1.Comparison of Antiviral Therapy Recommended by 2015 Guidelines for Management of Chronic Hepatitis B

This review article compared the antiviral therapies recommended by major international and national guidelines for management of chronic hepatitis B(CHB)issued by American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, Asian-Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver,Chinese Society of Hepatology & Chinese Society of Infectious Diseases,China Medical Association,and World Health Organization in 2015. The essentials and highlights of guidelines were compared,focusing on goals of therapy,indications of therapy,choices of drugs,endpoints and duration of therapy, management of treatment failure,treatment of CHB in pregnancy.

4.Effects of nursing intervention on the beliefs and behavior of early detection of breast cancer among Shanghai women

Objective To evaluate the effects of nursing intervention on the beliefs and behavior of early detection of breast cancer. Methods Four communities in Shanghai were selected by convenient sampling process. Then these four communities were randomly assigned to intervention group and control group. One hundred and eighty women who met the criteria of this study were selected from each group by convenient sampling process.Altogether 739 women were recruited. In intervention group,a one-year nursing intervention guided by health belief model was implemented,such as health education seminars,telephone follow in the third,sixth,and ninth months,and flyers of breast health care in the sixth month. Control group only received conventional education. Results After intervention women became aware of breast cancer (B=0.210,P<0.01),perceived more benefits from attending early breast cancer detection (B=0.105,P<0.01),and less difficulties in attending the activities of early detection of breast cancer (B=-0.086,P<0.05). The number of women who performed breast self-examination once per month increased and more women received clinical breast examination (OR=3.0946) and mammogram after intervention (OR=2.746). Conclusion The nursing intervention,guided by health belief model,is helpful to improve women's beliefs and behaviors of breast cancer detection.
5.Quality control of statistical analysis in data management of clinical trials.

Data is the basis and soul of clinical trials. To obtain accurate data, strict and standard data management is essential, which can be effectively supported by quality control in statistical analysis. In this paper, we briefly introduce the concept of the quality control in clinical trials, and describe its contents and methods. We hope that this work will be helpful to the application of statistical quality control in data management of clinical trials.

6.Biocompatibility of hair follicle stem cells and heterogeneous bladder acellular matrixat

Objective To study the compatibility and feasibility of construct tissue engineer bladder through biocompatibility of hair follicle stem cells (HFSCs) and heterogeneous bladder acellular matrix (BAM) in vitro and vivo.Methods The third-generation of rat HFSCs were cultured with the two-step enzymatic and different adhesion time method.The cells were identified by flow cytometry through detection expression of β1 integrin FITC-Conjugated.The New Zealand rabbit BAM were decellularized by the method of microdissection and chemical washing,and then examined by Masson staing and electron microscope to confirm no cell elements remained.The HFSCs of the rats were implanted in BAM and cultured for about 24 hours.Then the cells growth conditions on the material surface were examined by histology and scanning electron microscopy.The cells-scaffold composites were implanted in rats subcutaneously,samples and histological examination were harvested at 1,2 and 4 weeks after implantation.Results The BAM was white and translucent membranous.There were fiber network structures without cell elements remained under the examination of electron microscope.And the BAM prompted for collagen tissue composition under Masson staining,without significant residual cells.The growth condition of HFSCs beside the BAM was well that observed by inverted microscope at 48 h of co-culture.After 1 week the HFSCs extended and adhered to the matrix surface observed under the scanning electron microscope.No significant inflammatory response in rat subcutaneous implantation experiments,the single-layer cell structure in histological examination could be seen after 1 week,and multi-layer cell structure in histological examination could be seen after 4 weeks of implantation.Conclusion The biocompatibility of HFSCs and heterogeneous BAM is good,which provides a good experiment support for HFSCs to repair the bladder defects disease.
7.Analysis of clinical characteristics and imaging display of pontine infarction

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of pontine infarction and the value of MRI in diagnosis of pontine infarction. Methods The cilinical feature and image manifestation of 65 cases with pontine infarction were analyzed retrospectively. Results Pontine infarction had complicated clinical presentation,classical syndrome was less,most presentation was similar to anterior circulation infarction. MRI especially DWI could found the infarction lesions earlier. Conclusion Pontine infarction and anterior circulation infarction have simlar presentations.MRI especially DWI could show the infarction lesions in supper-acute stage,could be helpful to diagnose.
8.Relationship between Changes of Umbilical Blood Biochemical Indexes and Fetal Distress

Objective To study the changes of umbilical blood lactate,pH, blood sugar(BS),bilirubin, electrolyte, osmotic pressure (OP) in the newboms with fetal distress.Methods Thirty-five newborns with fetal distress (distress group) and 40 healthy new-borns (control group) were studied. Distress group were divided into distress group Ⅰ and distress group Ⅱ respectively, based on without or with neonatal asphyxia. Concentration of umbilical blood lactate was determined with enzyme method, pH, BS,serum total bilirubin (BIL), serum electrolyte (Na+ ,K+ ,Ca2+ ) and OP were analyzed respectively. Results 1. The difference of incidence of newborn asphyxia between distress groups (29.03%) and control group (2.50%) was statistically significant. 2. Compared with the controls and distress group Ⅰ, the umbilical blood lactate concentration significantly increased in distress group Ⅱ (P 0.05).The incidence of hyperglycemia was significantly elevated in distress groups than that in the control group. 4. Lactate concentration in distress I and distress fl group showed negative correlation with pH. Conclusion The concentration of umbilical blood lactate can provide the proof for diagnosis and prognosis of fetal distress.
9.Effects of carbon monoxide on lipopolysaccharide induced damage in rat alveolar macrophages

Objective To evaluate effects of carbon monoxide (CO) on lipopolysaccharide (LPS) induced damage and possible mechanism in rat alveolar macrophages. Methods Rat alveolar macrophages were cultured in DMEM containing 10%fetal bovine serum with 5%CO2 at 37℃in Heraeus sepatech. The cells were divided into four groups using random number table (n=10): control group (group C),CO group, LPS group and LPS+CO group. The CO release molecule-2 (CORM-2) 100 μmol/L was added into CO group,LPS 10 mg/L was added into LPS group, cells were pretreated with CORM-2 100μmol/L for 1 h then LPS 10 mg/L was added into LPS+CO group, the same amount of PBS was added to group C. Proliferation was measured by MTT assay. Apoptosis and mitochondrial membrane potential were detected with flow cytometer. The content of ATP was tested by ATP content kit. Drp1 mRNA was measured by RT-PCR, and Drp1 expression was determined by Western blot assay. Results Compared with group C, the cell vitality, content of ATP and mitochondrial membrane potential were decreased in LPS group and LPS+CO group,and cell apoptosis rate, Drp1 mRNA and protein expression were increased (P<0.05). There were no significant changes were found in CO group. Compared with LPS group, the cell vitality, content of ATP and mitochondrial membrane potential were increased in LPS+CO group,and the cell apoptosis rate, Drp1 mRNA and protein expression were decreased (P<0.05). Conclusion Carbon monoxide can alleviate LPS-induced damage in rat alveolar macrophages, which is related with down-regulation of Drp1 and amelioration of mitochondrial function.
