1. Synthesis and protein tyrosine kinases inhibitory activity of aroyl derivatives
Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2016;43(3):471-475
Objective Using Ex-Rad as a lead compound to design and synthesize aroyl derivatives with protein tyrosine kinases(PTK) inhibitiory activity. Methods 1-[(4-Fluorophenyl)amioncarbonyl] cyclopropanecarboxylic acid, and 2-oxo-1-phenylimidazolidine were used as raw materials to synthesize intermediates 3a-3d, respectively. The target compounds T1-T7 were synthesized by chloroformylation reaction with 3a-3d. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used and inhibitory rate was calculated to screen out the compounds with PTK inhibitory activity. Results Seven new compounds containing aroyl groups were synthesized and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR. The evaluation of the seven compounds demonstrated that PTK inhibitory activity of T2 and T6 were stronger than that of the lead compound. Conclusion The synthetic method is simple, and the materials are cheap and readily available. T2 and T6 show strong PTK inhibitory activity by ELISA.

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating infantile diarrhea due to spleen deficiency with five-step pediatric tuina of Huxiang school. Methods:Using a randomized controlled trial design, sixty eligible kids with diarrhea due to spleen deficiency were randomized into an observation group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group was intervened by the five-step pediatric tuina method of Huxiang school, and the control group received conventional tuina treatment. The intervention was conducted once a day, consecutive 5-day treatment as 1 course, at a 2-day interval between courses, successively for a total of 4 courses. Changes in the primary and secondary symptoms of diarrhea due to spleen deficiency were observed, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated. Results: After treatment, the scores of primary and secondary symptoms and the general score of diarrhea due to spleen deficiency were improved; the improvements in fecal form and frequency, decreased appetite, bloating after meals and fatigue and sluggishness were more significant in the observation group than in the control group. Conclusion: The five-step pediatric tuina method of Huxiang school and conventional tuina both can improve the primary and secondary symptoms in infantile diarrhea due to spleen deficiency, while the former one can produce more significant efficacy.

Objective To establish a cosmetic medicine bio-psycho-social model and its theory frame and a new clinical work system. Methods The clinical observation and clustering analysis were used in this study, which based on the modern medicine patterns to carry on the logical proof, theory derivation and systematic design. Results The bio-psycho-social model of cosmetic me dicine with combination of the theory and practice was established, including its concept, theory constitution and clinical work system. Conclusion The bio-psycho-social model of cosmetic medicine can most scientifically and comprehensively explain this discipline rule and clinical work, and it will bring the profound influence on the development of the theory and practice in cosmetic medicine.

Objective: To study the effect of the sharp marginal ridge of the abutment on the casting of the fit metal full crown in dental preparation. Methods: We established the models of the designed crown-based-teeth(American Dental Association style,No2 trail) with a sharp or smooth marginal ridge, and cast a metal crown for each model. We injected silicone into the crown and immediately fixed it onto each model. Then we took out the solidified silicone and measured its thickness between the crown and the occlusal face of each model. The thinner the thickness, the better the fitness. Results: The average silicone thickness was 250 ?m in the smooth marginal ridge group and 1 660 ?m in the sharp marginal ridge group, with significant difference in between(P

Advanced gastric cancer is usually dealt with D2 radical dissection. There are different opinions as to whether it is necessary to perform D3 radical lymphadenectomy. Some scholars thought that properly enlarged radical dissection can improve long-term outcomes for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. In recent years, laparoscopic D1 and D2 radical dissection of gastric cancer could be carried out in many hospitals. However, the technique and related skills for performing D3 radical lymphadeneetomy through laparoscope remains to be explored.Based on our previous experiences,D3 radical lymphadeneetomy using artery suspension method and medial-to-lateral approach for advanced gastric cancer is proved to be safe and feasihle.

ObjectiveTo evaluate the feasibility, safety and the long-termoutcomes of laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy (LADG) for advanced gastric cancer (AGC).MethodsWe retrospectively analyzed the clinical and follow-up data of 346 cases after LADG from January 2004 to June 2009, compared with 313 cases after conventional open distal gastrectomy (ODG) for advanced gastric cancer at the same period at our hospital. The surgical safety, postoperative complications, survival rate, and the recurrence and metastasis of cancer were compared.ResultsThere was no significant difference at the average time of LADG and ODG procedures (211 ± 56) min vs.(204 ±41 ) min, but blood loss during operation and length of incision in LADG group were significantly less than in the ODG group. The proximal and distal length were, respectively, (6. 3 ± 2. 0) cm and (5. 7 ± 1.7 ) cm in LADG group and (6. 3 ±2. 1 ) cm and (5.6 ± 1.6) cm in ODG group, the difference was not significant. The number of lymph node dissections was also similar: (33 ± 13) in LADG group and (33 ± 16) in ODG group. The incidence of postoperative complications in LADG group was significantly lower than that in ODG group ( 6. 7% vs.13. 1%, P < 0. 05). During the follow-up period of 6-72 months (average 37 months), the 1-, 3-and 5-year survival rates were, respectively, 87. 2%, 57. 2% and 50. 3% in LADG group and 87. 1%, 54. 1%and 49. 2% in ODG group, the difference was not significant. The differences in recurrence and metastasis between the two groups were not statistically significant.ConclsionLaparoscopy-assisted gastrectomy for advanced gastric cancer is not significantly different with open surgery in postoperative survival rate or recurrence. It is less traumatic and of fewer complications.

Objective To explore the role of transfer network in critical neonatus treatment and its optimising strategy. Methods All the materials of critical neonatus who were transferred by network between Jan.2004 and Dec.2007 were collected, the establishment and mechanism of transfer network service, the change of transfer models, results and main factors influencing effect of transfer network in this pe-riod were analyzed.Software SPSS 11.0 was used to analyze the data. Results Two hundred and fifty-six critical neonatus cases were transferred by network between Jan.2004 and Dec.2007,accounting for 13.79% in all critical neonatus born in this period. The birth rate of critical neonatus decreased each year and also the proportion of transfer. The proportion significantly reduced during 2006-2007 compared with that in 2004-2005(P

The operation path, lymph node dissection and reconstruction of the alimentary tract are the three most technical difficulties of laparoscopy-assisted gastrectomy. The essential difference between laparoscopy-assisted gastrectomy and open gastrectomy is the operation path. Based on our clinical experience, we investigated reasonable paths for laparoscopyassisted gastrectomy. Patients were placed in a supine position with their legs apart, and the operator stood on the left side of the patient. Five trocars were placed in the abdominal wall in a curved line. The operation was carried out in the order of greater gastric curvature, the lower region of the pylorus and antrum, the upper region of the pancreas, omentum minus, cardia, and arcuate diaphragm. From May 2004 to April 2010, we successfully carried out 761 laparoscopy-assisted gastrectomies with satisfactory outcomes.
