Objective To explore the management,curative effect and safe of superficial bladder tumor(BT)by greenlight photoselective vapontion per urethra(GPVPU). Methods 32 patients of BT were treated by GPVPU,and operation time,postoperative complications,relapse rate and so on were observed. Results All cases were completed successfully. No complication happened in operations. Urinary canal was detained 2 ～4 days and bladder washout(BW) did not need after operation. Follow-up average time was 16 months. Irrigation chems of bladder and cystoscopy were applied routinely. Conclusion GPVPU was safe and effective in treatment of superficial bladder tumor.

Objective To explore high stage affective theory of mind(ToM) of alexithymics.Methods 24 alexithymics (study group,TAS-20 ≥ 61) and 26 non-alexithymics (control group,TAS-20 ≤ 51) were screened from college students according to the sore of TAS-20.The scores of reading the mind in the eyes test(RMET),fixation numbers and fixation duration in area of interest (AOI) were recorded by HiSpeed Eye Tracker.The data were analyzed by Mann-Whitney U test and Chi-square test.Results There was no differences in scores of RMET between control group and study group (M(Q):23.50(5.00) vs 24.00 (5.00),Z=-1.044,P＞0.05).Fixation numbers and fixation duration in study group were higher than those in control group (fixation number:616.00(412.80) vs 579.00(371.30),Z=-2.010,P＜0.05;fixation duration:187363.35(106339.28)msvs 139087.55(67335.58)ms,Z=-2.632,P＜0.01).Conclusion Alexithymics are impaired in high stage affective ToM.

Objective To explore the management of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)by photoselective vaporization of prostate(PVP)and curative effect in the near future. Methods Clinical data of 60 BPH patients underwent PVP were retrospctively aralyzed.The changes of IPSS and QOL and the max urine flow rate and residual urine volume(RUV)perioperatively were compared through observations of the operation time and complication. Results The therapeutic efficacy was favourable.No transurethral resection of prostate(TURP)syndrome and uroclepsia happens.IPSS(t=2.471,P <0.05)and QOL(t=2.392,P <0.05)and the max urine flow rate(t=2.287,P ＜0.05)and residual urine volume(t=2.513,P＜0.05)obviously improved(P ＜0.05). Conclusion PVP had many advantages such as operated simply and no serious complications.It was a good operation method to treat BPH.

Objective:To analyze clinical and pathological features of Reed nevi (pigmented spindle cell nevi) .Methods:The clinical and pathological data were collected from 26 patients with Reed nevi, who visited Department of Dermatology of Xijing Hospital from January 2015 to June 2019, and analyzed retrospectively.Results:Among the 26 patients, 15 were males, and 11 were females. Their average age of onset was 17.35 years, and median age of onset was 13.85 years. Reed nevi occurred predominantly on the lower limbs (12 cases) , followed by the face (6 cases) , upper limbs (5 cases) and trunk (3 cases) . All the skin lesions were black in color, and 7 cases presented with maculae, 19 with flat papules, 22 with quasi-circular skin lesions, and 4 with irregular skin lesions. The diameter of skin lesions ranged from 2 to 10 mm, and 23 cases had skin lesions with a diameter of ≤ 5 mm. As histopathological examination showed, pathological subtypes included junctional nevus (15 cases) and compound nevus (11 cases) ; melanocytes were spindle-shaped with obvious cytochromes in 26 cases; nevus cell nests merged with the surrounding epidermis in 4 cases, and obvious fissures were formed between nevus cell nests and the surrounding epidermis in 22 cases; no obvious cell atypia or mitotic figure was observed in any of the 26 cases, and Kamino bodies were observed in 6 cases. All the skin lesions were resected by surgery, and no recurrence was observed during the follow-up of 1 - 5 years.Conclusion:Reed nevi can manifest as irregular lesions, pagetoid distribution of spindle cells of various sizes can be observed histopathologically, and they need to be differentiated from melanoma.

OBJECTIVE: To study the causes of false-positive hyoid fractures and forensic identification. METHODS: Twelve cases of false-positive hyoid fractures were collected and analyzed. RESULTS: Improper dissection technique (4 cases) and congenital separation (8 cases) were the main reasons for false-positive hyoid fractures. CONCLUSION True fractures can be differentiated from false-positive hyoid fractures. False-positive hyoid fracture caused by improper dissection technique can be identified through examination of peripheral muscle, soft tissue hemorrhage, and the characteristics of fracture end.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the clinical results of external fixation and AO titanium elastic intramedullary nailing for treatment of tibia-fibula comminuted closed fractures.

METHODSFrom June 2010 to June 2012,58 patients with tibia-fibula comminuted closed fractures were treated with external fixation and AO titanium elastic intramedullary nailing, including 31 males and 27 females with an average age of 38.5 years old ranging from 21 to 57 years old. According to the system of AO Classification, the fractures were classified as type B1 in 9 cases,type B2 in 7 cases, type B3 in 10 cases, type Cl in 14 cases, type C2 in 12 cases,and type C3 in 6 cases. According to the system of Winquist-Hanson,the fractures' comminuted were classified as grade 1 in 23 cases, grade 2 in 17 cases, grade 3 in 12 cases, and grade 4 in 6 cases. According to the system of Johner-Wruhs, clinical results were compared between different type and grade groups by the time of last followed-up.

RESULTSAll 58 patients were followed up with an average time of 6.8 months (ranged from 18 to 36 weeks). All fractures had clinical healing with an average time of 28 weeks (ranged from 24 to 32 weeks). The total rate of good to excellent results was 91.4%. The rate of good to excellent in the group of grade 1 was higher than that of other grades. The complication rates and fracture healing time would increase respectively with higher Winquist-Hanson's grade. The complication rates in the group of type C3 was higher than that of other types, but the rate of good to excellent was lower than that of other types. The complication rates in the group of type B1 was lower than that of other types,but the rate of good to excellent was higher than that of other types.

CONCLUSIONMinimal invasiveusing AO titanium elastic intramedullary nailing combined with external fixation for treatment of tibia-fibula fractures especially for the multiple-segment,long spiral mild-to-moderate comminuted with hidden fracture can get satisfactory reduction and reliable fixation,it conformes to the principle of BO completely, protects the fracture end blood supply,reduces the external fixation time, has less skin soft tissue complications, postoperative function recovered satisfactorily.

With the continuous development of bone tissue engineering, a variety of emerging bone graft materials provided various methods for repairing bone defects. Early and rapid accomplishment of revascularization of materials interior after implantation of bone transplantation materials is a difficulty faced to bone tissue engineering. Blood vessels ingrowth provides the requisite netritional support for the regeneration reconstruction of bone tissue, for this reason, vascularization plays a significant role in bone tissue engineering. However,there is not a golden standard strategy of vascularization at present. Scaffold materials, cells and growth factors still are three indispensable elements in tissue engineering, and are cardinal points of the promoting vascularization strategies. Multiple growth factors or multiple cells combined with scaffolds, which are hot spots, have obtained excellent vascularization. This review focused on the comprehensive strategies for promoting the successful vascularization of tissue engineered scaffolds.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of paraquat (PQ) on reactive oxygen species (ROS) and neutrophil apoptosis and its possible signal transduction pathways.

METHODSCultured neutrophils were treated with different concentrations of PQ for 6-24 h. The apoptosis rate of neutrophils and ROS content were determined by flow cytometry. The exoressions of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) and Caspase 3 were detected by Western blot. These parameters were checked again after NF-κB and Caspase 3 antagonist were applied.

RESULTSPQ could boost ROS generation and depress neutrophil apoptosis significantly. At the same time PQ could enhance the expression of NF-κB and inhibit the expression of Caspase 3. These effects could be reversed by ROS inhibitor diphenyleneiodonium (DPI) and NF-κB inhibitor pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (PDTC).

CONCLUSIONPQ is a potent inducer of ROS and can inhibit neutrophil apoptosis by activating NF-κB and surpressing Caspase 3 activity.

Objective To investigate the capability of empathy for pain in bipolar disorder (BD). Methods Thirty-two patients with BD (16, 8 and 8 in depressed, manic and remitted phases, respectively) and 32 healthy controls matched for age, gender and education were recruited. Empathy for pain paradigm were used. Subjects were required to judge whether the person in the picture felt painful and rate pain degree regarding to painful and neutral pictures. Accuracy, reaction time and ratings of pain degree were used as indicators of empathy for pain. Chinese version of Interpersonal Reactivity Index (IRI-C) were used to measure empathy. Results Compared to controls, accuracy of painful pictures was significantly lower in patients [(0.74±0.16) vs.(0.83±0.10), P<0.05]. Reaction time for both painful [(903.84±167.49) ms vs. (765.06±108.21) ms] and neutral [(880.44 ± 190.36) ms vs. (750.31 ± 103.15)ms] pictures were significantly longer in patients (P<0.05). Pa?tients showed lower scores in factors of perspective taking [(9.20±5.43) vs. (12.43±4.13)], fantasy [(11.85±4.57) vs. (15.50± 5.56)] and empathy concern [(14.59±5.35) vs. (17.63±3.37)] in IRI-C (P<0.05). Accuracy of painful pictures was positively correlated with scores in fantasy (r=0.37, P=0.04) and reaction time was positively correlated with duration of disease in pa?tients (r=0.64, P<0.01). Conclusion Bipolar disorder has deficit in the capability of empathy for pain.
