1.The Relationship of C-Reactive Protein and Prognosis of Acute Coronary Syndrome
Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(06):-
Objective To discuss the relationship between C-reactive protein and prognosis of acute coronary syndrome. Methods C-reactive protein of 60 acute coronary syndrome patients was evaluated. The individuals were divided into two groups:One group with higher CRP level and another group with normal CRP level. The following-up duration was 6 months. After correct therapy, the morbidity of re-angina, arrhythmia, heart failure, re-infarction and cardiac death was compared. Results The morbidity of re-angina, arrhythmia, heart failure, re-infarction, cardiac death was 46.3%(19/41), 43.9%(18/41),9.76%(4/41),22.0%(9/41),7.32%(3/41)respectively in higher CRP level group; The morbidity of re-angina, arrhythmia, heart failure, re-infarction was 15.8%(3/19),10.5%(2/19), 5.3%(1/19),5.3%(1/19)respectively in normal CRP group and there was no cardiac death accident. There was significant different between the two groups. Conclusions CRP plays an important role in the onset of acute coronary syndrome, and its level is related with the higher morbidity of re-angina, arrhythmia, heart failure, re-infarction and cardiac death.
2.Analysis of risk factors for in-stent stenosis in elderly patients with coronary heart disease
Chinese Journal of Geriatrics 2014;33(6):591-593
Objective To explore the risk factors for in stent stenosis (ISR) in coronary artery disease in elderly patients undergoing postoperative percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods We chose 418 cases undergoing PCI in our hospital. There were 263 males and 156 females, aged from 60 to 79 years, average (71.3--8.9)years in this study.Under the same conditions of treatment strategies,we collected all possible risk factors for ISR in patients undergoing postoperative PCI,and statistics were analyzed. Results All patients were rechecked at 1 year after PCI.104 cases (24.9%) occurred ISR,and 314 cases (75.1%) were diagnosed without ISR.Multiple logistic analysis showed that, and sex had little effect on ISR incidence (P>0.05).Body mass index(OR=9.54,95%CI:6.542~32.154,P=0.002),smoking history(OR=26.01,95%CI:5.532~122.238,P=0.000),hypertension(OR=15.72,95%CI:3.240~76.026,P=0.001),diabetes mellitus(OR=11.98,95%CI2.667~53.835,P=0.001),history of high cholesterol(OR=8.98,8,95%CI2.164~37.283,P=0.003),exercise time (OR 5.63,8,95 % CI2.004 ~ 25.385,P=0.013)had positive correlations with ISR incidence. Conclusions Effective control of risk factors including smoking, hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, proper exercise, and weight control can help prevent the development of ISR in elderly patients with postoperative PCI.
3.Intestinal microorganisms and allergic diseases.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(5):351-355
According to the 'hygiene hypothesis', the intestinal microbes would not only regulate local immune status, but also affect systematic immune homeostasis, which may play an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases. This review will mainly focus on investigating the intricate relationships among intestinal microbes, immune system and allergic diseases. Multiple factors affecting gut microorganisms may influence the immune homeostasis directly and later become risk factors of allergic diseases. This point of view may pave the way for the design of new interventions to the diseases.

Objective To analyze the core authors, and their organizations, geographical regional distribution of Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics. Methods The core authors, coauthors and their organizations whose articles were published in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics between 1995 and 2004 were quantitatively analyzed using literature search through CMCI, which programmed by the People's Liberation Army Medical Library and their geographical regions distribution, the organizations of whom had high quantitative publication were determined using literature metrology methods. Results There were 2660 articles published in Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics between 1995 and 2004. All of 1123 authors of 2660 articles had only one article published which accounted for 69.67% of total first authors on the Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics in ten years. There were 2385 articles with one or more coauthors and the cooperative rate was 89.66%, and cooperative degree was 4.11 in the period of time. There were 275 articles with single author, which accounted for 10.34% of total articles. The articles written by the authors from military hospitals, university affiliated hospitals and provinces-level hospitals were 646(24.28%), 1091(41.01%) and 706(26.54%), respectively during the period. There were 218 core authors with 959(36.05%) articles published and there were 20 high-quantities organizations with 1007(37.86%) articles published in this study. The number one region of published articles was Beijing with 667(25.08%) articles. There were 2443 (91.84%) articles pressed from the organizations of affiliated hospitals of universities, provinces-level hospitals and army hospitals. Among them, Tianjin hospital (101 articles), Beijing Jishuitan hospital (100 articles) and affiliated Xijing hospital of the 4th military medical mniversity (79 articles) occupied 10.53% of the pressed papers and they were in the first three positions. Conclusion Authors of Chinese Journal of Orthopaedics have a wide distribution and highly cooperative rate. Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(03):-
The neutron activation analysis of a stable isotope (58Fe)was used successfully in the study of iron absorption from different diets in children suffering from iron deficient anemia. The method was correct and convenient, and uninjured to human body. The principle, procedure and the control of errors were also discussed. The iron absorbability of the balance diet, soy protein diet and soy protein diet plus vitamin-C were (group average?SD) 12.0? 3.6%, 10.7?4.7%, and 18,1?3.6% respectively. According to the results and the animal experiments which were reported in another paper, we agreed that soy protein unfavor or reduce the bioavailability of iron from diet, which was made by International Nutritional Anemia Consultative Group (INACG) and others, but it is still a disputing question. The data of iron absorbability from diets in children suffering from iron deficient anemia and the method of neutron activation analysis of a stable isotope (58Fe) have not be seen up to now in China. This paper will be valuable for studing, preventing and treating iron deficient anemia in our country.

Acta Nutrimenta Sinica 1956;0(01):-
In order to clarify the disputing view-points in some publications, that the soy products are whether unfavourable or not to the bioavailability of diet iron, we estimated the relative bioavailability of the iron from soy flour by hemoglobin regeneration method in rats suffered from iron deficiency anemia. In this experiment the ferrous sulfate was used as a standard, wheat flour as a vehicle, and the pig blood powder as a reference substance. The iron content in the regeneration diet fed to rats of each group was 32 ppm in total, and among it 24ppm was originated from (1) soy flour, (2) soy flour plus wheat flour (half and half), (3) pig blood powder, (4) pig blood powder plus wheat flour (half and half), and (5) ferrous sulfate respectively. The experimental results showed that during the 5-week regeneration period the regenerated hemoglobin level of the rats of corresponding groups were (1) 6.6?1.6→9.4?1.7, (2) 7.0?0.9→10.4 ?1.5, (3) 6.4?1.6→ 11.4?1.4, (4) 6.1?0.6-11.1?1.9, and (5) 5.3?1.2-12.8 1.0, thereby the percentage of iron relative bioavailability of five groups were (1)45.4, (2)65.0, (3)74.0, (4)72.0, (5)100.0 respectively. The iron from soy flour showed a lowest bioavailability aalong the different diet sources in our exper-iment, and therefore the iron from soy products was unfavourable to prevent and treat the iron deficiency anemia. We also made some discussions and suggestions in this paper.
