Impotence is one of the more common and serious symptom type of male sexual disturbance. It demonstrates by domestic sampling investigation that about more than 10% of male adult have impotence, and the incidence of impotence goes higher with the growing of age.Warming and invigorating kidney-yang has been the main therapy method for treating impotence.Through years of clinic practices, the treatment for impotence from liver has achieved satisfied effects.

Objective To investigate the level and clinical significance of laminin (LN) and hyalu-ronic acid (HA) in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) of patients with neuropsychiatric lupus (NPLE). Methods The level of LN and HA in CSF in 31 cases of NPLE, 36 cases of no-NPLE SLE, 23 cases of no-SLE cerebrovascular disease and 39 normal controls were messured by radioimmunoassay method. Results The level of LN and HA in CSF of NPLE patients was higher than that of the no-NPLE, no-SLE cerebrovascular disease and normal controls (P

Aim: To develop a new preparation consisting of colon adhesive pellets of sodium 4-amino salicylate for the treatment of ulcerative colitis, and to characterize the adhesive of the prepared pellets. Methods: Centrifu-gation-granulation was used to prepare sodium 4-amino salicylate pellets into which HPMC K4M and Carbomer 934P as matrix were incorporated. The pellets were coated with Surlease~((R)), and filled into enteric-coated cap-sules. The release of sodium 4-amino salicylate from the pellets was evaluated in the pH 7. 4 buffer. The adhesive property of the pellets was characterized by evaluating the transit rate of the pellets in the rat intestine in vivo, and by determing the remaining( %) of the pellets in the isolated rat colonic segment in vitro. The adhesive of the pel-lets in vivo was also verified by X-rays. Results: It was shown that the resultant pellets of round shape, good uni-formity in size, and favorable rigidity possessed the colon-adhesive and sustained-release properties. Conclusion:The simple, economical and practical approach was sucessfully utilized in the preparation of sodium 4-amino sa-licylate pellets with the remarked colonic adhesion and targeting.

International Eye Science 2014;(10):1879-1881
AIM: To assess the changes of macular thickness of acquire immunodeficiency syndrome ( AIDS) patients.
METHODS:The study based on the data analysis of 38 human immunodeficiency virus ( HIV ) positive patients ( 64 eyes ) . According to CD4 count and whether cytomegalovirus retinitis ( CMVR) happened, the patients were divided into 3 groups. Group A included 16 patients (32 eyes), in which CD4 count was < 50cells/μL and CMVR did not happen. Group B included 10 patients ( 20 eyes), in which CD4 count was>50cells/μL and CMVR did not happen. Group C included 12 patients (12 eyes), in which CD4 count was < 50cells/μL and CMVR just happened. Group D included 10 healthy people ( 20 eyes ) , as normal control group. By using optical coherence tomography ( OCT ) , thickness of retina along with a 1mm diameter circle centered on macular was evaluated.
RESULTS:The mean foveal thicknesses in groups A, B, C and D were 254. 03±15. 63μm, 263. 11±17. 12μm, 304. 50±50. 62μm and 257. 64±8. 54μm in order. Compared with foveal thickness in each group, there were significant differences in general (F=12. 933, P=0. 000). The mean foveal thickness in groups CMVR increased, which was of significant difference (P= 0. 000), compared with other groups.
CONCLUSION: CMVR can impair the structure and function of macular, which then seriously affects the visual function of patients. It's helpful to understand the progress and prognosis of CMVR disease by observing macular structure with OCT in early time.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1984;0(02):-
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical and pathological characteristics in diagnosing the renal diseases with diffuse glomerular nodular changes. MethodsThe clinical and pathological data of 127 patients whose renal pathological feature was mainly diffuse glomerular nodular changes were retrospectively analyzed. ResultsThe most common diagnosis was diabetic nephropathy and renal amyloidosis, and sometimes light chain deposit diseases and Mix cryoglobulinemia. ConclusionDiffuse glomerular nodular changes occurred in many diseases. We should make differential diagnosis based on the clinical symptoms, the results of laboratory examinations and the renal pathological characteristics.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 2003;0(10):-
Objective To observe the impact of transplant nephrectomy on panel reactive antibodies and a secondary renal transplantation. Methods Panel reactive antibodies in 15 patients with a failed renal transplant admitted in our hospital between 2004 to 2007 were measured before transplantation, before and 1 month,6 months,12 months after transplant nephrectomy, and the pathological changes were observed after transplant nephrectomy. Results Panel reactive antibodies was increasing after renal transplantation, and reached the highest level one month after transplant nephrectomy, then grandually got down.New HLA allosensitization sites were discovered after transplant nephrectomy.Large amount of C4d was stained in failed transplant. Conclusion Serum PRA increased after transplant nephrectomy.New HLA allosensitization sites were found, which may be useful in HLA matching.
