Objective To explore the effect of kangfuxin liquid topical treatment on open wound of postoperative perianal abscess.Methods200 cases of patients with open wound abscess surgery in our hospital from February 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment, the experimental group were treated by kangfuxin liquid.The relevant therapeutic indicators and clinical healing time between two groups were compared.ResultsThe effective rate of the treatment group was 93.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (85.0%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The granulation growth period of the experimental group was (5.14±1.41) days, and the average healing time was (15.21±2.49) days.Which were significantly shorter than those of the control group[(7.45±1.32) days, (21.16±2.69) days], and the differences were Statistical differences (P<0.05).ConclusionTo improve the treatment effect to a great extent open wound infection of kangfuxin liquid in treatment of perianal abscess after surgery, shorten the healing time, improve the patient's symptoms, with further clinical promotion and application significance.

Objective To evaluate the anti-cervical carcinoma cells effects of oncolytic adenovirus d/1520 and Ad-Endo in vitro,and investigate the influence of d/1520 on the Endostatin expression directed by Ad-Endo in cervical carcinoma cells.Methods After cervical carcinoma cells were infected with d/1520 or/and Ad-Endo,the cytopathic effects (CPE) were observed,and the cytotoxicities were measured by MTT assay.Endestatin concentrations were measured by ELISA.Results d/1520 can replicate in cervical carcinoma cells and induce cytopathie effects; In MTT assay,Ad-Endo hardly inhibited the growth of cervical carcinoma cells,while d/1520 inhibited efficiently the proliferation of cervical cancer cells.And the inhibitory rates in Ad-Endo + d/1520 group were higher than that in d/1520 group.Ad-Endo expressed Endestatin protein in cervical cancer cells,while Endostatin concentrations in Ad-Endo+dl1520 group were much higer than those in Ad-Endo group.Conclusions dl1520 can kill cervical carcinoma cells in vitro,and this eytotoxieity can be enhanced by combining with Ad-Endo.The expression of Endostatin directed by Ad-Endo in cervical cancer cells can be dramatically increased by dl1520.

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the current situation and trend of narcotic drug use in our hospital where the authors work in order to provide the reference for scientific management and rational use of these drugs. METHODS: The yearly amount of narcotic drugs administered in the whole hospital, the yearly amount in the separate departments, as well as drug expenditures and ratios between January 2002 and November 2005 were added up and analyzed statistically. RESULTS: The amount of bucinnazine use dominated in the first. The amount of morphine for oral use was increasing year by year. The amount of fentangl transdernal patch use was also bigger and increasing rapidly. However, the amount of pethidine and morphine for injection use was decreasing. CONCLUSION:Analgetics for oral and transdermal use will be the main categories of analgetics in the future.

Objective To explore the best way to diagnose and cure the nephrosis with ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJO) in children.Methods The diagnosis of 26 cases of nephrosis with UPJO were confirmed by ultrasonogram and IVU examinations.All patients underwent AndersonHynes procedures.These results were analyzed and summarized.Results All the diagnosis were proved to be correct by operation and pathology examinations,the operations were carried out successfully.Twenty-four cases were followed up for 6 months to 2 years.After the operation,the hematuria,urinary frequency,abdominal mass and distention disappeared,the urine analysis was normal,all cases cured clinically.Ultrasonogram examinations showed the thickness of parenchyma increased and the large kidneys lessened.Significantly improved renal fuoction on IVU examinations was observed in the 24 cases compared with that before the operations.The ureters of 20 cases displayed well.Conclusions The combination of ultrasonogram and IVU is very effective method to diagnose UPJO in children.Anderson-Hynes technique is the best procedure to cure the UPJO.

Objective To observe the inhibitory effect of atorvastatin on bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in SD rats and study their possible mechanism.Methods 30 male SD mice under SPF condition with average body weight of 250g were randomly allocated to three groups (n =10,each) of saline control group (control group),bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis group (pulmonary fibrosis group) and atorvastatin treatment group (treatment group).Bleomycin (5mg/kg) (versus 0.2 ml saline in control group) were endotracheally instilled in pulmonary fibrosis group and the treatment group in order to establish the model of pulmonary fibrosis.Subsequently,the rats in the treatment group received daily atorvastatin (10 mg/kg) orally.5 rats in each group were sacrificed on 7th and 28th day after intratracheal instillation.Their lung tissues were taken and tested.The histological changes in the lungs were evaluated by hematoxylin-eosin and masson stain.The tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) level and hydroxyproline content in lung tissues were measured by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The expressions of Kruppel-like factor 2 (KLF2) protein and mRNA in lung tissues were measured by Western blotting and Real-Time PCR.Results The lung tissue in model group had significant bleeding and oozing inflammatory response on the 7th day and pulmonary fibrosis on the 28th day.Bleeding and oozing inflammatory response and pulmonary fibrosis were subdued in treatment group on the same days as compared to the model group.Hydroxyproline and TNF-α contents in lung tissue were significantly higher in model group than in control group (both P＜0.05).KLF2 protein and KLF2-mRNA expressions in lung tissues were significantly lower in model group than in control group (both P＜0.05).The above changes were partially reversed in treatment group.Compared to model group,treatment group showed that hydroxyproline and TNF-α contents in lung tissues were significantly reduced (both P＜0.05) and KLF2 protein and KLF2 mRNA expressions in lung tissues were significantly increased (both P＜ 0.05).Conclusions Atorvastatin can reduce the secretion of TNF-α and alleviate bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis.The mechanism inhibiting fibrosis might be associated with up-regulation of KLF2-mRNA expression.

Objective To study the 18F-FDG PET/CT features of tuberculous and malignant diffuse peritoneal lesions and to discuss the diagnostic value of 18F-FDG PET/CT in diagnosing and differentiating the lesions. Methods The 18F-FDG PET/CT features of 72 patients with tuberculous peritonitis,28 primary serous papillary carcinoma of the peritoneum and 135 peritoneal metastases confirmed by clinic and/or histopathology, were retrospectively reviewed. The peritoneal thickening features of tuberculous and malignant peritoneal lesions were observed. The maximal standardized uptake value (SUVmax) of peritoneal lesions and ascites, ascites SUVmax/liver SUVmax (T/NT) were compared between tuberculous peritonitis and cancerous peritonitis. The ROC curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficiency of T/NT, SUVmax of peritoneal lesions and ascites. Results The typical 18F-FDG PET/CT features of tuberculous peritonitis were uniformity thickening of parietal peritoneum, mesenteric and omental stain like changes, widely and even distribution of the peritoneal 18F-FDG, while the cancerous peritonitis was obvious uneven thickening of parietal peritoneum, mesenteric and omental nodules and pie-shape changes, uneven distribution of the peritoneal 18F-FDG. The degree of 18F-FDG uptake was increased in all peritoneal lesions, and there was no significant difference between the tuberculous group (SUVmax=10.53±5.44) and the cancerous group (SUVmax=11.45±6.78, t=1.017, P>0.05). The 18F-FDG concentration in malignant ascites (SUVmax=1.88±0.65,T/NT=0.73± 0.18) was obvious higher than that of tuberculous ascites (SUVmax=1.67±0.69,T/NT=0.57±0.27, t=2.243 and 5.045,both P<0.05). The area under the ROC curve of T/NT, SUVmax of ascites, SUVmax of peritoneal lesions were 0.707, 0.593, 0.536, respectively. Conclusion The 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging can reflect the morphology and metabolic changes of peritoneal lesions. It is important to combine the SUVmax of ascites in order to improve the efficiency of diagnosing the diffuse peritoneal diseases.

To investigate primary metabolites of alpha-tocopherol in human urine, the urine samples of five healthy volunteers after oral administration of 250 mg vitamin E once a day for seven days were collected within 0 -6 h in the seventh day. The samples were purified through C18 solid-phase extraction cartridge and analyzed by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. alpha-Tocopheronic acid, 2,5,7, 8-tetramethyl-2-(2'-carboxyethyl) -6-suphate-chroman (alpha-CEHC-sulphate), gamma-tocopheronolactone, and 2, 5, 7, 8-tetramethyl-2-(4', 8', 12'-trimethyl-12'-carboxy dodecanyl) -6-suphate-chroman were found in urine of volunteers as four primary metabolites of alpha-tocopherol. The method has shown to be promising for alpha-tocopherol detection with many desirable properties including high sensitivity and selectivity, thus providing a reliable pathway for further study in metabolism of alpha-tocopherol.

OBJECTIVETo study the clinical therapeutic effect of point-through-point acupuncture on migraine and its mechanisms.

METHODSNinety cases of migraine were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, 45 cases in each group. The treatment group were treated with point-through-point acupuncture and the control group with normal needling method. Brain blood flow velocity was determined by TCD before and after treatment.

RESULTSThe effective rate was 97.8% in the treatment group, which was better than 80.0% in the control group (P < 0.05). And the point-through-point acupuncture could significantly improve the highest mean blood flow velocity of main arteries, with a significant difference between the two groups after treatment (P < 0.05).

CONCLUSIONPoint-through-point acupuncture can be used for treatment of migraine, with a high cured rate and obvious therapeutic effect.

Objective To study the distribution of Candida infection and drug tolerance in intensive care unit(ICU). Methods A retrospective study was conducted. The critical patients admitted from January 2011 to December 2013 in ICU of the First Hospital of Jiaxing in Zhejiang Province were enrolled,and their clinical data with positive Candida culture and drug susceptibility results in specimens of sputum,urine,blood,ascites,bile, etc were collected. In the study of these 3 years in ICU,the situation of Candida infection,the distribution of positive specimen,the condition of distribution of different strains of Candida,and the Candida tolerance to antifungal drugs were analyzed. Results From 2011 to 2013,2 412 times of patients(including one patient had admitted into ICU for more than one time)were admitted into ICU in which 407 cases were of Candida infection(16.9%),and the rate of Candida infection was rising gradually in the 3 years〔2011 to 2013 Candida positive rates were 13.4%(77/573), 16.1%(146/907),19.7%(184/932)〕,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.01). In the 407 strains of Candida,166 strains(40.8%)were isolated from sputum,157(38.6%)from urine,53 strains(13.0%)ascites, 13 strains(3.1%)blood,11 strains(2.7%)bile,7 strains(1.7%)from other specimens. The strain distribution of Candida was mainly as follows:Candida albicans(174 strains),Candida glabrata(131 strains),Candida tropicalis (83 strains),Candida parapailosis(5 strains),Candida krusei(12 strains),and 2 strains of rare Candida portugal and Lipolztica. From 2011 to 2013,the highest tolerance of Candida albicans,Candida glabrata,Candida tropicalis to fluconazole,itraconazole,Fushita Yasu and other antifungal drugs was in 2013,and the lowest was in 2012,the rates of tolerance of the above 3 strains of Candida to amphotericin B being 0,to itraconazole being the highest(10.9%, 27.8%,9.6%,respectively),to Fushita Yasu the secondary(6.6%,11.0%,0,respectively)and to fluconazole the last(4.7%,7.4%,1.9%,respectively),and the rates of tolerance of Candida parapsilosis,Candida krusei,Candida Portugal,Candida lipolztica to amphotericin B,fluconazole,itraconazole,Fushita Yasu were all 0. Conclusion In ICU,the Candida infection is mainly in the respiratory tract and urinary tract,its rate of infection has a tendency of rising,and the rate of Candida tolerance to itraconazole is the highest.
