International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2017;40(3):205-210
Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers. The clinical treatment of breast cancer has made great progress, but the inherent or acquired drug resistance, tumor migration and tumor infiltration, which lead to poor treatment efficiency and eventually death, are still the urgent problems to be solved. As with the occurrence and development of common tumors, the abnormal proliferation, migration and infiltration of breast tumor cells and muhidrug resistance (MDR) are closely related to the abnormal expression of specific genes in the cell.At present, many studies have found that the occurrence and development of tumor is closely related to the abnormal expression of microRNA.Therefore,in order to better understand the molecular mechanism of the occurrence and development of breast cancer,it is necessary to study the function of microRNA in breast tumor cells. In this paper, the application of microRNA in the treatment of breast cancer was reviewed, striving for providing effective ideas for the future selection of new strategies to control the development of tumors.

Objective To determine the causative association between a newly isolated coronavirus and the current epidemic of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) Methods Coronavirus was isolated from the samples of patients with SARS by cell culture Immunofluorescence assay and neutralization test were used to detect the antibodies in serum of SARS patients against newly isolated coronavirus, in order to analyze and determine the association between coronavirus and SARS pathogen Results The antibodies against the novel coronavirus could be detected in 99 of 113 sera from clinically diagnosed SARS patients The results of 10 pairs of double serum detection showed that, antibody titers in the late phase were significantly higher than those in the acute phase, and a highest increase by 128 folds was being found. The neutralization test showed that the antibodies from SARS patients' sera could neutralize the novel coronavirus Conclusion The newly isolated coronavirus was closely associated with and possibly the key pathogen of SARS

Objective To observe the effects of the re-therapeutic on later stage of sudden deafness. Methods Patients who met the criteria for sudden deafness and showed poor response tO conventional therapy over two months were recruited and assigned randomly for re-therapy.The pure tone audiometry was conducted before and after re-treatment in 103 patients(112 ears).Sodium bicarbonate and dexamethasone were iniected by intravenous drip for two days and batroxobin 5 BU for 6 days.Statistics were made in the effecency of the re-treatment.Results The effective rate of re-treatment group was 46.43% and the difference was significant before and after retreatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Combined use of sodium bicarbonate dexamethasone and batroxobin is effective in re-treating later sudden deafness.

Objective To analyze the clinical data of recipients over 15 years after renal transplantation, and to find the factors that affect the long-term survival of recipients after renal transplantation.Method Before June 30,2000,326 renal transplant recipients in our hospital were collected retrospectively. The risk factors which affect the survival of kidney transplant recipients and kidney were analyzed from four dimensions.A Cox model was established to analyze these multi factors.Result Cox hazard model indicated that advanced age (P=0.010,RR =1.052),AMR (P<0.001,RR =18.311),nonadherence (P =0.001,RR =2.854),smoking (P =0.025,RR =2.097)were the risk factors for recipients' survival.Using immunosuppressive regimen FK506 + MMF+ Pred (P =0.019,RR =0.433),or CsA + MMF + Pred (P =0.019,RR =0.413) was the protective factor for recipients' survival.Nonadherence (P<0.001,RR =5.645),and diabetes (P<0.001,RR =3.310) were the risk factors of grafts' survival.Using immunosuppressive regimen FK506 + MMF + Pred (P<0.001,RR =0.236),or CsA + MMF + Pred (P =0.002,RR =0.317) was the protective factor of grafts' survival. Conclusion To enhance the long-term outcome of recipients and grafts, the individualization of immunosuppressive regiments and controlling of the chronic diseases progress by changing the unhealthy life style are cutting on edge.

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 1997;0(04):-
Objective To explore the expression of heat shock protein 90?(HSP90?)in colon carcinoma tissues and HCT-8 cell line, and to investigate the relationship of HCT-8 cells to chemoresistance. Methods The expression of HSP90 ? in colon carcinoma tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry and the relationship of HSP90? expression with the Dukes stage and pathological grade was analyzed,The medium effective concentration(IC50)of vincristine(VCR)to colon cancer parent cells HCT-8 and drug resistance cells HCT-8/VCR was detected by MTT method. The expression difference of HSP90?mRNA in of HCT-8 cells and HCT-8/VCR cells was detected by RT-PCR to investigate its relationship to the chemoresistance. Results The positive expression rate of HSP90 ? was higher in colon carcinoma tissues(41.67%)than non-cancerous colon tissues(16.67%)(P0.05).The drug resistance of HCT-8/VCR cell line to VCR was significantly higher than that of HCT-8 cell line(P
