Objective To evaluate the technique of Kirschner with a hole and tensile developed from the Kirschner tensile band wire.Methods Forty-two cases with fracture of patella and 23 cases with fracture of ulna olecranon were successfully operated with this apparatus.Average age was 42 years old(range,24～78 years),including 38 male patients and 27 females totally.Results Fracture healing rate was 100%,the rate of excellent and good result was 95% after 9 months to 3 years follow-up.No tenderness,skin penetrating caused by the bolt ends,and loosen fixations were found.Conclusion This apparatus can be considered as a rigid,safe and effective method and can meet the biomechanics principle of the Kirschner tensile band wire,complication of the Kirschner tensile band wire could be avoided by using this technique.

Objective To investigate the curative effect and the feasibility of treating femoral neck fractures with cannulated screw fixation.Methods Twenty-three patients with femoral neck fractures were treated with cannulated screw fixation,their average age was 51 years old(range,12～86 years),including 7 male patients and 16 females totally.Garden Ⅱ 2 cases,Garden Ⅱ 6 cases,Garden Ⅲ 12 cases,Garden Ⅳ 3 cases.A patient who suffered from fractures displacement needed traction for 3～7 days before surgical operation and the opening reduction was necessary if reduction was not satisfactory.Results During the follow-up 11～33 months the rate of nonunion was 9%(2 cases) and the rate of avascular necrosis was 13%(3 cases).Conclusion Trectin femoral neck fracture with cannulated screw fixating is very simple and the trauma is small.This may improve the cure rate of the femoral neck fractures and it is easy to be spreaded across the basic-level hospital.

Objective To survey the epidemiological situation of asthma in remission stage in Liaoning province,and provide evidence for preventing and treating asthma.Methods 800 patients of asthma in the remission stage were investigated through the questionnaire investigation.Results Onset age of asthma in Liaoning province was 30～40 years old.The sex ratio between male and female was 1 ∶ 1.34.The number of staff was the highest (25.75％).Most of the course of asthma was 1～5 years (33.50％).The number of patients who often receive treatments was 59 (7.38％)and the number of patients with allergy history was 531 (66.38％).Conclusion Prevention,management and treatment of asthma should be strengthened.

Objective:To study the expressions of serum levels of intedeukin-12 (IL-12),interferon-γ (IFN-γ),erythropoietin (EPO) and ferritin in patients with acute leukemia and its clinical significance.Methods:76 patients with acute leukemia who were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the observation group,including 31 cases of newly diagnosed group,25 cases of remission group and 20 cases of relapse group.And another 76 cases who had taken the physical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group.Then the levels of serum IL-12,IFN-γ,EPO and ferritin in patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the levels of EPO and ferritin were significantly higher than those of the control group (P ＜0.05).The levels of serum IL-12 and IFN-γ in the untreated group and the relapse group were significantly lower than those of the remission group [(84.21± 5.43)pg/mL,(98.7± 7.98)pg/mL VS(112.43± 10.21) pg/mL,(38.54± 3.56)pg/mL,(49.87± 4.02)pg/mL VS(108.32± 8.43)pg/mL](P ＜0.05),and the levels of EPO and ferritin were significantly higher than those of the remission group [(402.32± 42.31) mIU/mL (321.58± 30.21)mIU/mL VS (98.21 ± 9.45) mIU/mLM (653.21 ± 54.24) ng/mLM (512.87 ± 43.45)ng/mL VS (342.15 ± 25.12)ng/mL] (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The serum levels of IL-12 and IFN-γ in patients with acute leukemia were lower,and the expression of EPO and ferritin was higher,and the disease and prognosis could be evaluated by monitoring the changes of these indexes.

Quite recently,among new emerging contaminants,pharmaceutical and personal care products(PPCPs)and their active metabolites are an emerging environmental issue,due to their presence in the aquatic environment and potential for impacts on wildlife and humans.Carbamazepine is one of the most frequently and at the relatively high concentration levels detected pharmaceuticals in surface water and even in drinking water.Moreover,this drug has displayed high chronic ecotoxicity.A strain of carbamazepine-degrading bacterium was isolated from activated sludge treating pharmaceutical wastewater in Suzhou,China.It was identified as Acinetobacter sp.HY-7,based on biochemical test,16S rRNA and gyrB gene se-quence analysis.Strain HY-7 could grow in liquid mineral salt medium with carbamazepine as sole source of carbon,nitrogen and energy.HPLC analysis revealed the carbamazepine degradation percentage by HY-7 after 10 days was 48% at pH 6.0 and 25?C.Among carbamazepine and the similar structure compounds,in-dole,catechol,naphthalene,anthracene could also be utilized by strain HY-7 for growth,which exhibited a very broad substrate profile.

Objective To observe the effect of treating asthma in remission stage(Latent phlegm in lung syndrome) withJinlong-Gubenmixture.Methods 108 patients of asthma on remission stage were randomized into a control group and a treatment group. The treatment group was givenJinLong-GuBen mixture. The control group was given nothing for treatment. Both groups were treated for 120 days and follow-up period were 360 days. The change of ACT scores and FEV1 was observed.Results After treatment, ACT scores(t=2.931, 2.618) and FEV1(t=2.011, 2.680) of treatment groups were markedly increased than before the treatment(P<0.05), and the effect of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01). After treatment, the effective rate of treatment group was 93.75%(45/48), and the effective rate of control group was 78.72%(37/47),there existed statistical significance between the two groups(U=-0.4531,P<0.01). Conclusion The theory of latent phlegm in lung has a good guiding function in treating asthma in remission stage(Latent phlegm in lung syndrome).

This article was aimed to study constructive standards for the database of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) documentation. Refer to relevant national standards, specifications and other fields of universal standards such as metadata specification of health information dataset, medical science data sharing, metadata standard, data of pop-ulation health sciences shared metadata standard, basic scientific data sharing network project standard, Chinese A-cademy of Sciences data application environment construction and service standards, combined with the specification for TCM literature resources, Chinese medicine literature database was constructed. The results showed that 6 major categories and 17 specifications were established to standardize the construction of TCM literature database. It was concluded that the standardization of TCM literature database was able to realize TCM literature database construc-tion standard and process, and to facilitate the sharing of TCM data resources.

AIM: To observe the curative effect of Compound Shouwu Granule on hyperlipemia. METHODS: Compound Shouwu Granule was composed of Radix Polygoni multiflori,Fructus,Crataegi Hirudo,Radix Puerariae,Lobatae,etc.the herbs were extracted with the method of percolation respectively.Each gram of extract equals to 8.2 g original medicine material.to take 2 g,each time,twice a day.Six weeks was one treating course.Patients were treated for two treating course.The changes of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein(HDL-C) s,low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)s,were compared before and after treatment.
