acids similarity, summarizes traditional detection methods of enzyme components, and emphasizes on research progress of various biosensors applied in detection of cellulase activity and gene expression was introduced.

Objective Vascular mild cognitive impairment(VaMCI) refers to mild cognitive impairment caused by or associated with vascular causes. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of the cognitive impairment in patients with vascular mild cognitive impairment (VaMCI).Methods Seventy-five patients with VaMCI(VaMCI group) and 38 healthy old subjects whose age, sex and education level match the VaMCI group patients(control group) were recruited from the department of Neurology, Beijing Chaoyang Hospital, Capital Medical University between Jan 2016 and June 2016.The neuropsychological examinations were used to evaluate the severity of cognitive impairment, specifically including the Minimum Mental State Examination(MMSE), Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA), Clinical Dementia Rating(CDR), Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL), Hachinski ischemic score table, Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and Auditory Verbal Learning Test(AVLT).The Fazekas scale was used to assess the severity of white matter lesions, and the medial temporal lobe atrophy rating scale(MTA) was used to evaluate the atrophic severity of medial temporal lobe. Results The overall cognitive function score in VaMCI group was significantly lower than the control group [MMSE [25.7±2.3 vs 28.4±2.0] MoCA [22.8±3.9 vs 26.3±3.7]], the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05);as well as the AVLT-I [5.1±1.0 vs 8.9±1.9], AVLT-D [3.7±1.0 vs 9.8±1.5] and AVLT-R [7.6±1.9 vs 12±1.5] scores in VaMCI group was significantly lower than the control group, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05), which suggested patients with VaMCI have overall cognitive impairment, especially memory impairment. But Fazekas and MTA scores in VaMCI groups were higher than the control group, the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the scale of medial temporal lobe atrophy had a negative relationship with the performance of MoCA (r=-0.434,P=0.002).Conclusion Our findings demonstrate patients with VaMCI have significant cognitive impairment, especially memory impairment, which may be correlated to the severity of the white matter lesions and the medial temporal lobe atrophy.

Objective To investigate the effects of controlled hypotension induced with sodium nitroprusside (SNP) or nicardipine on hemodynamics during hip operation and postoperative hepatic and renal function. Methods Twenty ASA Ⅰ or Ⅱ patients aged 20-70 yrs weighing 50-80 kg scheduled for total hip replacement or open reduction and internal fixation of fracture of acetabulum were randomized to receive either SNP (group Ⅰ ) or nicardipine (group Ⅱ ) for induced hypotension during operation. Each group included 10 patients. Radial artery and right internal jugular vein were cannulated for BP and CVP monitoring. The probe of Hemo-Sonic ?100 esophageal supersonic hemodynamic monitor (Arrow U.S.A) was placed in the esophagus and fixed when best signal was obtained. ECG, hemodynamics including MAP, HR, CVP, CO and other parameters, SpO2 and PetCO2 were continuously monitored. Anesthesia was induced with propofol 2 mg?kg-1 , fentanyl 2-3 ?g? kg-1 and vecuronium 0.1 mg?kg-1 and maintained with 1.5% isoflurane and continuous infusion of propofol ( at 4-6 mg?kg-1 ?h-1 ) and intermittent i.v. boluses of vecuronium after tracheal intubation. MAP was reduced to 55-65 mm Hg with SNP (at a rate of 0.5-8.0 ?g?kg-1?min-1 ) or nicardipine (at 1.0-8.0 ?g?kg-1 ?min-1 ) . Intraoperative blood loss and blood transfusion and postoperative drainage from the wound were measured and recorded.Hemodynamic parameters were recorded before hypotension and 15, 30 and 60 min after start of induced hypotension and 15 and 30 min after recovery from hypotension. Hepatic and renal functions were measured before and after operation using total bilirubin, AST, ALT, BUN and creatinine. Results The two groups were comparable with respect to sex ratio (M/F) , age, height, body weight, duration of induced hypotension and operation. MAP and systemic vascular resistance (SVR) were significantly reduced and tachycardia developed during hypotension in both groups. The left ventricular ejection time was significantly prolonged and aortic blood flow (ABF) and cardiac output (CO) were significantly increased and CVP was lowered during hypotension as compared to the baseline values in SNP group. BUN was significantly reduced after operation ( P
