Objective:To understand the responsiveness of community health service institutions in Henan Province. Methods:This research collected information through questionnaire investigations. The object of the investigations is key informants familiar with community health service institutions. Various dimensions of responsiveness within Henan province community health service institutions are determined through a multiple-input pecking order graph. The fuzzy comprehen-sive evaluation method is used to evaluate the level of responsiveness. Responsiveness inequality index is used to measure the distribution of reactions. Results:A total of 431 valid key informants were surveyed. The various dimensions of the questionnaire of Cronbach alpha coefficient was greater than 0. 623;the total scale of the Cronbach alpha coefficient was 0. 850;the correlation coefficient of each dimension of test-retest reliability were greater than 0. 907. The levels of responsive-ness and distribution index were 8. 33 and 0. 2744, respectively;each dimension by order of importance:timely attention>dignity>infrastructure>communication>confidentiality >social support >selective >autonomy. Approximately 50% of key informants considered that vulnerable groups in community health service institutions were sometimes or often treated unfairly. Conclusion:Key informants considered the responsiveness level of overall higher community health service institu-tions in Henan Province was high, and the distribution of responsiveness was relative equilibrium. However, there is a large shortage of infrastructure, privacy protection, doctor-patient communication, etc.

Objective To investigate the expression of transforming growth factor ?_1(TGF?_1)in renal cortex from uninephrectomized diabetic rats. Methods Wistar rats were divided into uninephrectomized rats(group A), streptozotocin diabetic rat(group B). Blood glucose, serum insulin level and body weight, kidney weight, kidney weight/body weight as well as renal tissue protein contents were observed after 1, 4 weeks of streptozotocin injection. The expression of TGF?_1, precollagen 1?(Ⅳ) and fibronectin mRNA were measured by Northern blot analysis, and TGF?_1 protein by Western blot analysis in kidney cortex. In addition, ACE activities were determined by fluorimetric assay in plasma, kidney cortex and medulla. Results Group B demonstrated significantly elevated blood glucose and decreased serum insulin level. Kidney weight、kidney weight/body weight and renal tissue protein contents progressively increased despite total body weight loss. There was significant(P
5.Analysis of Irrational Drug Use in 217 Cases of Adverse Reaction Reports on Chinese Patent Medicines in Our Hospital
China Pharmacist 2017;20(8):1442-1444
Objective: To investigate the effect of irrational use of traditional Chinese patent medicines (CPM) on medication safety. Methods: The adverse drug reaction (ADR) reports on traditional CPM (including traditional Chinese medicine for injection) in our hospital during January 2013 to October 2016 were collected and analyzed retrospectively. After finding the corresponding prescriptions, the situation of irrational drug use in the reports including indications, usage and dosage, combination of traditional CPM, combination of Chinese and western medicines and course were analyzed, and the rate of irrational drug use was calculated. Results: A total of 217 reports were collected including 217 patients. The primary diseases ranked top three were cardio-cerebral vascular system diseases, digestive system diseases and respiratory system diseases. The cases involved 81 kinds of drugs, and among them, 37 cases were induced by Shenmai injection. The rate of irrational drug use associated with indications, usage and dosage, combination of traditional Chinese patent medicines, combination of Chinese and western medicines and course was 6.45% , 5.99% , 2.76% , 0.92% and 1.84% , respectively, and the total rate was 17.97% (39/217).Conclusion: The irrational drug use maybe one of the important factors related to ADR of CPM.According to syndrome differentiation, CPM should be used rationally, and pharmaceutical care should be strengthened to reduce the incidence of ADR.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2000;0(04):-
Purpose To detect whether a 3243 point mutation existed in age related macular degeneration (AMD). Methods Twenty six cases of wet form AMD patients, ten cases of dry form AMD patients were selected, and compared with twenty nomal controls. After collecting anti coagulated blood samples, total cellular DNA were extracted and purified. Using polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment long polymorphism techniques, the mtDNA A→G point mutation at position 3243 were detected. Results After cleaveded by restriction endonuclease Apa I, a 294 bp fragment remained only in all detected DNA samples including twenty six wet form AMD, and ten dry form AMD. No any other fragment appeared. The result showed that there was no A→G mutation at position 3243 found in AMD. Conclusion It is suggested that mtDNA 3243 point mutation due to maternal inheritance might be not concerned with both wet form AMD and dry form AMD.
