Objective To investigate health equity status of urban dwellers with different social stratification and provide evidence for health promotion.Methods 1,007 urban dwellers were surveyed in Zhejiang province in a stratified sampling based on their income,occupation and education,with their health equity analyzed.Results The proportion of urban dwellers to participate in social health insurance reached 97.5％,a proportion of statistical significance (P＜0.05).The two-week prevalence rate and two-week attendance rate of urban dwellers of different social stratification has no significant difference,but the rate of sickness without attending was significantly negatively correlated to social stratification.The proportion of no visiting because of poverty was 23.1％ in the lower social class,3.2％ in middle and lower class,and 0％ in the middle and upper class,a difference being statistically significant (P＜0.001).The outpatient clinic of first choice and ranking of the hospital was positively correlated to social stratification.Conclusion There is health inequity for urban dwellers with different social stratification,for which the government should pay more attention to lower social class.

Objective To observe the influence of down-regulation of HtrA1 expression by small interfering RNA on light-injured human retinal pigment epithelium (RPE) cells.Methods Cultured human RPE cells(8th-12th generations)were exposed to the blue light at the intensity of (2000 ± 500) Lux for 6 hours to establish the light injured model.Light injured cells were divided into HtrA1 siRNA group,negative control group and blank control group.HtrA1 siRNA group and negative control group were transfected with HtrA1 siRNA and control siRNA respectively.The proliferation of cells was assayed by CCK-8 method.Transwell test was used to detect the invasion ability of these three groups.Flow cytometry was used to detect the cell cycle and apoptosis.The expression of HtrA1 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF)-A was detected by real time-polymerase chain reaction and Western blot respectively.Results The mRNA and protein level of HtrA1 in the light injured cells increased significantly compared to that in normal RPE cells (t=17.62,15.09;P＜0.05).Compared with negative control group and blank control group,the knockdown of HtrA1 in HtrA1 siRNA group was associated with reduced cellular proliferation (t=6.37,4.52),migration (t =9.56,12.13),apoptosis (t =23.37,29.08) and decreased mRNA (t=17.36,11.32,7.29,4.05) and protein levels (t=12.02,15.28,4.98,6.24) of HtrA1 and VEGF-A.Cells of HtrA1 siRNA group mainly remained in G0/G1 phase,the difference was statistically significant (t=6.24,4.93;P ＜0.05).Conclusion Knockdown of HtrA1 gene may reduce the proliferation,migration capability and apoptosis of light-injured RPE cells,and decrease the expression of VEGF-A.

Glaucoma,especially common primary open-angle glaucoma and primary angle-closure glaucoma,shows high genetic heterogeneity. The causing-disease genes known are difficult to explain some glaucomatous cases,and the study on the susceptibial gene of glaucoma do not achieve new breakthroughs. Combined with the newest progression in genetic study of glaucoma,some views were proposed in this paper in order to better understand the updating study of the pathogenesis mechanism.

Objective To analyze the prognostic factors in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma of stage Ⅰb and Ⅱa treated by surgery,and to investigate their guid roles in available post-operation adjuvant therapy. Methods The clinicopathologic records of 306 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma of stage Ⅰb and Ⅱa who underwent radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy were retrospectively analyzed, and the prognostic factors were explored by univariate and multivariate methods. Independent prognostic factors were identified by COX proportional hazards regression model. Results The overall 5-year survival rate of these 306 patients was 78.1%. In order to investigate the comprehensive quality differences of the seeds harvested in different growing time, and offer theoretical guide for the optimization of seeds' production technology, we analyzed the apparent size, 1 000-grain weight, water absorbency, germination indexes, postharvest embryo rate change, relatively contents of coumarins and the yield of single plant of its seeds of different harvesting time, and compared their comprehensive quality by Topsis analysis. The results showed that there existed obvious differences in yield and quality between seeds of 3 harvesting times. While the harvesting time postponed, the yield of single plant raised, and the shrunken seeds rate decreased, the quality of seedlings increased, while the contents of coumarins showed a steady increase, and the germination rate decreased. The comprehensive quality of the seeds harvested in the black ripe time rank the first place, followed by the brown ripe time and the yellow ripe time. As the harvesting time delays, the seeds' comprehensive quality increases, therefore, we could put off the seeds' harvesting time properly for the high efficient seed production.

Objective To explore the effects of finasteride therapy on the expressions of heat shock protein 70(HSP70)mRNA,heat shock protein 22 (HSP22)mRNA,tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-a),interleukins-1β (IL-1β) in elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).Methods Totally 68 elderly men patients with BPH were divided into two groups:regular treatment group (n=34) and finasteride treatment group(n=34),30 elderly men patients without BPH were as control group.The blood samples of patients after treatment were collected for the detections of HSP70mRNA and HSP22mRNA with RT-PCR,meanwhile,the levels of TNF-α,IL-1β were measured by radioimmunoassay (RIA).Effect of treatment was evaluated in accordance with International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS).Results The expressions of HSP70 mRNA and HSP22 mRNA,TNF-α,IL-1β in BPH patients were higher in finasteride group than in control group (P＜0.01).After 12 weeks therapy,the levels of HSP70mRNA,HSP22mRNA,TNF-α and IL-1β were decreased in finasteride group (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05) but no significantly difference in regular treatment group.Compared with regular treatment group,the expressions of HSP70 mRNA,HSP22mRNA and TNF-α were reduced in the finasteride group after treatment (P＜0.01 or P＜0.05),IPSS was more improved (P＜0.05),but IL-1β was not distingished between two groups (P＞0.05).IPSS was positively related to the levels of HSP70 mRNA,HSP22 mRNA,TNF-α and IL1β (r=0.4251,0.4976,0.4562,0.3627,P＜0.01 or P＜0.05).Conclusions The occurrence and development of BPH are closely related with immunoinflammatory factors.Finasteride not only affects the levels of dihydrotestosterone but also can inhibit the expression of immunoinflammatory factors to improve symptom by reducing the volume of benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Objective To explore the clinical users′experience on using the intelligent laboratory test system so as to provide reference for its optimization.Methods Fifteen laboratory staff with different sub specialty was selected for in-depth interviews and data were analyzed using phenomenological approach.Results Intelligent laboratory system could improve the quality of test result verification and interpretation,shorten the turnaround time and improve the work efficiency.It took about 1-2 months for users to accept the automatic verification function.After that,the users could believe in the system and used it in their daily work.The sys-tem could reduce the work stress and verification duty,while balancing the technical gap between laboratory technicians.Users could only understand the general rule of the intelligent system and it was difficult for them to manage the rule repository.Conclu-sion The intelligent laboratory system is one of the artificial intelligent system used for the medical laboratory,it can provide com-prehensive clinical decision support for the laboratory staff.
