It is necessary to refresh our understanding of the academic mission for information retrieval course in the network information era.The correlation between scientific achievements and scientific information and between scientific literacy and information literacy revealed the fact that information retrieval capability is the core of information literacy when the information retrieval course is placed a broader academic background.The connotation of information retrieval was elaborated, which further demonstrates that the academic mission for information retrieval course is to train the information wisdom of undergraduates.

The paper analyses statistically the parameters of acceleration and heart rates in 905 aerobatic maneuvers of 88 sorties. The result indicates that the G levels, rates of increas as well as the duration of acceleration in tactical flight training are higher and longer than routine flight training. There is a significant correlation between the pilot's heart rates and the magnitude of G levels. The pilot's endurance for operating aircraft actively was 1.4G higher in average than that of the centrifuge runs. Af-ter anti-G physiological training, the endurance can be increased 2.24G in average by means of using anti-G suit and L-1 maneuver. The endurance was increased by an average of 1.18G as compare withthat prior to physiological training.

Objective To investigate effects of ginkgo biloba extract(GBE) and tanshinoneⅡ A preventative administration against cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injury in gerbils.Methods Cerebral iscthemia and reperfu- sion injury were made by 10 minutes'occlusion of bilateral carotid arteries followed by 24 hours' reperfusion in ger- bils.GBE,tanshinone Ⅱ A,nimodipine or GBE plus tanshinone Ⅱ A were administrated intragastrically 3 days prior to and at the day of ischemia and reperfusion.Effects of experimental agents on mortality,stroke index,brain body index,water content in brain hemisphere,level of SOD activity and MDA in cerebral tissue were measured,and pathological changes of cortex and hippoearnpal CA1 sector were observed.Results GBE 48 mg/kg and tanshinone Ⅱ A 25mg/kg preventive administration could significantly reduce the stroke index,brain body index,and water in brain hemisphere,together with a reduced mortality of cerebral ischemia and reperfusion injuried gerbils.The two a- gents could also significantly improve the activity of SOD,reduce the level of MDA in cerebral tissue and the injury in cortex and hippocampal CA1 sector.Moreover,combined treatment of these two agents demonstrated more signifi- cant effects.Conclusion GBE,tanshinone Ⅱ A and combined therapy of these two agents may protect cerebral func- tion from ischemia and reperfusion injury through reducing the cerebral edema and attenuating the injury of oxygen free radicals.

Objective To explore the oxidative stress pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease(PD) induced by paraquat in substantia nigra of mice. Methods The model of PD was established by oral administration of paraquat to mice.The spectrophotometry was used to determine the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) and the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in substantia nigra.At the same time,number of tyrosine hydroxylase(TH) positive neurons in substantia nigra of mice was estimated by immunohistochemistry. Objective To observe the interventional effect of Qingqihuatan Decoction on airway inflammation and inflammatory reaction of lung tissue in asthmatic mouse.Methods Forty-five BALB/c mice were randomly divided into the normal control group(CON),asthmatic model group(MOD),dexamethasone group(TRE),Qingqihuatan Decoction group(X1) and Qingqihuatan Decoction combined dexamethasone group(X2).The asthmatic mouse model was established by the sensitization and inhalation of OVA and aluminium hydroxide gel.The bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) was performed the cell counts and eosinophil counts,and the pathological changes of lung tissue were observed.Results Compared with CON group,BALF cell count and eosinophil count in the model group were increased obviously,which in the treatment group were significantly decreased.The effect of the X1 group and X2 group had statistical difference between on 5 d and 15 d.(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01);the treatment groups could reduce the pathogenical infiltration,lung bullae production and airway epithelial thickening of mouse lung tissue,especially the inflammation damage in X2 group was mild.Conclusion Qingqihuatan Decoction can relieve the airway inflammation and improves the lung tissue inflammatory response in model mouse.

A strain of Cellulosimicrobium cellulans Ha8 was studied on its morphological, biological characteristics and its utilization of several kinds of benzoic compounds, the results showed this strain was Gram-positive, the long rod-shaped cells were changed into short rod-shape gradually. pH value from pH 6.0 to pH 9.0 and the temperature from 20 ℃ to 40 ℃ were good for its growth. It could not only hydrolyze protein and starch, use cellulose and pectin, decomposite chitin, liquify gelatin and fix nitrogen, but also use phenol, xylene, benzoic, cinnamic acids and diphenlamine as the sole carbon resource for its growth. It could tolerate 0 mmol/L~30 mmol/L, 0 mmol/L~8 mmol/L, 0 mmol/L~30 mmol/L, 0 mmol/L~15 mmol/L and 0 mmol/L ~ 40 mmol/L of benzoic acids, phenol, xylene, cinnamic acids and diphenlamine seperately, but could not use 2,4-dinitrophenol, o-Nitrophenol, 2-Methoxyphenol, aminobenzenesulfonic acid, catechol and o-Phenanthroline as its sole carbon resource.

A series of nitrogen-containing benzoheterocyclic derivatives were synthesized and tested for their antipsychotic activities. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR and HR-MS. Preliminary in vitro pharmacological trials showed that most of the target compounds have high affinity with D2 and 5-HT(2A) receptors. Among the tested compounds, 20 exhibited the highest affinity and D2 partial agonist activity. In vivo studies showed 20 has potent antipsychotic activities on apomorphine mice model, which is a chance to find a better precursor of D2 partial agonist for further optimization.

Objective To study the influence of carboxymethyl-chitosan(CM-chitosan)on chondro- cyte apoptosis induced by recombinant human interleukin-1?(rhIL-1?)and explore its mechanism.Methods Rabbit chondrocytes were isolated and cultured.Chondrocytes were pretreated with different concentrations of CM-chitosan for 1 h,then 10 ng/ml IL-1?were added into the culture medium.After 24 h,the apoptotic rates of chondrocytes were measured by flow cytometry with AnnexinⅤ-FITC and PI staining.The morphology of nuclei was observed by fluorescent microscopy with Hoechst 33342 staining.The mitochondrial membrane po- tentials were tested by confocal laser scanning microsocopy with Rhodamine-123 and ATP contents were mea- sured by luciferase reaction.Results CM-chitosan could inhibit chondrocyte apoptosis and restore the func- tion of mitochondria induced by IL-113 in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion CM-ehitosan can inhibit chondrocyte apoptosis by protecting mitochondrial function.
