1.Determination of the Propofol Concentration of Plasma in Children Undergoing Cardiopulmonary Bypass by RP-HPLC

Objective To establish a HPLC method to detect the propofol concentration of plasma in children undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods RP-HPLC with fluorescence detector was used in the study. Plasma samples were precipitated by the thymol-methanol solution, and centrifugated. 20?l of supernatant fluid was injected for analysis and separated by Dikma Diamonsil C18 column. The mobile phase was composed of acetonitril:water =56:44(V/V), flo rate was 1.0ml/min. Fluorescence detective wave lengths were ?ex= 276nm, ?em=312nm. HPLC machine was Agilent1100 series. Main column was Diamonsil C18(150?4.6nm,5um),guard column was Phenomenex Security(4mm?3mm). Results There was a good linear relationship within the range of 0.02~8.0mg/L(r=0.9993, n =9),the limit of detection was 5?g/L,average recovery was 96.99%,intra RSD(relative standard deviation )was between0.810% and 5.73%,inter RSD was between 0.932% and 7.337%. Conclusions The method is sensitive, simple, rapid, good linear relationship and precise. The experiment can be used for determination of propofol concentration in child undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass.
2.Chemotherapy in aggressive T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma

T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma is a group disease with unique clinical and pathological features. It is more aggressive and has lower chemotherapy sensitivity than B-cell lymphoma. In recent years, to search for effective treatment, novel agents such as gemcitabine, targeted therapy combined with chemotherapy and high-dose chemotherapy combined with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation are applied in the treatmentof T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. And some progresses are achieved.
3.Value of ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology emergency in diagnosis and differential diagnosis

Objective To explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and identification of Obstetrics and Gynecology in accident and emergency.Methods A retrospective method was taken to 80 cases of obstetrics and gynecology emergency patients with ultrasound diagnosis data analysis in the hospital from June 2014 to June 2015,and compared to surgical and pathological diagnosis,to observe the ultrasonic diagnosis value.Results The correct rate of the ultrasound diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy,ovarian cyst torsion,inevitable abortion,threatened abortion,corpus luteum rupture,trophoblastic disease,and acute pelvic inflammatory disease was 90.9%,94.1%,100.0%,100.0%,85.7%,75.0%,and 100.0%,and the overall diagnostic accuracy was 93.8%.Conclusions The Emergency Department of obstetrics and gynecology patients used ultrasound has a better diagnosis effect,and high diagnostic accuracy.At the same time,the ultrasound examination is gynecology and obstetrics emergency check the preferred way,strong repeatability,and better observed lesions,high application value.
4.Application of Gas Chromatograph and Its Coupled Techniques to Determine Organo Tin Compounds in Environment

5.Changes of ?-Glutamyltransferase and Its Isoenzyme in Urine and Renal Cortex of Rats With Subacute Cadmium Ex-posure

Objective To study changes of?-glutamyltransferase(GGT)and its isoenzyme in urine and renal cortex of rats with subacute cadmium exposure.Methods Sixty healthy SD male rats were chosen and divided randomly into control group,middle dose group and high dose group,which were orally dosed daily with feed containing0,5and10mg cadmium per kg for six weeks.The activities of GGT and its isoenzyme in urine and renal cortex of the rats were determined in the3rd and6th week respectively.Re sults During the whole experimental period,the body weights and kidney to body weight ratios of control group,middle dose group and high dose group showed no significant differences.The GGT activities of middle dose group and high dose group increased significantly with the prolongation of exposure to cadmium and the increase of cumulative exposure compared with those in the control group.Unusual bands of GGT isoenzyme in the urine and renal cortex homogenate were found in the3rd week and the incidence of unusual bands of GGT isoenzyme was100percent in the6th week in the cadmium-treated rats of middle dose group and high dose group.Con clusion The GGT activities and the unusual bands of GGT isoen-zymes in the urine and renal cortex could be used as sensitive indexes to identify the renal toxic effects induced by cadmium.
6.Effect of reconstruction on medial collateral ligament healing of knee in rabbits

Objective To provide histological evidence for clinic tendon reconstruction on severe medial collateral ligament injury in rabbits. Methods Medial collateral ligaments of two knee joints were completely incised to create own control model of MCL rupture. The operation group intimated the procedure of human being MCL reconstruction with semitendinous tendon. In the 4th,12th,16th,24th weeks, healing of MCL was observed by anatomy and the picrosirius-polarization method. Results In the 4th week, the MCL healing tissue of ex-periment group is more than control group. The average ratios of type Ⅲ collagen to Ⅰ, Ⅲ collagen in the experiment group [(0.263±0.075), (0.235±0.041), (0.210±0.045), (0.197±0.029)] were significantly lower than those in control group [(0.310±0.072), (0.286±0.045), (0.261±0.046), (0.236±0.043) ] in the 4th, 12th, 16th, 24th weeks, respectively (P < 0.05). Conclusions The semitendinons tendon reconstruction can improve MCL healing in early and middle period after injury.
7.Cobalt-chromium alloy with zirconium nitride coating influences adhesion properties of bacteria

BACKGROUND:Bacterial adhesion is closely related to the surface properties of cobalt-chromium al oys, and therefore, the surface modification technology has become the focus of research in this area. OBJECTIVE:To verify whether the cobalt-chromium al oy with zirconium nitride coating can improve the bacterial adhesion of metal denture materials. METHODS:Magnetron sputtering deposition method was used to plate zirconium nitride film on the surface of cobalt-chromium al oys (experimental group), and cobalt-chromium al oy specimens uncoated served as control group. Streptococcus mutans, Candida albicans, and Actinomyces viscosus were respectively inoculated on the two kinds of test specimen, and at end of culture, the colony counting was done. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:In the bacterial adhesion test, the number of colonies of three kinds of bacteria in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The number of bacterial adhesion in the control group was significantly higher than that in the experimental group. These findings indicate that the cobalt-chromium al oy covered with zirconium nitride coating can significantly reduce the adhesion amount of Streptococcus mutans, Candida albicans and Actinomyces viscosus, and thus improve bacterial adhesion properties of cobalt-chromium al oys.
8.The immunoprecipitation method for the determination of ?-glutamyltransferase complexed to two lipoproteins in serum and its application for the diagnosis of liver malignancies

Objective To establish the immunoprecipitation method to detect the activity of ?-glutamyltransferase (GGT) complexed to low-density-lipoprotein and very-low-density-lipoprotein in serum (LDL-LDL-GGT) and to observe the diagnostic efficiency in discriminating liver malignancies from other hepatopathy diseases.Methods Using apo B antibody as a precipitant to precipitate the parts of GGT which connected to LDL and VLDL. 65 cases of liver malignancies, 53 cases of cirrhosis, 32 of chronic hepatitis and 75 of health people were analysed. Results Apo B antibody can precipitate LDL and VLDL thoroughly with various serum samples. The withinrun CV are 3 6%~8 2% and the betweenrun CV are 5 5%~9 8%. The linearity range is 0~587 U/L. With the cut off value of 10 U/L, the sensitivity for liver malignancies is 86 2%, the specificities for discriminating liver malignancies from cirrhosis and chronic hepatitis is 67 9% and 81 3% respectively. Conclusion It has important significance for the diagnosis of liver malignancies with the immunoprecipitation method for determination of serum LDL-VLDL-GGT activity.
9.Application of Rational Drug Use Software System in the Drug Dispensing in Outpatient Department of Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the application of rational drug use software system in drug dispensing in outpatient depart-ment of our hospital. METHODS:The application of rational drug use software system (included clinical decision support soft-ware,drug dispensing software and drug management software) in prescribing (warning in advance),dispensing (intervention in the event)and the prescription review(the post review)in outpatient department of our hospital were all introduced. Outpatient pre-scription checking and intervention were collected from our hospital after the application of rational drug use software system to evaluate the effect of the software system. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Rational drug use software system is adopted to realize scientific,convenient and express monitoring and management of prescription drug use in advance,in the course and afterwards. A total of 721 507 outpatient prescriptions were checked in our hospital from Jan. to May in 2015;0.17‰prescriptions were intercept-ed by system warning;system pointed out and pharmacists had checked 23.25% prescriptions;the rate of qualified prescription was more than 99.96%. After pharmacists intervention,various types of irrational prescriptions decreased significantly (P<0.01). It is suggested that pharmacists should make full use of information system,at the same time,optimize and improve the system through active exploration so as to improve rational drug use.
10.Clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound and computed tomography angiography in diagnosis and interventional therapy of Budd-Chiari syndrome

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound (CDUS) and computed tomography angiography (CTA) in diagnosis of Budd-Chiari syndrome(BCS).Methods The CDUS and CTA data about 33 BCS patients diagnosed by digital subtraction angiography(DSA) and treated by interventional therapy were retrospectively analyzed.All of 33 patients with BCS were examined with CDUS,26 cases of then received CTA.The diagnostic value of BCS between two methods were compared.Results The diagnostic accordance rate of CDUS and CTA for BCS were 90.9% and 96.2% respectively,which had no significant statistical difference(P > 0.05).The two methods could not only comprehensively systematically reflect the morphologic changes of liver and spleen,the stenosis and blood flow state of the lesion regions,but also clearly display the intrahepatic/extrahepatic collateral vessels trend in the abdomen.One week after interventional therapy,the CUDS results showed blood vessels pristine and stable hemodynamics.Conclusion CDUS is the preferred imaging in the diagnosis and postoperative re-examination of BCS.While,CTA can provide many important parameters for preoperative assessment and operation way.
