Two novel isocoumarins, erigeronone C (1) and D (2), were isolated from the ethanol extract of the whole plant of Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand.-Mazz (Compositae). Their structures were respectively elucidated as 8, 9-dihydroxypyrano [3, 2-c] isochromen-4, 6-dione (1) and 4, 7-dihydroxy-3-(3-hydroxy-4-oxo-4H-pyran-2-yl)-1H-isochromen-1-one (2) on the basis of spectral analyses. Both structures of 1 and 2 possess a gamma-pyrone moiety and that is rare in natural products.

The status and progression of therapy for recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma are expounded, including radio-therapy, surgery, chemotherapy and targeted therapy, etc. Radiotherapy is the most important mode that three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy and intensity modulation radiation therapy are strongly recommended in order to reduce the impairment of normal tissue. Surgical therapy is reasonable for the early stage patients who relapse less than a year from the initial treatment with surgical indication. Conventional radiotherapy with or without brachytherapy is recommended for those who relapse more than one year without surgical indication. Radiotherapy combining with chemotherapy, targeted therapy and sensitizer is proposed for the patients with local advanced stage by re-staging.

Objective To develop a double antibody sandwich ELISA for quantitatively detecting Japanese encephalitis virus(JEV) antigen.Methods The anti-JEV polyclonal antibodies were used to coat ELISA plates.Anti-JEV monoclonal antibodies were used as enzyme-labeled conjugate.A standard curve based on known amounts of JEP antigen was established by the ELISA.Various parameters of the assay were analyzed.Results The optimal linear range was 12.5～200 U/ml(r=0.9989).The quantitation limit was 12.5 U/ml.The recovery rate for the accuracy test was 85.0%～103.3%.The coefficients of variation for intra-assay and inter-assay precision were 4.3%and 5.5%respectively.No cross-reaction was observed with HAV vaccine,influenza vaccine,Vero cell Iysates,newborn bovine serum,or human albumin.Conclusions The data indicate that the ELISA developed in this study has high specificity,precision, accuracy,and stability.The assay should be suitable for quantitative determination of JEV antigen in various vaccine products.

Objective To investigate the involvement of the E-cadherin-catenin adhesion system in the progression of human non-small cell lung carcinoma cell lines. Methods Expression of E-cadherin, alpha-catenin, and beta-catenin in seven human lung carcinoma cell lines were studied with immunocytochemistry and RT-PCR. Results Abnormal expression of at least one component of the E-cadherin/catenin complex was seen in each non-small cell lung carcinoma cell line.Conclusion The abnormal expression of E-cadherin, alpha-catenin, and beta-catenin was closely related with the occurrence of lung carcinomas.

This paper explored the educational reform of dispensing Chinese drugherbs. The education reform included implementing the project of teaching methods, implementing modern experimental methods, cultivating comprehensive quality of students, training students' creative thinking, and stimulating the initiative of students. Objective To analyze the relationship between serum intermedin ( IMD ) , CystatinC ( CysC ) and fibro-blast growth factor23(FGF23) with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy (HLVH). Methods Serum IMD,Cy-sC and FGF23 levels of 30 patients with essential hypertension(EH group),30 hypertensions with LVH(HLVH group)and 30 healthy subjects(control group)were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). All the subjects did UCG for LVMI. Results LVMI and serum IMD,CysC,FGF23 levels were significantly higher in EH group than in control(P<0. 05),higher in HLVH group than in EH and control groups(P<0. 05). In the pa-tients with hypertension LVMI and serum IMD,CysC,FGF23 levels were increasing with increased blood pressure levels. LVMI level was positively correlated with serum IMD,CysC and FGF23 levels(r=0. 769,0. 517,0. 700;P<0. 01). Line to LVMI level as the dependent variable,multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that:systolic blood pressure( SBP) ,IMD,CysC,homocysteine( Hcy) ,FGF23 entered regression equation. They were independent risk factors for LVMI. Conclusion Serum IMD, CysC and FGF23 levels are closely associated with EH and HLVH. They may participate in the development of EH and affect the process of HLVH. Combined-detection of ser-um IMD,CysC and FGF23 can be used as a reference index for the condition and prognosis of HLVH.

Objective To investigate the projects and effects of the comprehensive and conservative treatment of patients with keen osteoarthritis and meniscus injury.Methods 120 patients with keen osteoarthritis and meniscus injury were randomly divided into the control group A(n =40),B(n =40)and comprehensive treatment group C(n =40).Patients in group A were treated with ozone and glass sodium injection;Patients in group B were treated with ozone,glass sodium and Triamcinolone Acetonide injection;Patients in group C were treated with ozone, glass sodium and Triamcinolone Acetonide injection,superlaser local irradiation,glucosamine tablet oral,Lornoxicam intravenous injection.The effects of the treatment according to keen joints function scores were compared after two weeks and six months.Patients in group C were randomly divided into group C1(n =20)and group C2(n =20)after one year,patients in group C1 with the same treatment as patients in group A and oral glucosamine tablet for one course of treatment,patients in group C2 without any further treatment.The follow up was completed for two years. Results The excellent and good rate in group C was better than that of group B and group C after two weeks (70.0%,22.5%,42.5%,χ2 =18.152,6.146,P <0.01 or P <0.05).After six month,the excellent and good rate in group C was better than that of group A and group B (87.5%,42.5%,60.0%,χ2 =17.802,7.813,all P <0.01).There was no significant difference between group C1 and group C2 after one years(t1 =2.014,P <0.01). There was significant difference between group C1 and group C2 after two years(t2 =16.152,P <0.01).Conclusion The effects of comprehensive conservative treatment are better than simple keen joint injection in patients with keen osteoarthritis and meniscus injury.The function of keen joint with maintenance care treatment is better than without maintenance care.Comprehensive conservative and maintenance care treatment is a good clinical treatment project.

Objective To research the optimal test condition for determining TVOC in air based on GB 50325-2001 Code for Indoor Environmental Pollution Control of Civil Building Engineering. Methods Seven kinds of standard gas (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, p-dimethylbenzene, m-dimethylbenzene, ethenylbenzene and o-dimethylbenzene) were injected into Tenax-TA sampling tube, then heated for different time and pyrolyzed for different time. Results Tenax-TA sampling tube was heated for 30 seconds and pyrolyzed for 90 seconds. The recovery rate of seven kinds of compounds was more than 90%. Relative standard deviation was less than 10%. Conclusion The optimal test condition for determining TVOC in air has been presented in this paper. The precision and sample recovery rate will meet the requirement of indoor air quality standard annex A Indoor Air Monitoring Technology.

Objective To investigate the relationship between essential hypertension and serum C-reactive protein and plasma lipids.Methods Detecting fasting serum CRP and plasma lipid in each group of hypertensive patients to investigate the relationship between hypertension and fasting serum CRP and plasma lipids.Results CRP,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C level of A,B and C group had significant differences with that of D group(t =4.03, 4.23, 4.61, 3.12, 3.41, 2.76,2.98,2.56,2.64,2.57,3.05,3.68,2.54,3.16,4.28,all P＜0.05).CRP,TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C levels between A,B and C group had significant differences(F = 4.68,4.05,3.29,3.59,4.11,all P＜0.05).There was significant correlation between serum CRP level and TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C level in 186 hypertension patients(r =0.274,0.356,0.327,0.302,all P＜0.05).Conclusion CRP,TC,TG and LDL-C levels showed significant linear correlation in patients with hypertension.
