Clinical Medicine of China 2017;33(2):123-125
Objective To study Evaluation of serum soluble ST2 protein and brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)in patients with acute heart failure and prognosis of patients with acute heart failure. Methods Fifty cases patients with acute heart failure from April 2014 to April 2015 in the First Hospital of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine of Beijing were researched.Detection of all patients with serum ST2,NT-proBNP,50 patients with acute heart failure were divided into heart failure group,50 healthy persons were selected as the control group. The control group and the observation group general heart failure data, the observation group and the control group of cardiac biomarker blood level, cardiac function level NT-proBNP blood concentration level, classification of cardiac function between ST2 blood concentration level were compared. Results Cr,BUN of heart failure group were higher than the control group, there was no significant difference between other indicators(P>0.05).ST2((0.46±0.07)ng/L)in heart failure group was lower than the control group((0.66±0.20)ng/L),NT-proBNP((4160.20±57.49)ng/L)was higher than the control group((58.97±4.39)ng/L),heart function IV NT-proBNP blood concentration of the highest(9 428.29±75.93)ng/L,followed by grade III(1 921.01±30.27)ng/L,the second lowest(321.02±16.80)ng/L,(P<0.01).Heart function IV level ST2 blood concentration was the highest(1.95±0.69)ng/L,followed by grade III(1.27±0.61)ng/L,class II minimum(0.78±0.24)ng/L(P<0.01).Conclusion The serum ST2 and NT-proBNP are used to detect the patients with acute heart failure, can provide accurate diagnosis basis, has a very important value judgment on the classification and prognosis.

Objective Use the automatic microbiological analysis system which for the streptococci (ATB rapid 32 Strep) to identify streptococci, and compare the examination speed and accuracy with the internationally recognized bacterium identification golden method API 20 Strep (streptococci identification biochemistry system) to enable the clinical microorganism room use ATB rapid 32 Strep identification system correctly, and provide the etiology basis to clinical promptly. Methods Isolate the bacterium from patient blood, cerebrospinal fluid, pig heart, pork and so on, then separate the streptococci in form to the blood plate, lay them in carbon dioxide incubator, after 35 ℃ 24 hours. Use ATB rapid 32 Strep,API 20 Strep and the traditional manual method to identify 18 strains of bacterias and carry on the medicine sensitive experiment. Results ATB rapid 32 Strep identified 16 strains as streptococcus suis II, 2 strains as streptococcus bovis II; API 20 Strep identified 17 strains as streptococcus suis II, 1 strain can not be identified; the tradition manually method identified all of the 18 strains as streptococcus group D . These 18 strains all sensitive to the Chloramphenicol , clindamycin, erythromycin, levofloxacin, penicillin, quinupristin/dalfopristin, cefotaxime, vancomycin and sulfafurazole , and resistant to the tetracyclin. Conclusion ATB rapid 32 Strep can identify the streptococcus suis in 4 hours , and the coincidence rate with API 20 Strep is 94.4%.So ATB rapid 32 Strep is one kind of system which could identify bacterium simply, quickly, accurately, and provide infectious disease etiology information for clinical immediately, satisfy the requirement of clinician and the microorganism examines.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 2001;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate solitary pulmonary nodules (SPNs) using quantitative dynamic contrast enhanced functional computed tomography (CT), and to illustrate its clinical efficacy in differential diagnosis between benign and malignant pulmonary nodules. Methods Eighty patients with non-calcified SPNs (diameter, 5-30 mm) were studied with dynamic contrast enhanced CT.Patterns of time-density curve (T-DC) were assessed. The precontrast density, peak height in density (PH: the maximum value of the T-DC), and S/A ratio (the ratio of the PH of SPN over aorta) were recorded.Enhancement patterns of SPNs were also recorded. The perfusion of SPNs was calculated. Results Malignant, benign, and inflammatory nodules showed quite different patterns in T-DC.PH and S/A ratio of the malignant and inflammatory nodules were significantly higher than those of the benign nodules (P

Objective To observe the curative effect of pricking bloodletting combined with acupuncture on patients with piriformis injury syndrome. Methods A prospective randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted, 84 patients with piriformis injury syndrome admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Massage in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from May 2011 to May 2014 were enrolled, and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, each group being 42 cases. The patients in the observation group were treated with bloodletting once a week (after bloodletting no other treatment was given), and then once a day of acupuncture was performed for 4 days in a week, completing one therapeutic course; while in the control group, the patient was treated with routine acupuncture once a day for 5 days in a week, finishing one therapeutic course. The interval between two therapeutic courses was 2 days, two courses were carried out, and afterwards the clinical therapeutic effects were evaluated in the two groups. The changes of visual analogue scale (VAS) of two groups before and after treatment and the therapeutic effects were observed. Results The VAS score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and the degree of decrease of VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of thecontrol group (1.50±1.35 vs. 2.69±1.68,P < 0.01); the total effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group [100.00% (42/42) vs. 69.05% (29/42),P < 0.01].Conclusion Pricking bloodletting combined with acupuncture therapy for treatment of piriformis injury syndrome can shorten the course of treatment.
