Objective To discuss with micro-tympanoplastic operation with osteo retention on treating cholesteatomatous otitismedis. Methods Choose 33 cases cholesteatomatous otitis medis patients who toke the tympanoplastic with osteo retention operation, then analyze the postulate and method of the operation, curative effect and complication after operation. Results Follow up with those patients by 12-72 months, and when 3-4 months after operation we endoscopiced the ears, could see that 43 cases of patients ear mastoid process and tympanic sinus were covered with epithelium, those mastoid cavity were well epithelial metaplasia;and the middle ear was separate from mastoid cavity; 39 cases patient of transplant eardrums are heal up (39/43, 90.7%). 2 cases have perforation of the tympanic membrane toke place after 4 months and 6 months with the operation, and it will heal up by anti-inflammatory drug and laser burning, 1 case had tympanic sinus hyperplasia with granulation tissue, and also had grassery juice; after taken anti-inflammatory drug and change bandage for 15 weeks, the symptom disappear. 1 case had grassery juice of operation cavity, after taking anti-inflammatory drug and physiotherapy, the symptom disappear in 24 weeks. After operation the pure tone audiometry shows that air conduction raise (16.8±6.8) dB HL, hearing raise up to:79.1%(34/43). Conclusion Base on right indication of operation choose, taken combined therapy of ambi-operation period, focus of infection are thoroughly cleaning up. Tympanoplastic with osteo retention are treating well with patients of cholesteatomatous otitismedis.

Endoproteinase Lys-C/trypsin sequential digestion and trypsin digestion were used in 293 T cell proteomics sample preparation and the results of Lys-C/trypsin sequential digestion and trypsin digestion in proteomics sample preparation was systematically evaluated. It was found that the number of identified peptides and proteins increased significantly, and missed cleavage sites, especially K sites decreased dramatically through Lys-C/trypsin sequential digestion. And the average sequence coverage of identified proteins in Lys-C/trypsin sequential digestion sample was higher than that in trypsin digestion sample. Besides, different amount of enzymes was tested to select the optimal usage of enzymes in Lys-C/trypsin sequential digestion. This study provided the references for proteomics sample preparation.

Passiflora was a nourishing and healthy fruit grown in tropical and subtropical regions. Passiflora has been widely used to alleviate various diseases in the folk in tropical nations, especially as a treatment for insomnia and anxiety in Europe. The title plant had been used as antalgesic and downer from the beginning of the 20th century up to now. The demands of Passiflora and its extract have been increasing. Therefore, comprehensive utilization of this plant is necessary. This paper reviewed the progress in the study on the chemical composition, nutrient value, and pharmacological effect of the genus of Passiflora.

Objective To compare the cleaning effect of before and after improvement of P′750 type endoscopic infusion pump sensing infusion. Methods 240 cases of urinary calculi patients were divided into experimental group (120 cases) and control group (120 cases) according to the random number table method. Experimental group made improvements on P′750 type endoscopic infusion pump sensing infusion, Took latex transmission pipe, sampling module, metal fittings and parenteral nutrition infusion bags, disposable connecting pipe connection, and surgery using improved sensing infusion. The control group used unimproved sensing infusion. Results Visual inspection of cleaning pass rate before and after improvement sensing infusion were 85.83% (103/120), 99.17% (119/120), 5 times with light magnifier inspection were 78.33%(94/120), 97.50% (117/120), tampons method inspection were 75.83% (91/120), 95.83% (115/120), ATP bioluminescence monitoring were 70.83% (85/120), 91.67% (110/120), dry pass rate were 90.83%(109/120), 100.00% (120/120), cleaning and drying pass rate were significantly improved (χ2=18.296, 29.159, 32.986, 40.976, 11.528, all P<0.01). Cleaning time before and after improvement sensing infusion were (1 020.40±8.22) s, (539.30±8.70) s. Dry time were (1 199.35±26.70) s, (61.50±5.79) s. Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal color Doppler sonography(TVCD)in the conservative treatment of early tubal pregnancy(TP).Methods Fifty cases of early TP were examined by TVCD before medical treatment, including the size of TP mass, blood flows graded according to Alder, hemodynamics parameters. All data were ananlized and compared with therapeutic results. Results Fortyfive cases were treated successfully(45/50),and 5 failed.According to TVCD,TP masses flow were graded from O to Ⅲ.In the successful group,4 cases were graded 0,21 Ⅰ,16 Ⅱ and 4Ⅲ,blood flow signals were measured in 41 cases, the mean velocity was(5.452±4.327)cm/s,PI(1.597±0.696),RI 0.680±0.107.In the failure group, all TP masses flow were graded Ⅲ,the mean velocity was(16.774±9.855)cm/s,PI 0.95 1±0.193,RI 0.567±0.034.Conclusions In the medical treatment of early TP,TVCD findings associated with the treatment outcome closely,it plays an important role in assessing conservative treatment of early TP.
9.New topic of complement and diseases
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2017;40(9):643-647
Complement system is involved in the pathogenesis of a group of diseases and also provides an important interface between the innate and adaptive immune response.Currently available tools provide an exciting opportunity to study this system, and some diseases were found to be resulted from excessive and uncontrolled activation of the complement of which the pathogenesis used to be unclear, such as paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH),atypical hemolytic uremic syndrome (aHUS) and C3 glomerulopathy (C3G),etc.Several complement inhibitors have been approved for clinical use,and additional complement inhibitory drugs are in development. The use of these drugs in patients will expand our understanding of the benefits and limitations of complement inhibition in human diseases.

Rapid detection and classification of bacteria colonies ( Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogens and Staphylococcus aureus) were investigated by using hyperspectral imaging. The hyperspectral reflectance images (390-1040 nm ) of bacterial colonies on agar plates were collected. Bacterial spectra were extracted automatically based on the masks produced by segmenting a band difference image using the OTSU method. Full wavelength and simplified PLS-DA models were established for classification of bacterial colonies. For the full wavelength model, the overall correct classification rate ( OCCR) and confident OCCR for the prediction set were 100% and 95. 9%, respectively. Besides, competitive adaptive reweighted sampling ( CARS), genetic algorithm ( GA ) and least angle regression-least absolute shrinkage and selection operator ( LARS-Lasso) were used to select feature wavelengths for the development of simplified models. Among them, the CARS-model outperformed the other two in terms of precision, stability and classification accuracy with OCCR and confident OCCR of 100% and 98. 0% for the prediction set, respectively. It was demonstrated that hyperspectral imaging was an effective technology for nondestructive detection of bacterial colonies with high accuracy and high speed. The allocated feature wavelengths by CARS could lay theoretical basis for developing low cost multispectral imaging systems for bacterial colony detection.
