Chongqing Medicine 2013;(22):2629-2630,2634
Objective To optimize the solid-phase extraction method by comparison of the extraction recovery of docetaxel plas-ma samples. Methods After extracted by different solid-phase cartridges with water, acetonitrile, and different content methanol e-lution,the plasma samples were analyzed on an Phenomenex LUNA C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)with mehhanol:acetoni-trile:water(42∶26∶32,v/v/v)as the mobile phase. From the recovery achieved, the best solid phase cartridge was found. Results This method consists of using 60%-80% methanol for the elution.Among the three kinds of solid-phase being tested,Waters Oasis HLB cartridge was found to be the best one. Conclusion The average extraction recovery of the Waters Oasis HLB cartrid-ges was between 95%-105%,and it can be used in the analysis of docetaxel in plasma samples.
2.Outcomes of moderate hypothermia treatment in patients with cardiac arrest survivors
Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2010;19(11):1209-1211
Objective To study clinical effect of moderate hypothennia treatment in patients with cardiac arrest survivors and search a practical monitoring way during moderate hypothennia treatment. Method A total of 40 patients of CPR following the restoration of spontaneous circulation were randomly divided into the hypothermia therapy group ( n= 20) and the routine therapy group ( n= 20), the clinical effect on patient followed for three months is evaluated. At the same time regional cerebral oxygen saturation (rSO2) was detected at different times after moderate hypothennia treatment in two groups. Results The recovery rate were higher and the mutilation rate was lower in hypothermia therapy group than that of the routine therapy group. rSO2 obviously increased after 12 hours of hypothermic treatment, and continuing kept stable level after 24 hours of hypothermic treatment, but it was also higher than routine therapy group (P<0.01). Conclusions Moderate hypothermia can alleviate the metabolic disorder of the brain tissue and improve the prognosis in patients with cardiac arrest survivors. Noninvasire continuously monitoring of rSO2 has important significance for instructing moderate hypothermia treatment in clinic.

Chinese Medical Ethics 1994;0(06):-
Medical morality is essential to the development of the enterprise of medicine. On how to impel medical morality construction to greater efforts, suggested by the author, more attentions should be paid to the advancement of medical morality education, lawful management of the enterprise of medicine and medical morality cultivation.
4.Study on temporal-mandibular joint position of Angle classⅡ division 2 malocclusion by CBCT
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(17):2119-2120,2123
Objective To analyze and compare the difference of the joint position between the Angle classⅡ division 2 malocclu-sion and individual normal occlusion by dental cone beam computed tomography (CBCT).Methods 23 patients with Angle classⅡdivision 2 malocclusion according with the experimental design were selected as the experimental group and 27 cases of individual normal occlusion as the control group. Each research subj ect was performed CBCT.The images in the oblique position perpendicular to the long axis of condyloid process were reconstructed by the Examvision software. Then the joint space was measured by the Au-toCAD software and and the positional relation of the condyloid process in the articular fossa was assessed by Pullinger analysis methods. The results were compared. Results 65.2% of the condylloid process in Angle classⅡ division 2 malocclusion is posteri-orly shifted,in individual normal occlusion,64.8% of the condylloid process is in the middle place. Conclusion The condylar posi-tion of Angle classⅡ division 2 malocclusion were abnormal relative to individual normal occlusion joint, which should be early cor-rected for inducing the joint to the normal position and avoiding the generation of the joint symptoms.
5.Construction of the information management system for evaluating position performance in hospital
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(8):137-140
Objective:To explore the construction of the information management system for evaluating position performance in hospital so as to directly manifest the amount of labour of staffs, motivate their enthusiasm for work and enhance the whole work efficiency for hospital by using this information system. Methods: Through established information management system to evaluate position performance according with self-development characteristic of hospital, and to check various items of performance evaluation depended on technical content, scale of risk, the complexity of work, time-consuming situation and responsibility degree of different position. Besides, through the information integration means to set different sections and formulas for evaluating position performance. Results: The information management system of position performance mainly consisted of system management of background and actual operation of foreground. And administrative staff of background could query, check and obtain the evaluation results, and could ascertain the bonus coefficient of performance, while staff of foreground could directly achieve real-time operation including logging in, query and feedback, after this system was implemented. Conclusion: The application of information management system for evaluating position performance can contribute to strengthen inner management and managing reform of position performance of hospital. And this application provides digital platform of information management for evaluating position performances of hospital.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2001;0(01):-
Objective The effect of hepatic partial resection for hepatic trauma. Methods Thirty-Six patients with hepatic trauma were operated on the bases of litertures,we elucidated the indication and method of operation and prevention of operative complications .Resuts Three cases died,a death rate of 8 33%,and a cure rate of 91 8%.Conclusion Hepatic partial resection is an effective method for treatment of hepatic trauma.
8.Assessment of the effectiveness of health education on iodine deficiency disorders of China in 2013
Chinese Journal of Endemiology 2015;34(7):526-528
Objective To find out the development of health education project on iodine deficiency disorders (IDD) in 2013 and evaluate the intervention effect. Methods According to the local situation,in 21 provinces,644 counties with more serious conditions of the disease or in the remote areas were selected as the project counties.Three towns in each county were selected, the health educational activities were carried out among the grade 4-6 students in the central primary school of each town.Three villages in each town were selected to carry out community health education. Before and after the activities, questionnaire surveys on the knowledge of IDD were conducted in each town including 30 students from one class of grade 5 in the primary school and 15 housewives near the primary school were selected randomly. Results After health education, the awareness rates of knowledge on IDD in the students and the housewives were 94.35% (57 087/60 506) and 93.12% (30 325/32 566).Compared with those baseline investigation 74.31% (44 768/60 245) and 75.89% (24 785/32 659),the differences were statistically significant (x2 =9 183.92,3 695.21,all P < 0.01).Before health education, the awareness rates of knowledge of IDD in the students were lower than those of the housewives (x2 =28.11,P < 0.01).After health education, the awareness rates of knowledge of IDD in the students were higher than those of the housewives (x2 =55.89,P < 0.01).Conclusions The awareness rates of knowledge on IDD in the students and housewives are increased significantly after the health educational activities. The results show that health education project is effective in prevention and control of IDD.

10.Progress in research on classification and reconstruction of acetabular defects in revision of total hip arthroplasty
Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2004;0(08):-
Management of acetabular deficiency in revision of hip arthroplasty can be extremely challenging. A successful outcome requires careful preoperative planning, identification of complex defects, and stable reconstruction. Now, acetabular reconstructions that are conducted with autograft and allograft filling the defect and special techniques are effective. As more revisions of total hip arthroplasty take place in clinic, a systematic approach to diagnosis and treatment becomes more important. This paper reviews the progress made in classification and reconstruction of acetabular defects.
