As an efficient health care system ,the hierarchical medical system is characteristic of its continuation of the division of work at different levels of medical services in the diagnosis and treatment functions .Two major roadblocks hinder the building of such a system ,namely a serious shortage of primary service capabilities ,and lack of incentives in the referral from superior institutions .Success of such a system lies in enhancement of the service capabilities of primary medical institutions by all means , and smooth functioning of a dual referral system .

Objective To observe the anti-tumor effect of ethaselen on transplanted liver cancer(H22)and Lewis lung cancer mice. Methods The transplanted liver cancer(H22)and Lewis lung cancer mice models were established. Each genus consisted of 60 mice, which were divided into control,CTX,and three ethaselen dose groups, respectively, with 12 mice in each.Intraperitoneal injection(ip.)of three dosages was performed once a day through the abdominal wall separately, from the second to the eighth day after cancer was transplanted. On the eleventh day,six mice in each group were killed to calculate the tumor inhibition ratio and observe the cell cycle by flow cytometry, and the others were observed for the life extension ratio. Results When ethaselen was given at the dosage of 25,12.5 and 6.3 mg/kg,the tumor inhibition ratio was 52.5%,43.6% and 30.2%,and the life extension ratio was 56.6%,38.7% and 14.2% in the transplanted liver cancer(H22)mice,respectively.The tumor inhibition ratio was 43.8%,29.6% and 18.9%,and the life extension ratio was 47.3%,17.9% and 6.3% in the transplanted Lewis lung cancer mice, respectively.Compared with that of the control, the apoptosis ratio was obviously increased in each group, and there was obviously induced S phase arrest in 25.0 mg/kg(P

Impotence is one of the more common and serious symptom type of male sexual disturbance. It demonstrates by domestic sampling investigation that about more than 10% of male adult have impotence, and the incidence of impotence goes higher with the growing of age.Warming and invigorating kidney-yang has been the main therapy method for treating impotence.Through years of clinic practices, the treatment for impotence from liver has achieved satisfied effects.

Objective To investigate the estrogen-like effects of Epimedium extractive. Methods By using the uterus growth test in mice and test of MCF-7 proliferation and adding estrogen receptor antagonist Icariin,we evaluated the estrogenic effects of Epimedium and Icariin and the possible mechanism. Results Epimedium and Icariin increased significantly the uterus coefficient in mice from 0.097?0.008 to 0.156?0.018 and 0.152?0.016,respectively;the weight increased significantly from(18.9?1.3)g to(19.8?1.3)g and(20.03?1.3)g(P

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
97 cases of jaw bone fractures were treated with rigid internal fixation.16 cases had malocclusion postoperation. The etiology was analyzed and the prevention methods were proposed.Intermaxillary elastic traction or fixation and craniomaxillofacial fixation or craniomentum elastic traction were performed to treat the malocclusion.By this way,14 cases were cured.1 case was operated again to resume the normal occlusion,1 case received occlusal adjustment.Incomplete reduction, incorrect operative performance, deficiency of postoperative intermaxillary fixation and incorrect intermaxillary fixation were the main causes to malocclusion. So anatomic in time reduction, correct operative performance, intermaxillary fixation, application of craniomaxillofacial fixation or craniomentum elastic traction instead of intermaxillary fixation for some special cases are effective methods to correct postoperative malocclusion.

Objective To investigate neural correlates of the retrieval of temporal order. Methods ERP of 19 channels was recorded from 17 healthy young students while they performed a recency judgment task,a recognition task and a visual discrimination task separately, which were based on Sternberg paradigm.One-way ANOVA of repeated-measurement and post-hoc paired comparisons were carried out for both the task factor(temporal order, recognition and control)and the temporal distance factor correspondingly. The latter contains 3 intervals (1,2 and 3)between the targets. Results The temporal distance effect was significant:the closer targets correspond to longer reaction time((745.5±106.1)ms,(711.7±102.2)ms,(653.7±81.5)ms;F_((1.28,20.48))=43.37,P=0.00]and higher error rate((62.8±7.0)%,(72.5±5.4)%,(84.5±6.4)%;F_((1.32,21.11))=135.99,P=0.00].Significant behavioral effect of the task factor was also found for both reaction time(F_((1.32,21.11))=135.99,P=0.00)and error rate(F_((2,32))=200.31,P=0.00).No significant behavioral difference was found between the temporal order group and the recognition group. The spatiotemporal pattern of statistical parametric mapping(SPM)suggested the ERP effects of temporal order were presented in left temporal region (260~270 ms),bilateral parietal-occipital areas(280~290 ms),and bilateral parietal lobes(300~400 ms)prominently. No ERP effect was found between the temporal order task and the recognition task. Conclusions The neural correlates of the temporal distance effect exist in bilateral parietal regions.Temporal order as well as object information processing involves similar cerebral regions during the retrieval period.

Objective To construct a plasmid DNA encoding G glycoprotein of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) and investigate the protective immune response against RSV infection. Methods Recombinant plasmid DNA of pcDNA3.1~G was constructed by standard RT-PCR based cloning procedure. The immunogenicity of recombinant G protein transiently expressed in HEK293 cells was detected by Western blot. BABL/c mice were intramuscularly immunized with pcDNA3.1~G. Samples of lung, sera, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were collected before and after RSV challenge; virus titer in lung was detected by viral titration; sections of paraffin embedding lung tissues were stained by haematoxylin and eosin(HE) for histological analyses; sera anti-RSV IgG levels were examined by ELISA; Th1/Th2 cytokine were detected by ELISA kit, the T lymphocyte subsets of BALF was determined by immunefluorescence staining followed by flow cytometry. Results Plasmid DNA of pcDNA3.1~G was successfully constructed. The expressed target protein possesses immunogenicity. After challenge, pcDNA3.1~G immunized mice presented relieved pathological changes in lung as well as reduced lung viral titers. The RSV specific IgG was detected in sera of immunized mice. There was significantly increased number of CD25~+CD4~+ T cells in mice BALF. Conclusion We constructed a pcDNA3.1~G plasmid DNA vaccination which can induce evident protective cellular immunity against RSV infection in mice with the increased number of CD25~+CD4~+ T cell subpopulation.
