Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2003;0(03):-
Objective To learn the current situation, effect and the matters of the internet class teaching quality assessment system and to propose some suggestions and measures for teaching quality assessment scientifically. Methods We made a questionnaire among the undergraduates of the Chongqing Medical University, using Epidata3.02 for data recording and SAS8.2 for data analysis.Result The accessibility of the class teaching quality net assessment system was not very ideal, and most students were not familiar with the pathway for assessing the teaching quality on internet;the students were generally objective and fair in the teaching quality assessment, but they were not very energetic and initiative;the students had the desire to communicate, but the teachers did not think highly of the teaching assessment;the current assessment index and the internet class teaching quality assessment system should be improved. Conclusion We should emphasize the publication and education of the internet class teaching quality assessment system, raise the recognition of both teachers and students on the role and significance of the internet assessment system, upgrade and improve the assessment index system and promote the close association of the assessment and the actual teaching status.

Coptidis Rhizoma-Euodiae Fructus has been widely used for the treatment of digestive diseases since Song Dynasty, and therapeutic efficacy is very obvious. Modern research found that alkaloids are the main bio-active constituents, and some of their contents have striking difference after compatibility of the two herbs. The Chinese medicine pair (CMP) has extensive biological activities, such as the effect of gastrointestinal effect, anti-tumor, lowering the blood pressure and blood fat and so on. And some action mechanism of CMP also got partial demonstration. This paper mainly summarized the bio-active constituents, compatibility effects, action mechanism and clinical applications of the CMP, which can provide a basis for further research and development of the CMP.

Objective To observe the condition of Keshan disease (KSD) in Gansu Province in order to provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of the disease. Methods In 2011, according to “The national Keshan Disease Monitoring Program (trial edition)”, based on searching of KSD cases, 12 villages of 12 towns in 6 counties of Gansu Province, were selected as surveillance sites. All the residents in surveillance sites were clinically examined and given 12-lead ECG tracings; suspected cases were taken anterior chest X-rays in the distance of 2 meters, while staple food and life conditions of the residents were surveyed. Diagnosis of KSD was based on“Keshan Disease Diagnostic Criteria”(WS/T 210-2011). Results Among investigated 5 484 residents, the incidence of abnormal electrocardiogram was 15.41%. Of the 196 X-ray films, 61 cases had enlarged heart(in which 22 of mild, 21 of moderate and 18 of severe). Two hundred and forty-three cases of KSD were detected, the general detection rate was 4.43%, in which 31 cases of chronic, the detection rate was 0.56%; 212 cases of potential, the detection rate was 3.87%. In all cases, 47 cases were under the age of 30, including 46 cases of potential and 1 case of chronic. The major abnormal electrocardiogram change of KSD cases was ST-T changes[22.68%(71/313)], followed by complete right bundle branch block[16.29%(51/313)], low voltage[12.46%(39/313)], and left anterior fascicular block[6.71%(21/313)]. Per-capita annual income in surveillance site was 1 763 Yuan;and the major staple food was flour, accounted for 87%, and the staple food rice accounted for 5%. Conclusion The detection rate of KSD in Gansu Province is mainly to potential, and there is a cosiderable portion of patients under the age of 30;monitoring and investigation should also be strengthened in the younger age of KSD cases detected village.

National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(8):684-689
OBJECTIVETo examine the effect of ONO-AE3-208, an EP4 antagonist, on the formation of bone metastasis from prostate cancer in mice.
METHODSThirty-four 6-week old nude mice were divided into an experimental and a control group of equal number to be treated by intraperitoneal injection of ONO-AE3-208 and double distilled water, respectively. Then PC3/LUC cells were constructed by stably transfecting luciferin to prostate cancer PC3 cells and inoculated into the left ventricle of the mice to establish an animal model of systemic bone metastasis. The time of metastasis formation, photon tumor burdens, and changes of the survival curves after modeling were compared between the two groups of mice.
RESULTSAt 30 days after modeling, bioluminescence imaging analysis showed that the photon tumor burdens were significantly increased in a time-dependent manner in the control group in comparison with those in the experimental group (P < 0.01). The rate of metastasis formation was significantly higher in the former than in the latter (93.3% vs 33.3%, P < 0.001). The median time of metastasis formation was 29 d (95% CI 26.547 - 35.262) in the experimental animals as compared with 21 d (95% CI 17.213 -24.787) in the controls (P < 0.001).
CONCLUSIONEP4 antagonist ONO-AE3-208 can inhibit the formation of bone metastasis from prostate cancer in mice.

Objective To investigate the expression of miR-30d in breast cancer tissues and demonstrate the regula-tive effects of miR-30d ASO on the invasion and migration of breast cancer cells in vitro. Methods The expression levels of miR-30d in 108 breast cancer tissues and their adjacent tissues were detected by real-time quantitative PCR method. Af-ter transfection with miR-30d ASO, the biological effects of miR-30d on in breast cancer cells was measured by transwell as-say and wound healing assay. The expressions of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2 and MMP-9 were analyzed by Western blot assay. Results The expression level of miR-30d was found to be over-expressed in breast cancer tissues(P<0.05). Compared with control group and nonsense interference group, the miR-30d expression was significantly decreased in breast cancer cells(transfection with miR-30d ASO). Results of transwell and wound healing assay showed that the invasion and mi-gration ability decreased significantly after transfection with miR-30d ASO, and expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 were down-regulated (P<0.05). Conclusion miR-30d was over-expressed in human breast cancer. The invasion and migration of breast cancer cells can be effectively inhibited by decreasing the expression of miR-30d. miR-30d may become a new tar-get for the regulation of invasion and migration in breast cancer.
