1.Minimally invasive clinical pathway in patients after cardiac interventional therapy

Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive clinical pathway in patients after car-diac interventional therapy. Methods One hundred and twenty patients who received cardiac interventional therapy from June 2005 to October 2006 were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received routine nursing while the observation group adopted minimally invasive clinical pathway of nursing.The nursing effect in the two groups was compared. Results The mean hospitalized duration, sat-isfaction degree and health knowledge level in the observation group were superior to those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions The adoption of minimally invasive clinical pathway in patients after cardiac inter-ventional therapy could increase working efficiency nd ensure the nusing quality.
2.Renal inflammatory lesions clinically presenting as masses: a clinicopathologic analysis

To analyze and summarize the clinicopathological features of renal inflammatory lesions which were easily misdiagnosed as renal tumors.Methods The cases from March 2006 to August 2015 in the Department of Pathology at Xijing Hospital were analyzed,retrospectively.Due to the diagnosis made by clinicians that these were renal (including renal pelvic) tumors,all cases had undergone radical nephrectomy or tumor enucleation.Among them,several inflammatory lesions were confirmed,and were combined with the patients' clinicopathological data and literature review to investigate the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Results Of the 1 195 cases,only 6 cases (less than 1%) were renal inflammatory lesions,named as xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis (2 cases),renal malakoplakia (1 case),renal tuberculosis (1 case),IgG4-related tubulointerstitial nephritis (1 case),and renal Wegener's granulomatosis (1 case).These diseases occurred in two males and four females (aged 14 to 55 years).All patients underwent radical nephrectomy due to the detected unilateral solitary renal mass in the imaging examination.Conclusion Renal inflammatory lesions are very rare,which show masses that are easily misdiagnosed as neoplastic lesions.Some of them have similar histological features.As the differences of treatment,a sufficient understanding of the clinicopathological features of these diseases is important to make a correct diagnosis.
3.The role of MAP kinase cascades in cell signaling,neural plasticity and pain facilitation

Pathological pain, normally referring to tissue injury-induced inflammatory pain and nerve injury-induced neuropathic pain, is an expression of neural plasticity. Injuries and intense noxious stimuli result in pain hypersensitivity,which is contributed by peripheral sensitization (increased sensitivity of primary sensory nociceptors) and central sensitization (increased sensitivity of spinal dorsal horn and other CNS neurons). Activation of several protein kinases causes both forms of sensitization via posttranslational regulation, such as phosphorylation of key membrane receptors and channels. In particular, activation of multiple signal cascades converge on the activation of MAPK (mitogen-activated protein kinase).Activation of MAPK family members of ERK and p38 by nociceptive activity, growth factors, and inflammatory mediators in primary sensory and secondary order neurons, not only results in posttranslational modification, but also increases the expression of numerous genes via transcriptional and non-transcriptional regulation. Eventually this activation contributes to the development and maintenance of heightened pain sensitivity following injury.
4.Emotional distress and related memory of pain:a neurobiological review

The pain experience includes a sensory-discriminative and an emotional-affective component. The sensory dimension describes the quality, intensity, and spatio-temporal characteristics of the sensation. The affective dimension refers to the unpleasantness or aversion of sensation. The great progress at the genic, molecular, cellular, and systemic level on the study of the sensory dimension of pain has been made over past four decades. However, to consider only the sensory features of pain, and ignore its motivational and affective properties, is to look at only part of the problem. A line of clinic observations indicate that the patients with chronic pain suffer from much more affective disturbance than pain itself. Obviously, physiological arousal and hypervigilance to pain cause negative affect, such as fear, anxiety, angry, worry, aversion, even tendency of suicide, these negative affective states in turn enhance pain sensation. Therefore, the mechanisms underlying the affective dimension of pain have recently received more attention. In order to deepen and expand our understanding of the nature of pain, this review summarizes the main findings regarding affective component of pain in neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, and cell biochemistry
5.Ultrastructure change of conjunctiva and fascia tissue of conjunctivochalasis

Background Bulbar conjunctiva tissue appears to be thinning,elasticity declined,tension reduced and fascia atrophied in conjunctivochalasis.Histopathological examination of conjunctivochalasis shows decrease of elastic fibers and melt of collagen fibers.But there are fewer studies on the ultrastructure of conjunctiva of conjunctivochalasis up to now.Objective This study was to investigate the ultrastructure change of conjunctiva tissue in conjunctivochalasis.Methods Five loose conjunctiva samples of conjunctivochalasis and 5 normal conjunctival tissue samples were collected and ultra-microstructure changes of these samples were observed under the transmission electron microscope.Results The number of fibroblasts in conjunctivochalasis lamina was progressively decreased.The shape of fibroblasts was long and fusiform.Somatic synapse was slim.Nucleus-cytoplasm ratio was increased.Disorder,scattered and broken of the collagen fibril were seen,and some areas were dissolved or lacunae.Normal conjunctival fibroblasts were oval or polygonal,with wieners and long somatic synapse,and intercellular matrix was full of collagen fibril and dense arranged fibers.Fibroblasts in fascia of eonjunctivochalasis were linear,and collagen fibril was seriously defected.Fascia fibroblasts of normal bulbar conjunctiva were spindleshaped and bigger than conjunctivochalasis fibroblasts.There were full of collagen fibrils in intercellular matrix.Conclusions The collagen fibril is decreased and fibroblast cells are degenerated in lamina and fascia of conjunctivochalasis.

7. Effect of psychological crisis intervention on the psychological crisis level and self-efficacy of patients with cervical cancer surgery

Objective:
To investigate the effect of psychological crisis intervention on the psychological crisis level and self-efficacy of patients with cervical cancer surgery, so as to provide reference for finding effective psychological intervention for patients with cervical cancer surgery.
Methods:
A total of 134 patients with cervical cancer surgery from January 2016 to December 2017 were divided into treatment group and control group with 67 cases each by randomized digital table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the treatment group combined with psychological crisis intervention. Postoperative follow-up for 6 months, the psychological crisis level, self-efficacy, quality of life and other indicators were compared between the two groups.
Results:
A total of 63 cases in the treatment group and 60 cases in the control group completed the study. The scores of emotional, cognitive, and behavioral psychological crisis in the treatment group were (4.32±0.56), (3.45±0.54), and (3.56±0.62) points, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group (5.45±0.72), (5.36±0.74), and (4.24±0.68) points, the difference was statistically significant (
8.GC fingerprint characteristics of Huoxiang Zhengqi Solution

AIM:To establish the GC fingerprint of Huoxiang Zhengqi Solution.METHODS:The volatile constituents of Huoxiang Zhengqi Solution were analyzed by capillary GC with FID detector using hydrodistillation and hexane extraction under n-hepladecane used as the reference substance.RESULTS:GC fingerprint of Huoxiang Zhengqi Solution,16 common peaks were established on the basis of systematic methodology after 10 batches of samples were tested.Variation in the relative retention time of 16 identified common peaks were within 0.5% range.CONCLUSION:The analytical method for Huoxiang Zhengqi Solution is precise and reliable.The research would be helpful to offer an effective pattern for quality control of Huoxiang Zhengqi Solution.
9.Inhibitory effect of CAI on iNOS expression and NF-κB activation degradation in rat peritoneal macrophages

Objective This study is designed to explore the regulation of carboxyamidotriazole(CAI)on inflammatory factors in vitro and its underlying mechanisms.Methods Peritoneal macrophages were incubated with different concentrations(5~40 μmol/L),and then cell viabilities were evaluated by MTT assay.Cells were pretreated with CAI(5~40 μmol/L),LPS was then added,and celia were incubated for 18 h.NO and TNF-α levels were determined with Griess reagent and ELISA kit,respectively.The iNOS expression and NF-κB activation were detected by Western blot method.Results The rat peritoneal macrophage viability was not affected at the concentrations of CAI used.CAI(5~40 μmol/L)was found to reduce NO(P<0.01,P<0.001)and TNF-α production(P<0.05,P < 0.01)in a dose-dependent manner.CAI was also found to inhibit the LPS-induced expression of iNOS and degradation of IκBα in rat peritoneal macrophages.Conclusion The findings from the present study suggest that CAI has suppressive effect on iNOS expression,and this inhibitory effect was found to be associated with NF-κB inactivation via the blockade of IκBα phosphorylation.
10.The expression and the function of miR-155 on rheumatoid arthritis synovial fibroblasts

Objective To screen for the miR-155 expression in synovial fibroblasts of rheumatoid arthritis (RASFs) and osteoarthritis (OASFs) and to evaluate the function of miR-155 on RASFs and its possible target mRNAs. Methods The expression levels of miR-155 in RASFs and OASFs were detected by real-time PCR. MiR-155 mimic and miR-155 inhibitor, as well as scrambled control were transfected into cultured RASFs by Lipofectamine 2000. Forty-eight hours later, MMP-3 levels in the cell culture supernatant were detected by ELISA and fibroblast proliferation was assayed by 3H -TdR incorporation test. Fibroblast invasive ability was tested by transwell system. IKBKE which previously identified as actual target of miR-155 was examined by real-time PCR. Comparisons between groups were performed with t test or one-way ANOVA analysis. Results It was shown that miR-155 was up-regulated in RASFs (1.79 ±1.94) and it was higher than that in OASFst (0.11±0.17), P<0.05]. Up-regulation of miR-155 could decrease MMP-3 levels (P<0.05). The proliferation and invasion of RASFs transfected with miR-155 were both evidently suppressed (P<0.05), while reducing the endogenous miR-155 could significantly enhance RASF proliferation (P<0.05). The expression of IKBKE of RASFs transfected with miR-155 was obviously down-regulated compared to those transfected with the scrambled control (P<0.05). Conclusion miR-155 is up-regulated in RASFs which may be a protective factor against the inflammatory effect, at least partially by attenuating the expression of IKBKK.
