1.Study on the application of alprostadil and benazepril in patients with diabetes and the effect on blood glucose fluctuation

Objective To analyze the effects of alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetes and the effect on blood glucose fluctuation.MethodsEighty cases with diabetes were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril while the observation group was additionally treated with alprostadil.The treatment effects, the changes of blood glucose, blood lipids and renal function were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded.ResultsThe total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).After treatment, the fasting plasma glucose (FPG), postprandial 2h plasma glucose (2hPG) and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) were reduced to the normal level but the volatility differences of FPG and 2hPG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) decreased while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) increased (P<0.05) but the differences between the two groups showed no statistical significance.After treatment, the improvement of renal function indexes in the observation group was better than that in the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of adverse reactions showed no significant difference between the two groups.ConclusionThe application of alprostadil combined with benazepril in the treatment of diabetes can reduce blood glucose fluctuation, improve renal function, and reduce the risk of diabetic nephropathy.

Applied widely to the animal model for post -traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), the system is designed to be used for other biomedical studies.

5.Lumbar protection and lumbago prevention for the army drivers worked in plateau

Objective To investigate the long-term protective effects of the waistband onto lumbar spins.Based on the practical situation,to search for some effective and convenient methods,such as wearing waistband and mutual massage,to prevent from lumbago for the army drivers worked in plateau.Methods 372 army drivers,young males,healthy and all worked in plateau,ware involved as the treatment group in the present study.Another 545 army drivers with the similar physical qualities,also worked in plateau,were selected as the control group.For the treatment group,a kind of special waistband was employed for the drivers,and mutual massage on hack of each other was performed among them;while in control group the army drivers were given no measures for lumbar protection and lumbago pre- vention.All the drivers in the both groups ware in normal driving conditions.The therapeutic effects of the waistband and the lumbago symptoms were investigated by epidemiologic survey 16 months later,Results The epidemiologic survey results showed that the incidence of lumbago in the drivers of control group(72.8%)was significantly higher than that in the treatment group(30.9%,P
6.Application of active electrode in the surface electromyogram detection

AIM: To detect surface electromyogram (EMG) signal accurately.METHODS: How to reduce noise in the detection of surface EMG signal was discussed. It has been explored to design an electrode unit by using methods of differential amplification, active electrode, filter and so on , andto investigate the electrode shape and the right placing method.RESULTS: The instrumentation amplifier AD620 was adopted to design a bipolar active electrode, which has been successfully used in the surface EMG detection.CONCLUSION: Experiments show that using active electrode can improve ratio of signal and noise, reduce noise and detect surface EMG signal effectively.
7.Determination of human telomerase reverse transcriptase and telomerase activity in different tumor cell lines and its significance

Objective To detect the expression of humar telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) and telomerase activity in HeLa,MCF-7,SMMC7721 PC-3m and U2OS cell lines. Methods The techniques of immunochemistry and TRAP-ELISA were employed to detect the expression of hTERT and telomerase activity in different tumor cell lines.Results The positive rate of hTERT in HeLa cells(93.75%?3.10%)was significantly higher than that in U2OS cells(2.75%?0.96%),besides the other three cell lines showed an positive rates of hTERT in MCF-7(92.50%?2.65%),SMMC7721 (53.75%?2.22%)and PC-3m(23.50%?2.89%); Meanwhile,the telomerase activity of HeLa cells (94.58%?3.49%) was also much higher than that of U2OS(3.02%?0.43%),likewise the telomerase activities of the other three cell lines (MCF-7,SMMC7721,PC-3m) were 73.90%?4.50%,66.67%?3.35% and 50.62%?1.96%, respectively. Conclusion The expression of hTERT and telomerase activity show obvious differences among five tumor cell lines,suggesting that telomerase inhibitors cannot effect on all the tumor cell lines.
8.Aseptic Surgical Incision Infection:A Clinical Analysis

OBJECTIVE To study and analyze the risk factors of surgical incision infection. METHODS All of 17 044 aseptic surgery patients from 2004 to 2006 were investigated. RESULTS Totally 36(0.21%) cases occurred infection with class Ⅰ surgical site.The incision infection ratio was 0.24%,0.22% and 0.18% in 2004,2005,and 2006,respectively.The operation time more than three hours occurred in 17 patients,two and three hours were in 12 cases,and less than two hours in the seven cases,accounted for 47.23%,33.33% and 19.44%,respectively. CONCLUSIONS The risk factors of incision infection after aseptic were as age,operation times,seasons,perioperative administration and underlying diseases.In order suroery to prevent the incition infection in aseptic surgery,we should pay more attention to management and education among medical staff.
9.The correlation between chronic hepatic diseases and small intestinal inflammation

Objective To investigate the correlation between chronic hepatic diseases and small intestinal inflammation.Methods Patients who received capsule endoscopy in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University were divided into groups of liver cirrhosis,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),chronic hepatitis and non-hepatic disease according to clinic data from August 2011 to August 2015.The severity of small intestinal mucosal inflammation was graded according to Lewis Scoring system and incidence of small intestinal lesions in different groups and Lewis scores were compared.The liver function was also graded with liver noninvasive scoring systems.Then the correlation between liver function damage and small intestinal lesions was investigated.Results A total of 338 cases were enrolled in the study,including 25 cases of liver cirrhosis,47 cases of NAFLD,20 cases of chronic hepaitis and 246 cases of non-hepatic disease.There were 22 (88.0%),36 (76.6%),12 (60.0%) and 78 (31.7%) cases with lesions in small intestine in the four group respectively with significant differences(P<0.001).Rate of small intestinal villi edema was significantly higher in liver cirrhosis group,NAFLD group,chronic hepatitis group than that in non-hepatic disease group(all P<0.017).Small intestinal villi edema was found mainly in the upper and one third of middle parts in small intestine (P =0.033).Lewis scores of liver cirrhosis group (190.80±228.42)and NAFLD group(125.38± 191.31) were higher than those of non-hepatic disease group (42.91±97.69,P=0.021,P =0.034).Forns score,FIB-4 score,NAFLD-FS score and Child-Pugh score were positively correlated with Lewis score (correlation coefficient:0.247,0.244,0.223,0.284respectively,all P<0.001).Conclusion Chronic hepatic diseases such as liver cirrhosis,NAFLD,chronic hepatitis might be risk factors for small intestinal mucosal inflammation,and the severity of chronic hepatic diseases may be positively correlated with that of small intestinal mucosal lesions.
10.Clinical efficacy of milrinone injection in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease complicated with respiratory failure

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of milrinone injection combined therapy in patients with cor pulmonale complicated with respiratory failure and observe the effect of milrinone on blood gas index, blood viscosity and pulmonary arterial pressure.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with cor pulmonale complicated with respiratory failure were retrospectively analyzed from April 2014 to April 2016.Among them, 50 cases were treated with conventional oxygen therapy, diuretic, asthma and anti-infection treatment.In the control group, 50 cases were treated with milrinone injection as the treatment group.The clinical curative effect and adverse reaction were analyzed.The blood gas analysis index, blood viscosity and pulmonary arterial pressure were measured before and after the treatment.The sputum normal and cyanosis, cough, wet rales and edema time were recorded in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group 70.0%(P <0.05).After treatment, the hemorheological indexes and blood gas analysis indexes of the two groups improved significantly, However, the improvement of the indicators of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group (P<0.05).The pulmonary arterial pressure in the treatment group was (18.36 ±7.38) mmHg, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (23.79 ±6.14) mmHg (P<0.05); After treatment, the sputum normal and cyanosis in the treatment group, cough, wet rales, edema time were significantly shorter than the control group ( P <0.05 ) .No significant adverse effects were observed in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion The use of milrinone injection comprehensive treatment of pulmonary heart disease with respiratory failure in patients with significant efficacy and safety , but also can help improve blood viscosity and blood gas analysis indicators, reduce pulmonary artery pressure, better promote the rehabilitation of patients.
