This study was designed to use iTRAQ technology coupled with 2D LC-MS/MS to study the comparative proteomics of different processing technology for pilose antler. 1015 proteins were identified with 2D LC combined with MOLDI TOF/TOF mass spectrometry. Comparative analysis with Protein Pilot (Version 4.5) revealed that 87 proteins were changed (P ≤ 0.05, the ratio of > 1.50 or < 0.60 as the threshold selection of difference proteins), of which 24 were up regulated and 33 were down regulated in the traditional frying process (TFP) compared with the fresh pilose antler (P ≤ 0.05). 7 significant different proteins (P ≤ 0.001), most of these significantly changed proteins were found to be involved in calcium ion binding and ATP binding associated with human healthy. Freeze drying with protective agent (FDP) (Trehalose) can improve the content of significantly different proteins (P ≤ 0.001) including Collagen alpha-1 (XII) chain (COL12A1) and Collagen alpha-1 (II) chain (COL2A1). The significant function involves in platelets activating, maintenance of spermatogonium, and disorder expression in tumor cells. The functional annotation by Hierarchical clustering and GO (gene ontology) showed that the main molecule functions of the proteins significantly changed in these processes were involved in binding (52.7%), catalytic (25.3%), structural molecule and transporter (6.6%).

Objective:To determine the expression profile and potential roles of CD24 in oral squamous cell carcinoma and explore the values of CD24 function as a potential target of clinical therapy.Me-thods:Semi-quantitative immunohistochemistry was used to construct the expression profile of CD24 in 78 human oral tissues and 59 Hamster buccal pouch tissues.Real-time RT-PCR and Western blot were used to analyze the CD24 expression levels in oral DOK4 cells,oral cancer CAL-27 and WSU-HN6 cells. Then these two cancer cell lines were selected to evaluate the effect of all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA)and CD24 antibody on CD24 expression,and the proliferation and tumorsphere formation capacity of these two cell lines.Results:CD24 expression was found significantly elevated in both human and animal tissues compared with normal and benign tissues (P<0.05),as well as in oral cancer CAL-27 and WSU-HN6 cells compared with DOK cells (P<0.05).CAL-27 and WSU-HN6 cells possess increased proliferative and specific tumorsphere formation capability compared with DOK cells (P<0.05 ).Both ATRA and CD24 antibody were able to effectively inhibit the proliferation and tumorsphere formation of CAL-27 and WSU-HN6 cells (P<0.05).Among them ATRA at least involved partially in the proliferation by down-regulating the CD24 expression (P<0.05 ),while CD24 antibody blocking had no effect on the CD24 expression.Conclusion:CD24 was upregulated in oral cancer and functioned as a potential factor that promoted the proliferation and tumorsphere formation of CAL-27 and WSU-HN6 cells.Both ATRA and CD24 antibody might effectively inhibit the proliferation and tumorsphere formation of CAL-27 and WSU-HN6 cells and function as a potential therapy target.

And these could be referred when the enterprises cultivate the big brands. The findings show that interviewees and different firms hold various opinions on the factors of culture of the big brands. The policies and the access to market always attract the most attention for the enterprises, and whether the product is classified into the catalogue of health insurance or into the basic medicinal directory plays a pivotal role in the development of big brand. The uniqueness of the product can be regarded as a natural advantage, the construction of team of academic experts is more and more emphasized on the development of the product, and the security of the product deserves increasing attention.

Objective To research the efficacy and safety of sequential rivaroxaban use in reducing blood loss after applying tranexamic acid(TXA)in total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods According to the design by the random control principle,150 pa tients undergoing unilateral primary THA from September 2012 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the group A,B,C,D and E (n=30).The group A did not use TXA,the group B received intravenous drip of 10 mg/kg TXA at 10 min before skin incision,the group Creceived intravenous drip of 15 mg/kg TXA at 10 min before skin incision,the group D respectively received intravenous drip of 15mL/kg TXA at 10 min before skin incision and after 3 h,the group E received intravenous drip of 15 mL/kg TXA at 10 min before skin incision and articular cavity use of 1 g TXA before closing the incision.Oral 10 mg rivaroxaban was given at postoperative 6-12 h when the drainage volume was less than 30 mL/h and then the conventional dose was used until postoperative 35 d.The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,hidden blood loss,blood transfusion rate,postoperative anticoagulation time,time of removing drainage tube,postoperative prothrombin time on postoperative 1 d,activated partial thromboplastin time,descend value of hemoglobin,and occurrence rates of postoperative deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE) were observed in the group A,B,C,D and E.Results The intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,hidden blood loss,blood transfusion rate and descend value of hemoglobin on postoperative 1 d had statistical differences among 5 groups(P＜0.05).The are significant differences between the group D and A in the intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,hidden blood loss,blood transfusion rate,descend value of hemoglobin on postoperative 1 d,postoperative anticoagulation time and removal drainage tube time(P＜0.05).All cases had no symptomatic DVT and PE during the perioperative period and postoperative 3-month outpatient or telephone follow-up.Conclusion Sequential rivaroxaban use after applying TXA during THA perioperative period is safe and effective.Moreover intravenous drip of 15 mL/kg TXA at 10 min before skin incision and after 3 h has most significant effect in reducing bleeding volume during THA perioperative period.

OBJECTIVETo observe the effect of gastric dynamics by transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) combined general anesthesia when controlled hypotension dropped to 60% of the mean arterial prenssure (MAP) baseline, and to provide experimental evidence for organ protection in clinical controlled hypotension.

METHODSEighteen male beagles were randomly divided into three groups, the general anesthesia group (blank), the general anesthesia induced controlled hypotension group (control), and the general anesthesia combined TEAS induced controlled hypotension group (experiment), 6 in each group. Controlled hypotension was performed in the latter two groups with isoflurane inhalation and intravenous injection of sodium nitroprusside (SNP). The mean arterial pressure (MAP) was lowered to 60% of the MAP baseline and kept for 60 min. Controlled hypotension was not performed in Beagles of the control group. For Beagles in the experiment group, TEAS [2/100 Hz, (4 ± 1) mA] was applied to bilateral Hegu (LI4), Quchi (LI11), Zusanli (ST36), and Sanyinjiao (SP6) from stable physiological conditions to the end of maintaining stages. Changes of EGG frequencies and EGG amplitudes were monitored. Serum levels of gastrin (GAS) and motilin (MTL) were also detected at corresponding time points during and after experiment.

RESULTSAs for the pressure control effect of TEAS combined general anesthesia in the controlled hypotension, during the process of controlled hypotension (T1-T4), MAP levels of two controlled pressure groups remained relatively stable, and were kept at 60% of the MAP baseline. When the blood pressure dropped to the target low MAP and maintained at 60 min (T1-T4), EGG amplitudes of Beagles in all the three groups showed decreasing tendency. But it was more obviously lower than its basic level in the control group (P <0.05), while it was not obviously decreased in the experiment group (P < 0.05). EGG frequencies of Beagles in all the three groups showed no obvious change during this stage. By the end of the MAP rising stage (T8), the EGG amplitude of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the blank group (P < 0.05), while it didn' t show any obvious increase in the control group. During this period, EGG frequencies of the two controlled hypotension groups decreased more than those of the blank group. Two h after rising blood pressure (at T9), EGG amplitudes and frequencies in the two controlled hypotension groups basically restored to their respective baselines and levels of the blank group at T9. At 2 h (T9) after controlled hypotension, serum levels of GAS and MTL were lower than those of basic levels in the two controlled hypotension groups (P <0.05). However, serum levels of GAS and MTL had an increasing trend in the two controlled hypotension groups at 24-72 h (T10-T12). Besides, the increasing speed and amplitude was better in experiment group than in the control group at T10-T12. However, there was no statistical difference between the two groups (P > 0.05). At 72 h (T12) serum levels of GAS and MTL had basically restored to their basic levels in the two controlled hypotension groups and that of the blank control group.

CONCLUSIONEGG amplitudes could be effectively improved in TEAS combined general anesthesia for controlled hypotension at 60% of the MAP baseline, the recovery of the serum GAS level accelerated, gastric power improved and stomach protected.

Biologic scaffold materials composed of extracellular matrix (ECM) are typically obtained in processes that involve decellularization of tissues or organs. Decellularized tissues and organs have been successfully used in a variety of tissue engineering/regenerative medicine applications. Preservation of the complex composition and three-dimensional ultrastructure of the ECM is highly desirable but it is recognized that all methods of decellularization result in disruption of the structure and potential loss of composition. The efficiency of cell removal from a tissue is dependent on the origin of the tissue and the physical, chemical, and enzymatic methods that are used. Each of these treatments affects the biochemical composition, tissue ultrastructure, and mechanical behavior of the remaining ECM scaffold, and all of the treatment methods affect the host response to the material as well. Tissue decellularization with preservation of ECM integrity and bioactivity can be optimized by making correct decisions regarding the agents and techniques utilized during processing. In this paper, the most commonly used decellularization methods are described, and consideration given to the effects of these methods upon the biologic scaffold material and recently described antigen removal strategy are presented.

Objective To investigate the effects of gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRH- a) and antagonist (GnRH-ant) on cyclophosphamide (CTX)-induced ovarian damage in rats.Methods Seventy-two Sprague-Dawley female rats were divided randomly into six groups,which received normal saline (NS),CTX,GnRH-a+NS,GnRH-a+CTX,GnRH-ant+NS,and GnRH-ant+CTX respectively.Levels of serum follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol (E_2) were measured successively by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method,and half of the rats were killed in the first week and between the fourth and the fifth week after stop of medication,respectively to compare the weight of the ovaries and the number of the primordial follicles and the growth follicles.Results (1) Throughout experiment,the serum levels of FSH,LH and E_2 of the control group fluctuated slightly,while those in the CTX group kept rising.During medication treatment,compared with the control group[(118?16) ?g/L, (350?35) ?g/L] and the CTX group[(113?15) ?g/L,(289?42) ?g/L],the concentrations of LH [(42 ?8)-(47?7) ?g/L,(31?5)-(36?7) ?g/L] and FSH [(124?45)-(136?32)?g/L,(178 ?54)-(198+27)?g/L] in the GnRH-a groups and the GnRH-ant groups were maintained at low levels significantly and the levels of LH in the GnRH-ant groups were significantly lower than that in the GnRH-a groups,but the levels of FSH in the GnRH-ant groups were significantly higher than that in the GnRH-a groups(P0.05),but the levels of FSH,LH and E_2 of the GnRH-ant+CTX group rose obviously and were similar to the levels of the CTX group,especially the FSH,and the levels of LH and FSH of the GnRH- ant + CTX group [(156?12) ?g/L,(520?44) ?g/L] and the CTX group [(178?18) ?g/L,(546?36) ?g/L] were significantly higher than that of the other four groups [(121?15)-(132?13) ?g/L,(335 ?35)-(359?26) ?g/L] at the 4~(th)-5~(th) week after stop of treatment(P0.05),but the number of all kinds of follicles declined significantly in the GnRH-ant+CTX group[(195?15),(36?12)] and the CTX group [(212?11),(36?9)] compared to the other four groups[(302?15)-(690?43),(44?12)-(58?11),P

Traumatic aneurysm is known to be very rare vascular disease. The authors experienced one case of traumatic aneurysm that occured on pericallosal artery after closed head injury. Traumatic aneurysm was suspected by enlarged traumatic ICH on the corpus callosum in brain CT scan and presence of signal voiding at the center of the hematoma in brain MRI scan and then confirmed by transfermoral carotid angiography. Clipped neck of this traumatic aneurysm successfully via interhemispheric approach, we report a case of traumatic pericallosal artery aneurysm with review of literatures.

PURPOSE: To determine the differential points of hard palate masses, using CT and MR. MATERIALS AND METHODS: MR (N=18) and CT (N=15) findings in 30 patients with pathologically-proven hard palate masses were reviewed. Masses originating in minor salivary glands were the most common (66.7%, N=20), and the remainder were accounted for by squamous cell carcinoma (N=5), lymphoma (N=2), malignant schwannoma (N=1), neurofibroma (N=1), and cholesterol granuloma (N=1). Location and demarcation of the lesions, MR signal intensity, degree of enhancement, internal architecture, and the patterns of adjacent tissue plane invasion were analyzed. RESULTS: The location of lesions originating in minor salivary glauds was as follows: paramedial, 73.7% (14/19); midline, 85.7% (6/7); and marginal,0% (0/4). On MR imaging, signal intensity and degree of enhancement showed no significant differential point except lower T2 signal intensity (3/5) and less enhancement (4/5) in squamous cell carcinoma than in other masses. Necrosiswas seen in 10/21 malignant masses (47.6%), poor demarcation in 10/21 (47.6%), bone invasion in 19/21 (90.5%), and tissue plane invasion in 15/21 (71.4%); in benign masses, the corresponding figures were 4/9 (44.4%), 1/9 (11.1%), 2/9 (22.2%), and 3/9 (33.3%). Two of 21 malignant masses (9.5%) showed none of the above charachteristics. CONCLUSION: Centrally located lesions most probably originate in minor salivary glands. In the hard palate, benign masses can show features which are generally thought to be those of malignant tumors, whereas malignant tumors can be free of such features; in differential diagnosis, caution is therefore required.
