1.Mentation of the Female in Mammography Examination
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2006;12(5):459-459
ObjectiveTo investigate the mentation of the female in mammography examination. Methods292 female patients (over 35 years old) from the out-patient department accepted the psychological questionnaire survey.ResultsMost female patients showed some mental problems, include angst, discomposure, tension or funk for examination. They worried about examination result and the damage being exposed to the X-ray irradiation.ConclusionTechnicians should pay attention to the mentation of the female in mammography examination to win their trust and cooperation.
2.The effects of methotrexate on the neointimal formation after balloon injured arteries in rabbits
Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1996;0(01):-
Objective To study the effect of methotrexate on the neointimal formation after arterial balloon injury. Methods Male rabbits were randomized into four groups: MTX 0.5 mg/kg per week, MTX 1.5 mg/kg per week, MTX 5 mg/kg per week and the control. Drugs were administered by intramuscular injection. Rabbit carotid arteries were harvested 2 and 4 weeks after injury. Results Histologically, the intimal areas were reduced significantly in MTX treated animals compared with the controls. The VSMC proliferation in injured vessels was identified by immunostaining for proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA). In comparison, PCNA-positive cells in both intima and media were significantly reduced by treatment of MTX. But MTX did not enhance reendothelialization in the injured carotid arteries as determined by Evans blue stain. Conclusion Low dosage of MTX could attenuate neointimal formation after arterial injury by inhibiting VSMC proliferation.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2014;(5):693-697
Objective:To study the face profile difference between the Han and Kazak normal youths. Methods:College students of Han and Kazak aged 18-22 years, including 152 Han subjects(58 males and 94 females)and 155 Kazak subjects(62 males and 93 fe-males)in Urumqi were randomly selected.Profile photos were taken for every subject in accordance with same standards respectively. The data were import into computer.Photoshop software was used for measuring the profiles.Independent sample T test was applied for data analysis by SPSS 19.0.Results:Lip protrusion of the males was larger than that of the females and tip of nose was more upward in the females than that in the males in both Han and Kazak subjects. However, the Han subjects have more protruding lips, smaller chin and more upward nose tip compared with the Kazak subjects. Conclusion:This study suggests that there were significant differences of face profile between the two nationalities and sexes in Xinjiang.

Journal of Practical Stomatology 2015;(2):255-258
Objective:To study the vertical and horizontal proportions in facial area and the difference between Han and Kazak normal adults in Xinjiang area. Methods:According to certain standards, the adult Han and Kazak college students in Urumqi were randomly selected.Frontal photographs were taken for the subjects in accordance with the same standards. The data were imported into computer, and 20 standard anthropometric marks were determined, then 1 5 measurements were performed by photoshop soft ware,1 9 proportion i-tems of the mesurements was established.Independent sample t-test was applied for statistic analysis by SPSS1 9.0.Results:The face of the males was shorter and wider than that of the females. The males have smaller fissure width and bigger alar width than the females. However, the Han subjects have smaller fissure width and mouth width, bigger alar width and intercanthal width than the Kazak.Con-clusion:This study suggests that facial proportions were significantly different between the two nationalities and between sexes in Xin-jiang.

Chinese Journal of Ultrasonography 2015;(7):615-617
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of shear wave elastography on deep venous thrombosis in different stage. Methods Models of rabbits'deep venous thrombosis have been established to noninvasively measure Young's moduli of thrombosis in day 1 ,4,7,10 and 14 respectively by shear wave elastography. Results The elastic modulus of thrombosis increased with increment of the stages of thrombosis.Specifically, the mean Young's moduli of thrombosis increased from (4.0±1 .42)kPa (day 1)to (25.71 ±6.09)kPa (day 14),with statistical differences between each two observation time points (P <0.05).Conclusions Shear wave elastography can effectively reflect the elasticity of thrombosis in different stages, and the stage of thrombosis can be estimated judging by quantitative ultrasound elasticity preliminarily.

Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 2000;0(04):-
Objective:To investigate memory disorder in hippocampal infarction patient. Methods: A hippocampal infarction patient was examined by the MMSE and the WMS-RC. Results: Patient's performance on MMSE was within the normal range, but the short-term memory was impaired. Conclusion: Hippocampal plays an important role in encoding and storing new information.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2021;33(12):1215-1219
Objective :
To understand the prevalence of overweight and obesity, and the influencing factors among students aged 7-22 years in Zhejiang Province.
Methods :
Stratified random cluster sampling was used to randomly select students aged 7-22 years in 11 prefectures of Zhejiang Province in 2019. Height and weight were measured. The general information, dietary habits and living habits of students were collected using the Student Health Status and Influencing Factors Questionnaire. The multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of overweight and obesity.
Results :
A total of 33 800 respondents were included, 7 685 (22.74%) were overweight/obese, 4 729 ( 13.99% ) were overweight, and 2 956 ( 8.75% ) were obese. The multivariate logistic regression analysis suggested that boys ( OR=2.059, 95%CI:1.949-2.175), not living on campus( OR=1.306, 95%CI: 1.214-1.405), history of alcohol consumption ( OR=1.158, 95%CI:1.083-1.238 ), average daily consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages in the past week ( less than once, OR=1.214, 95%CI: 1.103-1.336; once and more, OR=1.431, 95%CI: 1.259-1.626 ), average daily consumption of fries in the past week ( less than once, OR=1.171, 95%CI: 1.065-1.288; once and more, OR=1.266, 95%CI: 1.102-1.454 ), and average daily consumption of sweets in the past week (less than once, OR=0.727, 95%CI: 0.658-0.802; once and more, OR=0.504, 95%CI: 0.444-0.572) were associated with overweight and obesity in students.
Conclusion
The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity among students aged 7-22 years in Zhejiang Province are 13.99% and 8.75%, respectively, which are associated with boys, not living on campus, and consumption of sugar-sweetened beverages, fries, sweets and alcohol.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2019;9(3):178-184
A simple, rapid, and sensitive gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of two fatty acids, methyl hexadecanoate (MH) and methyl stearate (MS), to allow the evaluation of packaging-drug compatibility. The two migrants were quantified in selective ion-monitoring (SIM) mode, with limits of detection (LOD) of 0.0030 μg/mL and 0.0121 μg/mL. Linear calibration curves for MH and MS were obtained in the concentration ranges of 0.1011–5.0570 μg/mL and 0.2015–10.0740 μg/mL, respectively. The developed method was successfully applied to estimate the safety of the injection of recombinant antitumor-antivirus protein (RAAP). The results showed that the possible maximum daily intake was 3.0 ng and 12.1 ng for MH and MS, re-spectively. As these values were both below the permitted daily exposure, the migrants can be con-sidered as having low safety risk and do not affect the quality of the injection.
