Tianjin Medical Journal 2016;44(7):843-845
Objective To investigate the changes and roles of the long non-coding RNA (IncRNA)during the reprogramming of human induced pluripotent stem cells. Methods Agilent Human lncRNA (4 × 180K) chip was used to check the expression of lncRNA in somatic cells, induced pluripotent stem cells and embryonic stem cells. Compared with differentially expressed lncRNA in somatic cells and induced pluripotent stem cells, lncRNA was selected that may play an important role during the reprogramming of human pluripotent stem cells. Results The lncRNA expression profiles in induced pluripotent stem cells were similar to embryonic stem cells, but were different from the somatic cells. A total of 3 156 differentially expressed lncRNAs were found between stem cells and somatic cells by cluster analysis, and 222 differentially expressed lncRNAs were found during the reprogramming process of human pluripotent stem cells by biological analysis. Conclusion lncRNA may play an important role in reprogramming process of human pluripotent stem.
3.Renal chromophobe cell carcinoma(report of 15 cases)
Chinese Journal of Urology 2001;0(09):-
Objective To improve the capability of diagnosing and treating renal chromophobe cell carcinoma (RCCC) and the recognition of this subtype of renal cell carcinoma (RCC). Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of RCCC (10 men and 5 women) were analyzed.Their age ranged from 47 to 74 years, with a mean of 57 years. Radical nephrectomy was performed in all these cases. Results Postoperative pathological findings confirmed the diagnosis of RCCC.The pathologic TNM stage of RCCC was as follows:pT 1N 0M 0 in 6 cases,pT 2N 0M 0 in 5,pT 3bN 0M 0 in 2,pT 1N 2M 0 in 1 and pT 2N 2M 0 in 1.The pathologic grade of RCCC was G 2 in 10 cases and G 3 in 5.Eleven cases were followed up.During the follow-up of 2 to 31 months (mean, 19 months),1 died of heart attack,1 had local recurrence and 9 were surviving tumor free. Conclusions RCCC is a morphologically distinctive uncommon subtype of RCC.Radical nephrectomy is the first choice for the treatment of RCCC.Compared with other types of RCC at the same stage and of the same grade,RCCC has a better prognosis.

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2009;25(6):433-436
Objective To observe the mutifocal electroretinogram (mfERG) characteristics of rod and cone cells in patients with retinitis pigmentosa (RP) and to evaluate the function of photosensory cell. Methods The mfERG recording technique for rod cell in eight normal subjects (eight eyes) were established and the influence of different brightness lightstimulus in P1 wave amplitude were analyzed. The cone and rod cells mfERG of 38 eyes in 19 patients were recorded and then calculated positive ratio from local signal-noise ratio. The average visual acuity and P1 wave amplitude density of cone mtERG in different types were compared and statistically analyzed.Meanwhile, the changes in P1 wave amplitude of cone and rod mfERG in four quadrants also compared and analyzed. Results Rod cell mfERG in normal subjects can be recorded stably by using blue flashes with low light intensity as 0.04 cd/m~2.In patients with RP,the cone and rod cells mfERG can he detectd 65.790./00 and 10.51% respectively.P1 wave amplitude density in type I of cone cell mfERG was significantly higher than that in type Ⅱ (t=5.21,P=0.000).There were no differences in average visual acuity (t=1.15,P=0.612).P1 wave amplitude density in type Ⅰ was negatively related to IogMAR visual acuity (r=-0.48,P=0.04 ).The comparison of rod and cone cells mfERG in local wave characteristics showed that P_1 wave amplitude densities had spatial relationship in each area. Conclusions The results suggested highly variable central responses in cone cell in RP patients, higher positive recorded ratio in cone cell than rod cell and spatial correspondence between the function of reserved cone and rod cells.
8.Serum IgE in Guinea Pigs Died of Anaphylactic Shock and Its Forensic Signifi- cance When the Guinea Pig Cannot be Timely Refrigerated.
Journal of Forensic Medicine 2015;31(5):341-342
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the serum IgE with various postmortem intervals (PMI) in guinea pigs due to sudden death from anaphylactic shock and to explore the effect of refrigeration of corpse on serum IgE level and its application value in forensic medicine.
METHODS:
The animal death models of anaphylactic shock were established. The corpses were preserved at room temperature (20 °C ) for 6 h and then refrigerated at 4 °C. The serum was sampled at 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours after death. The IgE level of serum was detected with ELISA. The control group was also established.
RESULTS:
The serum IgE level had significant. difference between the experimental group and the control group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference among the experimental groups at 6, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hours post- mortem (P > 0.05).
CONCLUSION
If the corpses were placed in 4 °C conditions 6 hours after anaphylactic death, the serum IgE still shows a good marker within 48 h for forensic investigation.

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Zuoyu üo. 1(ZY1)in the prevention of concomitant concurrent complica-tions after operation for anorectal diseases. Methods:164 patients who had received operation for anorectal diseases were randomly di-vided into 2 groups. Patients in the treatment group were treated with sitz baths in ZY1 and the conventional wound dressing method. Patients in the control group were treated with sitz baths in warm water and the conventional wound dressing method. Results:The effi-ciency rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(53. 57% vs. 27. 5%,P<0. 05),as well as the total effectiveness(95. 23% vs. 88. 75%,P<0. 05). The comparison showed that better curative effects existed in the treatment group on distress, bleeding, and edema ratings and wound healing time. Conclusion:Sitz bath in ZY1 after operation for anorectal dis-eases reduces complications and shortens the wound healing time without any side effect. It is thus extensively promising in clinical ap-plications.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2015;(12):590-593
Objective:To make a preliminary application of the assessment system for cancer pain management and find insuffi-ciency in the clinical practice of cancer pain diagnosis and treatment. Methods:Data from 41 doctor questionnaires, 43 nurse question-naires, 50 patient questionnaires, and 12 ward questionnaires from the tumor departments of 3 hospitals were analyzed, and the insuffi-ciency in cancer pain management was determined. The wards in the tumor and non-tumor departments related to oncology were as-sessed using rank test, and differences between the 2 wards were investigated. Results:The average scores of doctor, nurse, and wards were 85.41±5.93, 88.46±5.09 and 83.75±3.11, respectively, whereas patient score was 68.67±7.14. To further analyze the patient subsys-tem by converting into a hundred-mark system, the effectiveness and safety scores for the pain management was 81.69±7.71. However, patients' opinion score on pain treatment was only 55.78±11.37. The score of tumor departments was 82.22±2.03, whereas related non-tumor departments had a score of 39.27 ± 3.58. Wilcoxon W value was at 120.0 with P<0.01 after rank test. Conclusion:Education on patients' opinion on cancer pain management should be promoted in the tumor wards, and continuous education on cancer pain diagno-sis and treatment is needed in the non-tumor departments relative to oncology.
