1.Disposal of Essential Oil During Preparation Process of Solid Preparations Containing Ligusticum Chuanxiong and Angelica Dahurica
China Pharmacy 2001;0(12):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the disposal of essential oil in the preparation process of solid preparations containing Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica dahurica.METHODS:Based on pertinent literature in recent years, the disposal of essential oil in the preparation process of solid preparations containing Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica dahurica was discussed from aspects of chemical components, pharmacology and extraction process etc.RESULTS & CONCLUSION:It is necessary to combine research on preparation process with the pharmacological effect and pharmacodynamic action, and to formulate effective measures to control quality of the essential oil during the whole preparation process to facilitate a solution for the disposal of essential oil.
2.The Peculiarity and Countermeasure of Medical Students' Innovative Diagnosis
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
Medicine is a comprehensive discipline.Under the new situation, medical students are required to have integral knowledge and whole view. This article aims at evaluating the necessity of diagnosis and discusses the defects, causes and strategy in this respect.
3.Primary analysis of family investigation of congenital heart disease in Chongqing
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
Objective:To investigate the family history of congenital heart disease (CHD) in Chogqing for studying the genetic relation of CHD families. Methods:The materials were collected from the population survey about families with more than one members being CHD patients. Map pedigrees for high-risk families were made. The probands and the first and second grade relatives were asked to fill in questionnaires and the high-risk families were analyzed. Results:In the survey of 4387 families, there were 21 high-risk families in which the disease types of the relative patients were inconsistent with those of the probands, the coincidence being 33.33%(7/121).The incidence rates of the first and second grade relatives were 16.49%(16/78),1.89%(5/265) respectively and their difference was significant ( ? 2=27.73, P
4.Course design of‘Medical English Watching,Listening and Speaking' and construction of teacher staff
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
Teachers'quality is an essential factor to improve teaching, and nowadays, lack of medical English teachers has become a serious problem many medical colleges have to deal with in our country. While designing the cours "eMedical English Watching,Listening and Speaking" ,English teachers, relying on their advantages of oral communication in English, can learn more basic medical theories and knowledge, and can gradually be trained as qualified medical English teachers after several years'teaching practice.
5.Progress on DAB2IP gene
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 2011;27(7):1445-1449
Human DAB2 interaction protein (DAB2IP) is a novel member of Ras GTPase-activating protein family. It interacts directly with disabled-2 protein (DAB2/DOC2) which suppresses growth of cancers derived from different tissues, including mammary, prostate and ovarian cancers. DAB2IP was identified as an immediate downstream effector mediated by DAB2/DOC2. DAB2IP and DAB2/DOC2 form a unique protein complex that has a negative regulatory effect on the Ras-mediated signal pathway. It is demonstrated that DAB2IP is a tumor suppressor gene inactivated by methylation in several cancers. This article reviews the structure and biological functions of DAB2IP gene as well as its potential roles in carcinogenesis and evolution.
7.Analysis of the compliance of defecation function training of patients with ultra-low rectal cancer ;after intersphincteric resection
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2016;32(24):1863-1866
Objective To analyze the compliance of defecation function training of patients with ultra- low rectal cancer after intersphincteric resection and the influencing factors. And therefore to provide theoretical reference for the problems and nursing management of training. Methods The study was a reviewing trial. The enterostomal therapist educated patients with ultra-low rectal cancer after intersphincteric resection. Research used the basic information questionnaire, compliance evaluation of defecation function training, defecation diary and Fecal Incontinence Quality of Life Questionnaire as research instruments. And statistical analysis was used to acquired data. Results The score of the defecation function training compliance was (67.67 ± 5.28) points; Anal function and the fecal incontinence quality of life was in negative correlation with the compliance; At 9 and 12 months, anal function of patients who had good compliance were obviously improved (P < 0.05). Factors such as complications, internal sphincterotomy, operation, degree of education, pathologic stage, payment of medical expenses were related to the compliance (P < 0.05 or 0.01); The correlation analysis demonstrated that the compliance decreased with time. Conclusions The compliance of defecation function training of patients is related to anal function and the fecal incontinence quality of life. A effective training program and follow- up appointment is very important. Nurses should provide psychological counseling and health education for them to boost confidence improve quality of life.
8.Role of PI3 K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway in hepatocellular carcinoma
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2014;30(9):954-957
Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase,Akt,and the mammalian target of rapamycin (PI3K/Akt/mTOR)signaling pathway is shown to play a key role in the tumorigenesis, proliferation, metastasis, apoptosis, and angiogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)by regulating gene expression. The components and functions of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway are briefly described, and the research advances in the action mechanism of PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway in the progression of HCC and related inhibitors are reviewed. It is disclosed that blocking the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway may become a new therapy for HCC.
9.Clinical application of safflower yellow in treatment of cardiovascular and cerebral vessels diseases
Journal of Medical Postgraduates 2015;(5):557-560
Safflower Yellow is the essential component of Chinese traditional medicine Carthamus tinctorius with the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis .Clinical studies have found its obvious curative effect in cardiovascular and cere -bral vascular diseases .Clinical treatment of angina , hyperlipidemia , cerebral infraction and arterial type cervical spondylosis in recent years was reviewed , which can provide references for treatment of cardiovascular diseases with Safflower Yellow .
10.Genetic basis and risk stratication of multiple myeloma
Journal of Leukemia & Lymphoma 2013;22(1):32-34
Multiple myeloma (MM) is a heterogeneous disease. The prognosis of MM varied a lot among different patients. One of the main basis of risk stratification is genetic abnormality, which including the number or structure anomaly of chromosomes, genetic aberrations, signaling pathway disorders and epigenetic changes. The risk stratification is being revised with the development of FISH,gene-expression profiling and next-generation sequencing. These combined approaches would hopefully transform the current one-for-all care into a more tailored, individual therapeutic strategy for MM patients and would finally improve their quality of lives.
