Objective To observe the anti-tumor effect of ethaselen on transplanted liver cancer(H22)and Lewis lung cancer mice. Methods The transplanted liver cancer(H22)and Lewis lung cancer mice models were established. Each genus consisted of 60 mice, which were divided into control,CTX,and three ethaselen dose groups, respectively, with 12 mice in each.Intraperitoneal injection(ip.)of three dosages was performed once a day through the abdominal wall separately, from the second to the eighth day after cancer was transplanted. On the eleventh day,six mice in each group were killed to calculate the tumor inhibition ratio and observe the cell cycle by flow cytometry, and the others were observed for the life extension ratio. Results When ethaselen was given at the dosage of 25,12.5 and 6.3 mg/kg,the tumor inhibition ratio was 52.5%,43.6% and 30.2%,and the life extension ratio was 56.6%,38.7% and 14.2% in the transplanted liver cancer(H22)mice,respectively.The tumor inhibition ratio was 43.8%,29.6% and 18.9%,and the life extension ratio was 47.3%,17.9% and 6.3% in the transplanted Lewis lung cancer mice, respectively.Compared with that of the control, the apoptosis ratio was obviously increased in each group, and there was obviously induced S phase arrest in 25.0 mg/kg(P

As an efficient health care system ,the hierarchical medical system is characteristic of its continuation of the division of work at different levels of medical services in the diagnosis and treatment functions .Two major roadblocks hinder the building of such a system ,namely a serious shortage of primary service capabilities ,and lack of incentives in the referral from superior institutions .Success of such a system lies in enhancement of the service capabilities of primary medical institutions by all means , and smooth functioning of a dual referral system .

Journal of Xi'an Jiaotong University(Medical Sciences) 1982;0(01):-
Objective To establish an HPLC method for testing the content of icariin in Yinyangsu capsules. Methods An Lichrospher C18(4.6mm?250mm,5?m) was used as the column, and column C18 as the protecting column. The mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile-20g/L acetum(30∶70) in a flow rate of 1.0mL/min.The detected wavelength was 270nm.Column temperature was room temperature and the injection quantity was 10?L.The sample was prepared when we added 50%(V/V) alcohol and then made ultrasonic extraction.Measurement was made after the prepared sample was filtrated on 0.45?m filter paper. Results Icariin in the sample was well separated. The linear range was 10.0-60.0mg/L.The linear equation was C=2.042?10-5A+0.554,while the correlation coefficient was 0.9993;the average recovery was 99.8% and RSD was 0.65%(n=6).Conclusion This method can be used in content measurement of Yinyangsu capsules.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 1995;0(04):-
97 cases of jaw bone fractures were treated with rigid internal fixation.16 cases had malocclusion postoperation. The etiology was analyzed and the prevention methods were proposed.Intermaxillary elastic traction or fixation and craniomaxillofacial fixation or craniomentum elastic traction were performed to treat the malocclusion.By this way,14 cases were cured.1 case was operated again to resume the normal occlusion,1 case received occlusal adjustment.Incomplete reduction, incorrect operative performance, deficiency of postoperative intermaxillary fixation and incorrect intermaxillary fixation were the main causes to malocclusion. So anatomic in time reduction, correct operative performance, intermaxillary fixation, application of craniomaxillofacial fixation or craniomentum elastic traction instead of intermaxillary fixation for some special cases are effective methods to correct postoperative malocclusion.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2003;0(05):-
Objective To determine the significance of renin angiotensin system (RAS) expressed on placenta in pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH). Methods The expression of placental angiotensin Ⅱtype 1 receptor (AT 1R) and angiotensinogen (AGT) in patients with PIH ( n =20) were investigated and compared with controls ( n =15) using immunohistochemistry and semi quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT PCR). Results AT 1R was mainly found in the syncytiotrophoblasts, cytotrophoblasts, the vascular endothelial cells and smooth muscle cells. The expression of AT 1R in PIH group (112.43?11.75) was higher than that of control group (170.47? 10.59) ( P

Objective To investigate the optimal regimen of narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) phototherapy in the treatment of chronic actinic dermatitis (CAD),and to analyze factors influencing treatment compliance. Methods Demographic data, results of photobiological tests, treatment parameters and clinical responses were collected from CAD patients who received NB-UVB phototherapy in Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University from January 2008 to June 2015,and were reviewed retrospectively.Statistical analysis was done by using two independent samples t-test and chi-square test with SAS9.3 software to compare the clinical data between patients who completed and did not complete the NB-UVB phototherapy. Results A total of 79 CAD patients with Fitzpatrick skin type Ⅳ received NB-UVB phototherapy.Of these patients,61 (77%) completed the whole treatment, while 18 (23%) dropped out because of intolerance to the NB-UVB radiation.Among the 61 patients who completed the treatment, the average initial, final and cumulative radiation doses of NB-UVB were (0.08 ± 0.01) J/cm2,(0.32 ± 0.08) J/cm2and (5.9 ± 2.5) J respectively, and patients received (28 ± 8) times of treatment in average. When the radiation dose went up to 0.30 J/cm2,most skin lesions were cleared in 52 (85%) patients.A total of 19patients received phototesting again after the end of phototherapy.Among 16 patients sensitive to ultraviolet A (UVA) before the treatment,6 had normal minimal erythema dose to UVA (UVA-MED),and another 6 had improved UVA-MED after the treatment.Among 16 patients sensitive to UVB before the treatment,11 got normal UVB-MED and another 3 had improved UVB-MED after the treatment.Univariate analysis showed no significant differences in gender, age, duration of the disease, sensitivity to UVA and UVB radiation, results of photopatch test and patch test between the patients who completed and did not complete the treatment (all P > 0.05).Conclusions The appropriate NB-UVB phototherapy for CAD patients should start at an initial radiation dose of 0.08 J/cm2 in spring and end at a final radiation dose of 0.30 J/cm2 for about 28 sessions, which can effectively reduce the photosensitivity to both UVA and UVB in CAD patients.Additionally,NB-UVB phototherapy can be applied in CAD patients of different gender, age, disease duration and photosensitive condition.
