Journal of Practical Stomatology 2009;25(4):467-470
Objective: To evaluate bond strength and interface of various dentin adhesives by a modified interface processing method. Methods:Nine extracted human molars were ground to expose fresh dentin surface. Three dentin adhesives (Single Bond, Clearfil SE Bond and Clearfil S3 Bond) were applied respectively and a block of composite resin was built up. The specimens were then stored in distilled water for 24 h at 37 ℃ and sectioned into beams of 0.9 mm×0.9 mm cross-sectional area. The microtensile bond strength was determined with Microtensile Tester(n=15). In addition, the bonding specimens were conditioned with 6 mol/L HCl, 5% NaOCl and 0.08 mg/ml hyaluronidase to observe the adhesive interfaces by SEM. Results: Significant differences in bond strength were observed among the three adhesives(P<0.05): SE Bond (45.06±5.29) MPa> Single Bond (35.50±6.40) MPa> S3 Bond (30.46±3.82) MPa. Single Bond showed resin tags about 9-12 μm long and gaps between hybrid and adhesive layers. No obvious boundary between hybrid layer and adhesive were observed for both SE Bond and S3 Bond, while the length of resin tags were 9-14 μm and 4-7 μm for SE Bond and S3 Bond respectively. Conclusion:The morphology of the bond interface of dentin adhesive has a relationship with the bond strength.

Objective To investigate correlation between post-stroke depression (PSD) and multiple factors during onset of acute cerebral infarction. Methods Depression was measured with Hamilton Depression Rating Scales (HAMD) in 58 patients with acute cerebral infarction, and their neurological function were evaluated by neurological function defect (NFD) score. Their immunoglobulin G (IgG) index was calculated and level of nitric oxide (NO) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) was measured. Lesion and nature of cerebral infarction in 58 patients with acute stroke were located by CT. All the data were statistically analyzed with student-t test and ? 2 test, as well as linear regression model. Results Seventeen of 58 patients of stroke appeared PSD with an occurrence rate of 29.3%. Occurrence rate of PSD was significantly higher in patients with cerebral infarction than in those with cerebral hemorrhage 2=4.86, P

To study the genetic stability of Panax quinquefolium after introduced into China for 30 years, the samples of P. quinquefolium from 14 regions of China were studied. RAPD molecular marker technology was applied in this research, and POPGEN32 data analysis and NTSYS2. 10 cluster diagram were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there are abundant genetic diversity in the ginseng samples. There were 81 polymorphic bands based on the 13 random primers. The polymorphism was 83.51%, the effective number of alleles (N(e)) was 1.456 7; Nei's gene diversity index (H) was 0.274 8; Shannon's diversity index (H(o)) was 0.419 4. The clustering analyses indicated that P. quinquefolium and P. ginseng were classified into two obvious groups, especially, it was also found that the P. quinquefolium could be divided into two obvious groups based on whether the P. ginseng was cultivated in the same region or not, but it was thought that there was not genetically a qualitative difference. Thus it suggests that a good breeding field should be established in Jilin Province of China for the germplasm purification.

Journal of Clinical Pediatrics 2015;(2):121-125
Objective To investigate clinical features, diagnosis, and treatment of refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) combined with thrombosis. Methods One case with refractory MPP associated with thrombosis was retrospectively analyzed with literature review. Results The patient presented with respiratory symptom at the onset, while melosalgia and decreased respiratory sound in left lung were occurred during anti-infection therapy. Thereafter, thrombosis of lower extremity veins and pulmonary embolism were confirmed by a series of examinations. Serum anti-phospholipid antibody was positive. Finally, the patient was treated with a combination of anticoagulation and immunosuppressive therapies. Conclusions The mechanism of refractory MPP combined with thrombosis may be associated with excessive inflammatory response and endothelial cells injury. The thrombosis complication should be suspected in patient of Mycoplasma pneumonia infection with positive anti-phospholipid antibody and low concentration of protein C and immunosuppressive therapy should be implemented promptly.

Objective To study the effects of bundles of care on complications and unplanned extubation rate of neonatal in PICC .Methods 116 cases of neonatal which didn′t accept the bundles of care ware group A ,the other 93 cases of neonatal which accepted the bundles of care ware group B .Two groups were observed and compared on the incidence of complications and un-planned extubation rate and so on .Results The complications in A group treatment were 70 cases(60 .3% ) ,while there were 25 ca-ses in group B(26 .9% ) ,the group B was significantly lower than the group A (P<0 .05) .Mechanical phlebitis ,catheter occlusion , catheter ectopic and other aspects of ectopic group B were significantly lower than in group A (P<0 .05) .The rate of unplanned ex-tubation and catheter blockage in group B were significantly lower than A (P<0 .05) .The total rate of ectopic and right basilic vein ectopic rate in group B were all significantly lower in group A (P<0 .05) .Group B unplanned extubation rate and catheter blockage weresignificantlyloweringroupA(P<0.05).Gestationalagedidn′thaveimpactoncomplications(P>0.05),birthweightand catheter days had more impact on neonatal complications (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The cluster management can reduce the incidence of neonatal PICC complications ,reduce unplanned extubation rates ,better play the role of PICC ,try to arrange an experienced staff of medical operations for children of low birth weight newborns .

Objective:To investigate effects of viola on macrophage TOLL-like receptor expression ,and tentatively explore the partial mechanism of viola intervention on macrophage function. Methods: Using viola water decoction lavage intervention in clean grade SD rats of conventional preparation containing serum ,In a certain concentration coculture with mouse peritoneal macrophages in 96-well plates. After 24 hours, cell phagocytosis activity was determined by neutral red uptake assay ,changes in expression levels of TLR-1,TLR-2,TLR-3,TLR-4,TLR-5 mRNAs were determined by RT-PCR.Results:Compared with the same concentration of normal serum group :(1 ) viola-containing serum group macrophage activity was significantly increased ( P<0.01 );( 2 ) Within certain concentration, viola containing serum group with increased or decreased expression levels of TLR -1,TLR-2,TLR-3 mRNA(P<0.05 or P<0.01 ) ,the expression level of TLR-4 was not significantly altered in each group ( P>0.05 ) ,and the expression level of TLR-5 was significantly increased in each group ( P<0.01 ).Conclusion:Viola-containing serum has obvious promoting effect on macrophage phag-ocytosis,the mechanism of which may be related to that this drug regulates and controls part of macrophage TOLL -like receptor expres-sion.
