1.Disorders of gastrointestinal motility of diabetes mellitus and possible mechanisms
Chinese Journal of Endocrinology and Metabolism 1986;0(03):-
Disorders of gastrointestinal motility are common complications in patients with diabetes mellitus and may involve the whole alimentary tract. Dyspepsia, gastroparesis and constipation are very common. Gastric dysfunction in diabetes may influence the pharmocokinetics of hypoglycemic and other drugs. This article reviews the disorders of gastrointestinal motility in diabetes and possible mechanisms.
2.Anti-snoring Pillow in the Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea with Heart Failure: an Efficacy Study
Journal of Medical Research 2017;46(8):22-25
Objective To investigate the effect of anti-snoring pillow for the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea in patients with heart failure. Methods Forty seven HF patients with OSAHS and 12 HF patients with simple snoring were enrolled. All the patients were divided into 3 groups:control group (n =12),mild-moderate OSAHS group (n =26) and severe OSAHS group (n =21).All the patients received the treatment of anti-snoring pillow and their sleep apnea parameters were evaluated by PSG at the same time. Results The sleep apnea parameters including AHI,OAI,ODI,mean SpO2% and snore index were significantly improved in severe and mild moderate OSAHS group with anti-snoring pillow. Conclusion Anti-snoring pillow can reduce snoring index in all OSAHS patients and simple snorers.Sleep apnea and hypoxemia were greatly improved in mild-moderate OSAHS-HF patient while the anti-snoring pillow is not perfect in severe OSAHS patients with HF to replace PAP.
3.The Role of Hospital Pharmacists in Clinical Drug Trial
China Pharmacy 2005;0(17):-
OBJECTIVE:To discuss the role of hospital pharmacists in the clinical drug trial.METHODS:The role of hospital pharmacists in publicizing and training of Good Clinical Practice(GCP),in the formulation of each standard operating instruction and in each stage of clinical drug trial was analyzed.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:Hospital pharmacists played a key role in clinical drug trial. They can get to know the basic research methodology from participating in the clinical drug trial, meanwhile their consciousness on scientific research can be strengthened.
4.Surgical treatment for eyelid basal cell carcinoma
Ophthalmology in China 2006;0(06):-
Objective To observe the curative effect of surgical treatment for eyelid basal cell carcinoma. Design Retrospective case series. Participants 33 cases with eyelid basal cell carcinoma. Methods 33 cases with eyelid basal cell carcinoma treated with surgery, standard excision in 17 case and Mohs micro excision in 16 cases were analyzed, postoperative appearance and function of re- eonstruetiiv eyelid, reeurence rate and survival rate were observed by follow-up survey. Main Outcome Measures Postoperative ap- pearance, function of reconstruetiiv eyelid, recurence rate and survival rate. Results After 6 month ~ 5 years follow-up survey with an average of 2.5 years, 28 of 29 cases obtained normal eyelid appearance, 1 case with lower eyelid gentle ectropium. 11 cases showed hy- perpigmentation in skin-grafting area in early stage, and became normal in half a year. Eyelid function of 29 cases were normal. Tumour relapse was seen in one case 2 years after standard resection, the cure rate was 94.12%. No tumor relapse was seen in group of mohs micro resection, the cure rate was 100%. Within five years postoperation, there was no death case caused by basal cell carcinoma re- lapse, except one dying from myocardial infarction and another dying of eerebrovaseular disease. Conclusions Operational excision is an effective approach for eyelid basal cell carcinoma. The effect of mohs micro resection is better than the one of standard resection. With dissociate skin grafting, fluctuate tarsal transmigration and dissociate skin grafting, eyelid appearance and function recover well.
5.Isokinetic principle and its clinical application in orthopaedic rehabilitation

Chinese Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma 2002;0(02):-
Isokinetic training, as a technique of orthopaedic rehabilitation, is a new and valuable method in evaluation of muscle function and in training muscle strength. It has higher accuracy and reproducibility in evaluation of muscle function. When isokinetic training of muscle strength is done, kinetic velocity is fixed beforehand in the dynamic instrument so that the resistance matches the actual force applied by the individual. The resistance maintains the maximum throughout the range of motion and produces the greatest muscle strength. As a result, the isokinetic muscle strength is effective and safe in the orthopaedic rehabilitation.

Journal of Clinical Neurology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To observe the effect of neuropeptide Y(NPY) on the levels of serum interleukins(ILs)in guinea pigs with experimental allergic encephalomyelitis(EAE).Methods 30 guinea pigs were divided randomly into normol control group,EAE group and NPY group. The NPY was injected into the intracerebroventricular in NPY group one week before the EAE model be made. The EAE molders were made by injecting the homogenate of rat's spinal cord into the plantar of guinea pigs in groups EAE and NPY.Then, the neurological deficits score was observed everyday, the incidence and the delitescence of EAE were observed too.The levels of serum IL-1?,IL-2,IL-4,IL-6 and IL-8 were detected, and the neuropathological examination was used when symotoms peak period of EAE models.Results(1)The incidences of the EAE in groups EAE and NPY were 100% and 90%,the delitescences of EAE were(10.0?4.8)d and(25.4?12.6)d,the neurological deficits scores at the symotoms peak period were(3.60?0.52) and(1.80?1.14),respectively.There were significantly differences between the two groups(all P

0.998. The detection limits were in the range of 16-40 ng/L(S/N=3). The quantitative detection limits were in the range of 45-105 ng/L(S/N=10) with recovery percentages ranging from 87.6% to 106% and the relative standard deviations was lower than 3%. Conclusion The method was proved to be satisfactory in precision, accuracy and sensitivity and applicable to the daily test of estrogens in water.
