Objective　To investigate the effects of a wide range of concentrations of As2O3 malignant lymphoma cell lines. Methods　Cell apoptosis situation ,cellular DNA contents and bcl-2 protein expression were determined by cell stain, TdT-mediated dUTP Nick-end Labeling (TUNEL) and flow cytometry. Results　0.5 μmol/L～2.0 μmol/L As2O3 could inhibit Raji cell growth accompanied by the appearance of morphologic characteristics of apoptosis. Number of sub-G1 cells significantly increased and bcl-2 protein expression in Raji cells was significantly down-regulated assayed by flow cytometry. The relationship between bcl-2 protein and the concentrations of As2O3 showed a dose-and time-dependent effect; so did the number of sub-G1 cells. However, there was no effect of 0.5 μmol/L～4.0 μmol/L As2O3 on Jurkat cell.Conclusion　It is found that As2O3 could significantly inhibit the growth of B lymphoma cell lines and induce their apoptosis.

OBJECTIVE:To prepare andrographolide phospholipid compound,optimize its formulation technology and charac-terizeit. METHODS:Andrographolide phospholipid compound was prepared with solvent method. Using compound rate as index, the effects of reaction solvent,reaction time,reaction temperature,drug concentration,the ratio of reactants and other single fac-tors on compound rate were investigated. The ratio of reactants,reaction temperature and drug concentration were optimized by or-thogonal test and validated. The dissolubilities of andrographolide,andrographolide phospholipid physical mixture and androgra-pholide phospholipid compound in water,soybean oil and Lauroglycol FCC were compared and characterized with UV and DSC. RESULTS:The optimal preparation technology was tetrahydrofuran as reaction solvent,reaction time of 4 h,reaction temperature of 50 ℃,drug concentration of 10 mg/ml,ratio of andrographolide to phospholipid 1:3. The compound rate of andrographolide phospholipid compound was 83.2%(n=3). Compared with raw material and physical mixture,phospholipid compound significant-ly improved the dissolubility of andrographolide in water,soybean oil and Lauroglycol FCC. UV and DSC showed that compound had been prepared. CONCLUSIONS:Andrographolide phospholipid compound is prepared successfully.

Objective To investigate the correlation between apolipoprotein E (ApoE)polymorphisms and cerebral infarction in Dali Bai populations in Yunnan province.Methods A total of 40 Dali Bai patients with cerebral infarction (female.23,male 17) and 43 Dali Bai normal controls (female 18,male 25) were included in the study.Polymerase chain reactionrestriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) analysis was used to detect APoE genotype,meanwhile the lipid levels were detected,and finally,ApoE gene sequencing was conducted.The correlation between the APoE gene polymorphism and the types of cerebral infarction were further studied.Results The frequencies of genotype ε3/ε4 (22.5% vs.4.7%,P ＜0.05) and ε4 (12.5% vs.3.5%,P ＜0.05) in the Dali Bai cerebral infarction group were significantly higher than those in Dali Bai normal control group,and the frequencies of genotype

Objective This research is to observe the treatment effects of hip bath and oxygen blowing on severe neonatal diaper rash.Methods 289 neonates with severe diaper rash were randomly divided into three groups.91 cases in the flat tube group,102 cases in the round tube group and 96 cases in the control group.Three groups of neonates were cleaned on the hips and perineuma after poops and then dried with wet tissues and Mupirocin Ointment.The control group was treated with the above-mentioned method.The oxygen blowing groups were treated with hip bath of 1:5000 chameleon solution twice a day.Blowing the hips with oxygen five minutes every time after hip bath.The method of blowing oxygen was that oxygen humidifying containers as normal oxygen aspiration facilities was not filled with water,whose oxygen flowing volume standed at 10 L/min and whose tube blew at the afflicted parts until being dry.The oxygen blower held the oxygen exit and blowed at the afflicted parts in the round tube group and the oxygen blower flattened the oxygen exit and blew at the afflicted parts in the fiat tube group.The treatment effects will be compared among the three groups four days later.Results The cure period of the round tube group was obviously shorter than that of the control group,and the cure period of the fiat tube group was remarkably shorter than that of the round tube group.The total effective rate in the round tube group was obviously higher than that of the control group and the total effective rate in the fiat tube group was obviously higher than that in the round tube group.The difference had a statistical significance.Conclusions The treatment effects for the severe neonatal diaper rash with hip bath and oxygen blowing are remarkable and the oxygen blowing effects with fiat tubes are better than those with round tubes.

Objective To compare the efficacy and complications of the two surgical methods (between type Ⅰ hysterectomy and type Ⅱ hysterectomy),and to explore the feasibility of type Ⅰ hysterectomy in stage ⅠA cervical cancer.Methods The study group,92 cases(48 cases of stage ⅠA1,44 cases of stage ⅠA2) were performed with type Ⅰ hysterectomy plus selective pelvic lymph node dissection;the control group,93 cases (49 cases of stage ⅠA1,44 cases of ⅠA2) were performed with type Ⅱ hysterectomy plus selective pelvic lymph node dissection.Results The survival rate of 5 years and 10 years in study group were 100 ％ (92/92),100 ％ (74/74) and that in control group were 100 ％ (93/93),100 ％(66/66),respectively.There were no signicant difference between the two group (both P ＞ 0.05).When compared with the control group,the urinary tract infection of the study group was significantly reduced (0 versus 13.99 ％,P ＜ 0.05).Moreover,there were a shorter surgical duration [(96.14±17.20) min vs (116.82±16.30) min].The hemorrhage [(117.35±39.61) ml] and blood transfusion (0 ml) in study group was less common than those in control group [(201.74±46.25) ml,(82.07±16.32) ml] (all P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion There are no difference of 5-year and l0-year survival rate in stage ⅠA patients with type Ⅰ or type Ⅱ hysterectomy,however,the rate of the postoperative urinary tract infection in the former is lower than that in the latter,and also there are a shorter surgical duration,less hemorrhage and reduced blood transfusion requirements in study group.Therefore,type Ⅰ hysterectomy can be effective and applicable for the patients of stage ⅠA cervical cancer.

Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of anal electrical stimulation (AES) with long pulses on anal sphincter pressure (ASP) in conscious dogs.Methods Nine healthy female hound dogs were used for the study,composed of 4 randomized sessions including AES with vari- ous stimulation parameters,20-min sustained AES to assess anal sphincter fatigue,atropine or phentolamine were used to block corresponding receptor.ASP was measured with manometry and the contractile area under the contraction curve.AES was performed via a pair of ring electrodes attached to the manometric catheter.The stimulation parameters in all sessions but the first session included a frequency of 20 ppm,width of 200 ms and amplitude of 3 mA.Results ASP was 55.7?6.0 at baseline and increased by 37% to 76.4?6.5 during AES (P

Objective To observe the effect of yang-supplementing moxibustion in improving the muscular spasm, motor function, and activities of daily living (ADL) of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Method Totally 120 patients with post-stroke limb spasm due to qi deficiency and blood stagnation were randomized into group A, B, and C, 40 cases in each group. Group C was intervened by conventional treatment, group A was by yang-supplementing moxibustion in addition to the conventional treatment, and group B was by fire therapy in addition to the conventional treatment. The modified Ashworth Scale (MAS), Fugl-Meyer Scale (FMS), and Barthel Index (BI) were observed before and after intervention.Result Respectively after 1-month and 2-month treatment, the MAS, FMS, and BI scores were significantly different from that before intervention in the 3 groups (P<0.01). After 1-month and 2-month treatment, the MAS, FMS, and BI scores in group A were significantly different from that in group B and group C (P<0.05), and the scores in group B were significantly different from that in group C (P<0.05).Conclusion Yang-supplementing moxibustion can effectively improve the post-stroke limb spasm, and can promote the recovery of motor function.

To explore the clinical application value of 3-dimensional and multiplane reconstruction with MSCT in diagnosing costal cartilage trauma. Totally 19 cases with costal cartilage trauma underwent MSCT 5 mm scanning and 0.625 mm reconstruction, and then went through three-dimensional and multiplane reconstruction. The ac-quired data were transmitted to the computer workstation through the network, and then three-reconstruction was per-formed with the software on AW4.3 platform. There were all 32 costal cartilage fractures in the 19 patients in-volving 15 cases with rib fracture, which included 2 cases and 3 fractures at the chondrosternal junction, 13 cases and 25 fractures in the middle of the costal cartilage, 4 cases and 4 fractures at the junction between costal cartilage and rib. Three-dimensional reconstruction with spiral CT could display clearly the location and number of costal cartilage frac-tures. Three-dimensional and multiplane reconstruction shows clearly the fracture and displacement of the costal cartilage, and the combination of MRP, MIR and VR may contribute to the diagnosis and clinical planning of the costal cartilage fracture.
