1.Relationship between renal function impairement and obesity in patients with primary hypertension
Chinese Journal of Geriatric Heart Brain and Vessel Diseases 2017;19(5):472-474
Objective To analyze the relationship between renal function impairement and obesity in patients with primary hypertension. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight primary hypertension patients with renal function impairement admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2015 were divided into obesity group (n=68) and control group (n=60) according to the Asian obesity diagnosis criteria established by the International Diabetes Federation.Relationship of serum urea nitrogen (BUN),creatinine, cystatin C (Cys-C),urinary N-acetyl beta-D glucosaminidase (NAG),urinary micro albumin levels and BMI with renal function impairment in primary hypertension patients was analyzed by multivariate linear stepwise regression analysis. Results The BMI,serum levels of urinary NAG,Cys-C,BUN,and creatinine were significantly higher in obesity group than in control group (31.70±1.80 kg/m2 vs 23.95±2.00 kg/m2,19.34±1.40 U/L vs 14.92±1.31 U/L,0.69±0.06 mg/L vs 0.47±0.05 mg/L,11.50±2.90 mmol/L vs 8.60±1.90 mmol/L,159.50±10.40 μmol/L vs 148.90±10.70 μmol/L,P<0.05).The incidence of urinary micro albumin was significantly higher in obesity group than in control group (79.4% vs 46.7 %,P< 0.01).Blood pressure, pulse pressure difference,BMI,fasting blood glucose, serum levels of ereatinine, urinary NAG,Cys-C,BUN and urinary micro albumin were the risk factors for renal function impairement in primary hypertension patients (P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Renal function impairement is related with obesity in primary hypertension patients.

Objective To establish a specific detection technique in patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD),Becker muscular dystrophy (BMD) and limb-girdle muscular dystrophy (LGMD). Methods Immunofluorescent technique was applied, and 4 monoclonal antibodies against dystrophin,?-sarcoglycan (?-SG) and ?-sarcoglycan (?-SG) were respectively used. Results Dystrophin was negative in 9 DMD patients, and partially absent in 4 BMD patients. In two LGMD patients,50DAG was diminished in one patient and 35DAG was diminished in the other. Therefore, the two patients were diagnosed as having LGMD2D and LGMD2C respectively. Conclusion Analysing gene product expressed on surface membrane of muscle fiber is helpful to diagnose and classify the DMD/BMD,and LGMD diseases by using immunofluorescent technique.

Objective This paper provides an anatomical and theoretic basis for the reverse transposition of proximal ulnar or radial periosteal flap to repair non-union in distal humerus. Methods The origin, course, meanwhile, the outside diameter and length of relevent vessels were measured,on 30 upper limb cadaveric specimens. Results The recurrent interosseous, radial recurrentand the posterior branch of radial collateal arteries, their origin outside diameter and length from the origin to the humerus extermal epicondyle were (1 47?0 2)mm,(65 1?9 5)mm,(2 1?0 3)mm,(63 7?0 8)mm,(1 48?0 22)mm and (104 5?8 9)mm,respectively.Anastomoses pattern existed 3 types: in vicinity of the external epicondyle"Reverse Y"73 3%(22 cases)."Meeting in one point 13 3%(4 cases)"."Arteries networks"13 3%(4 cases). Conclusions It's possible that the reverse transposition of proximal ulnar or radial periostea flap pedicled with recurrent interosseous membrane or radial recurrent vessel for repairing non-union in distal humerus.

This article elucidates the relationship between the human susceptibility to obesity and gene polymorphisms such as peroxisome proliferators-activated receptors(PPARs)and PPAR?coactivator-1,along with milestones in the formation and development of capacity for fat deposition during evolutionary history of human. An biological evolutionary analysis, identifying factors favoring the energy stores, may be helpful to the development of preventive public health strategies.

Objective To establish the FCM method of non invasive detection of fetal ABO and Rh(D) blood groups in maternal blood. Methods Using absorption and elution method, we obtained the IgG anti A and anti B from human sera. The IgG anti A, B, D were used as the first antibody to react with RBCs in maternal peripheral blood. The goat anti human IgG F(ab')2 FITC was used as the second antibody to conjugate anti A, B, D antibodies, Meanwhile anti i PE was used to mark fetal RBCs in maternal peripheral blood. The fluorescence dot plot diagrams of maternal and fetal cells acquired by FCM were used to detect fetal ABO and Rh(D) blood groups. Results Peripheral blood from 69 pregnant women between 8 and 39 weeks of gestation were studied.Fetal cells could not be found in 13 samples.Of the remaining 56 samples, fetal red cells were identified successfully with ABO/Rh(D) blood types identical to those tested after the birth of the baby. Conclusion In women with fetomaternal hemorrhage(FMH) during pregnancy, the FCM method established by the author can accurately and non invasively detect the blood groups of fetuses. This method can possibly be used for diagnosis of hemolytic disease of the newborn.

The ralationship between traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and intestinal microecology is increasingly being given more and more attention. Combined with the devolopment of intestinal microecology disciplines, effects of TCM on regulation of intestinal microecology have been gradually explained. Both clinical studies and animal experiments have confirmed that TCM can maintain the balance of intestinal microecology and regulate the intestinal flora. The author arrangemented the documents related to Chinese herbal compound adjusting intestinal flora in the recent ten years, summarized that the Chinese herbal compound which can strength spleen and replenish Qi, relax bowels and regulate Qi, dissipate dampness and check diarrhea, clear away heat and toxic materials, promote digestion and relieve stasis had certain regulation effects on intestinal microecology, providing basis for revealing the TCM essence of intestinal microecology.
