Objective To establish the differentiation standard of stasis-heat TCM syndrome. Methods With Delphi statistics method, the expert questionnaire of diagnosis and treatment on stasis-heat TCM syndrome was worked out on the basis of literature research, and sent to more than 30 experts in two rounds. The investigation results and the suggestion of experts were analyzed. Results The recede effective questionnaire amount was 32 and 31 respectively in two rounds. The positive coefficient was 94% and 97% respectively. According to the investigation results, the standard of syndrome differentiation of stasis-heat syndrome was made. The suggestions from experts were about the same. The clinical manifestations of stasis-heat syndrome includes fever, bleeding, pain, abnormal mind, specific manifestations on skin, complexion, tongue and pulse, etc. The main points of syndrome differentiation are deep red tongue, red and blue purple choroides, crimson face, florid bleeding or bleeding with dark purple blood clots, and red purple tongue. Conclusion Differentiation standard of stasis-heat TCM syndrome formulated by Delphi statistics method conform to the thinking of TCM syndrome differentiation. The researchresults gave prominence to the pathogenesis characteristics of stasis-heat TCM syndrome and played a part in gathering expert consensus.

Objective To analyze the levels and speciation of arsenic metabolites in urine of rats treated with sodium arsenite and sodium arsenate in order to investigate the different aspects of metabolism between sodium arsenite and sodium arsenate,thus to understand further the basic data about relationship between it's metabolism and mechanism of toxicity. Methods Seventy Wistar rats,weighting 80-120 g,were divided into 7 groups of 10 each,such as normal control group,high,middle and low sodium arsenite group and high,middle and low sodium arsenate group. After the animals were fed for one month,the urine was collected by metabolic cage in 12 hours. Applying the high efficiency liquid chromatography and hydride genesis atomic fluorescence spectroscopy (HPLC-HGAFS),the levels and speciation of arsenic metabolites were determined in urine of rats. Meanwhile,the recovery rate of dimethyl arsinic acid(DMA) would be determined to estimate the degree of accuracy of results. Results The levels of iAs~(3+),iAs~(5+) and DMA in middle sodium arsenite group[(121.66±1.26),(10.26±2.68),(200.91±0.56) μg/L]were higher than the high sodium arsenite group[(113.20±0.75),(5.16±1.32),(147.70±μ0.77)μg/L,all P < 0.05]and low sodium arsenite group[(79.35±2.12),(5.13±2.25),(56.35±1.23)μg/L,all P < 0.05]. The levels of iAs~(3+) and DMA in middle sodium arsenate group[(315.81±1.69),(245.12±1.18)μg/L]were higher than the high sodium arsenate group[(85.03±0.56),(110.34±1.04)μg/L,all P< 0.05]and low sodium arsenate group[(22.97±2.67),(15.75±2.15)μg/L,all P < 0.05]. Compared with sodium arsenate group,the levels of iAs~(3+) and DMA in high and low sodium arsenite group were higher(all P < 0.05) ; and the levels of iAs~(3+) and DMA in middle sodium arsenite group were lower(all P < 0.05). Meanwhile,the average urinary recovery rate of DMA of rats in different sodium arsenite group were 94.80%-102.70%,and the average urinary recovery rate of DMA of rats in different sodium arsenate group were 95.33%-108.40%. Conclusion The speciation and levels of arsenic are influenced by the external exposure dose,and some distinction appeared in the metabolism and metabolic path between sodium arsenite and sodium arsenate in urine in vivo.

Objective To establish rat model of small intestinal damage by administrating low dose of diclofenac in short-term and to observe the preventive effect on non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) induced small intestinal damage by metronidazole and rabeprazole.Methods Sixty-four rats were randomly divided into control,model,metronidazole and rabeprazole groups with 16 each.The rats in four groups were then further separated into acute stage (T1) and subacute stage (T2) groups.The rats were lavaged with metronidazole (50 mg/kg) and rabeprazole (15 mg/kg) before modeling.The rats in control,model,metronidazole and rabeprazole groups were lavaged with 1ml of distilled water, 7.5 mg/kg diclofenac,50 mg/kg of metronidazole plus 7.5mg/kg of diclofenac,15 mg/kg of rabeprazole plus 7.5mg/kg of diclofenac twice a day,respectively.The rats in T1 group were sacrificed on day 1 and T2 group on day 5.Results Administration of diclofenac induced multiple lesions in the small intestine, such as obviously erythema,erosion,ulcer and cystoid expansion.The lesions in T2 of model group was more seriously than that in T1 group(P＜0.05).And the lesions in model group was also more seriously than that in metronidazole and rabeprazole groups (both T1 and T2 groups,P < 0.05).Serum concentration of NO in T1 of model group was obviously lower than that in control group (P＜0.05),but it was higher in T2 of model group compare to the control group (P＜0.05).There were no significant difference among metronidazole,rabeprazole and model groups in serum level of NO (P>0.05). Conclusions The lesions of small intestinal can be induced by administration of diclofenac.The serum level of NO presents a tendency with decrease before increase afterwards.The metronidazole or rabeprazole has preventive effect on small intestinal lesions.

A retrospective analysis was carried out in 36 patients with blunt diaphragmatic rupture during March 1991 and March 2006. Twenty-two diagnoses were confirmed preoperatively, and the rest 14were confirmed perioperatively. Three patients underwent surgical treatment after no response to conservative therapy. Thoracotomy was performed in 21 patients, laparotomy in 9, thoracotomy plus laparotomy in 5 and combined thoraco-laparotomy in 1. Most diaphragmatic rupture may be caused by blunt collision and could lead to thoracoabdominal injury. In spite of high mortality rate, the condition is usually under diagnosed. Definite diagnosis and timely operation are important to increase survival rate and reduce mortality.

Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics of tuberculosis (TB)in children in Chongqing and provide a data support for the establishment of children tuberculosis prevention and control strategy.Methods The TB data of chil-dren aged between 0 to 14 from 2009 to 2013 was analyzed.Results The average prevalence rates and registration rate of TB in children were 7.22/ 100 000 and 4.48/ 100 000,respectively.The cases mainly concentrated between10 to 14 years old.The epi-demic situation in southeast of chongqing was higher.And most of them were secondary tuberculosis of lung.The cases were mainly detected in referral,follow and clinical consultation.Conclusion The prevalence of TB in children of Chongqing was serious.It should take comprehensive measures to strengthen the prevention and control of children tuberculosis.

ObjectiveTo assess the protective effect of ischemic postconditioning in different ways after rabbit's testis completely torsion and detorsion and to assess the value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS) in it.MethodsForty male white rabbits were divided into 5 groups randomly:a control group,directly perfusion group (R),ischemic postconditioning groups (IP1,IP2 and IP3),with 8 in each.The acute testicular hemodynamic disorder models were established in R,IP1,IP2,IP3 groups by completely blocking the left testicular blood flow for 4 hours,then group R was directly subjected to perfusion,group IP1 was subjected to 15 s release and 15 s occlusion (15 s/15 s),IP2 was subjected to 30 s/ 30 s,IP3 was subjected to 45 s/45 s,each group was taken 3 cycles.All the groups underwent CEUS before operation and after 3 days,examined for the contents of malonaldehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and histology,and observed for the pathobgieal changes of the testicular tissue.ResultsThe CEUS parameters of bilateral testes showed no significantly difference in all group before operation( P ＞0.05),3 days after reperfusion.The half of declining time of intensity was extended significantly in all operation groups comparing with control group (P ＜ 0.05),but the difference of peak and base intensity were increased in group IP1 and IP2,comparing with control group( P ＜0.05).The contents of MDA and SOD were remarkable differences in group IP1,IP2 comparing with group R and IP3 ( P ＜ 0.05).Johnsen' s score,apoptosis index showed significantly differences in group IP1,IP2 comparing with group R and IP3 (P ＜ 0.05).ConclusionsMicrocirculation of the complete torsion testicular was significantly improved by ischemic postconditioning after reperfusion,and the effects of ischemic postconditioning could be evaluated by CEUS.
