Primary osteoporosis is a commonly and freguently encountered disease of the elderly People. There is no specific treatment for it at present time. The most important thing is prevention. Although there are so many prvention methods , nutritional prevention is one of important aspects of osteoporosis. In each stage of life,people should pay attention to intaking the nutrients which is beneficial to preventing osteoprosis.

Objective To study the expression of Ki-67 in T1 primary breast cancer tissue and its relationship with Her-2 and ER,evaluate the prognosis of early breast cancer.Method s Sixty cases of women T1 primary breast cancer tissues of 60 female cases from January 2008 to June 2011 were selected.The expressions of Ki-67 were detected by immunohistochemieal method and the relationships between Ki-67 and clinical-pathological fcatures,Her-2 and ER were analysed.Results The expression of Ki-67 in T1 primary breast cancer was 55% among the 60 patients.The expression of Ki-67 was not related with the clinical-pathological type of breast cancer and menopause (P＞0.05).The expression of Ki-67 in group with lymph node metastasis was higer than in group without lymph node metastasis(P =0.047 ,P ＜0.05).The expression of Ki-67 in Her-2positive group was higher than Her-2 negative group (P= 0.021,P＜0.05),and the expression of Ki-67 in ER positive group was lower than that of ER negative group (P = 0.037,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The expression of Ki-67 in T1 primary breast cancer indicates the possibility of lymph node metastasis,and its positive correlation with Her-2 positive expression,ER negative expression indicates poor prognosis.

In recent years,a variety of new therapeutic drugs have shown a certain effect on T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma(T-NHL) ,such as nucleoside analogues,BCR / ABL tyrosine kinase inhibitor,L-asparaginase,protease inhibitor,cytokines,and monoclonal antibodies.

BACKGROUND:Despite regular mesh hydroxyapatite has certain biocompatibility and bone conductivity, it cannot be absorbed by human body after transplantation, and wil affect the growth and eruption of maxila and fangs when using for filing the injured alveolar cleft. OBJECTIVE: To compare the effect of conventional and new mesh hydroxyapatite composites in repair of alveolar cleft defects. METHODS: Totaly 46 patients with cleft lip and palate were randomly and evenly divided into test and control groups, and al were arranged according to cleft lip and palate sequence treatment. After nasal soft tissue defect repair, new mesh hydroxyapatite composite bone material (hydroxyapatite and bone morphogenetic protein compound). Conventional mesh hydroxyapatite material was adopted in the test and control groups, respectively. Within 6 months after the repair, the vertical distance from the newly formed bone tissue plane to the top of alveolar ridge was observed. The clinical repair effect was comprehensively evaluated from the aspects of complications, alveolar cleft shape and size, calus formation and material absorption. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: At 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 weeks, the vertical distance from the newly formed bone tissue plane to the top of alveolar ridge in the test group was higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). The clinical repairing significant efficiency and total effective rate were al higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05). These results show that new mesh hydroxyapatite composite bone materials in the repair of alveolar cleft defects have good bone osteoinductivity and biocompatibility, rare complications and rapid calus formation.

Lupus nephritis (LN) is a major cause of morbidity and mortality in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Although the use of aggressive immunosuppression has improved both patient and renal survival over the past several decades,the optimal treatment of LN remains challenging.The therapeutic strategy and progress for patients with lupus nephritis are based on the accumulative evidences of the medicine,and must be personalized according to the patient condition.This paper discusses established and newer treatment options for LN.We also emphasize the challenges in the day-to-day management of lupus nephritis in the clinical practice.

Objective To further investigate the molecular mechanism underlying the preventive effect of Astragalus polysaccharide (APS) on type 1 diabetes mellitus (DM) in NOD mice. Methods In order to explore the gene expression profiles of NOD mice′s islet cells treated with APS, cDNA microarray technique was applied. Results In APS group 5.47% gene expressions were obviously changed, 28 genes up-regulated, 35 genes down-regulated, and of which, 17 genes were functionally related to immunity. Conclusion The preventive effect of APS on type 1 diabetes in NOD mice is probably related to the action of APS in correcting the imbalance of Th 1/Th 2 cytokines.

Objective To examine the relationship among gratitude,coping styles,and pathological Internet use (PIU) in secondary vocational school students.Method 1 011 secondary vocational school students were tested with gratitude questionnaire,coping style questionnaire and pathological internet use questionnaire.Results The scores of gratitude,problem-solving,help-seeking,guilty,illusion,withdrawal,rationalization and PIU were respectively (5.23 ± 1.06),(0.65± 0.21),(0.50± 0.22),(0.40± 0.23),(0.47 ±0.22),(0.51 ±0.18),(0.42±0.18),(2.23±0.97).Gratitude was significantly and negatively associated with PIU(r=-0.18,P＜0.01).Moreover,the effect of gratitude on PIU was totally mediated by problem-solving,guilty,illusion,and rationalization (27.27％,33.43％,29.72％,9.58％).However,the mediating effects of help-seeking and withdrawal were not significant.Conclusion Coping styles mediate gratitude and PIU,and coping styles should be considered during pathological internet use of secondary vocational school students.
