Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 2016;32(3):180-183
Objective To evaluate the utilization status of essential medicines at community health centers, and analyze problems existing in the stocking and application situation of such medicines, hence to provide references and suggestions for the implementation of the Essential Medicine System. Methods The investigation method was used to analyze the actual stocking situation of essential medicines at community health centers, and existing problems in implementing the Essential Medicine System. Results An average of 377 species of essential medicines were stocked by the community health institutions, accounting for 53.9% of Beijing Essential Medicine List, and average 61.6% of the total medicines in these institutions. There were insufficiencies existing both in the list and supplies of essential medicines. First-aid and low-price essential medicines are out of stock.Lack of confidence by some patients on the drug brands and their quality covered in the essential medicines. Conclusions The list and supplies of essential medicines could not meet the demand of patients at community health centers adequately. The method of evidence-based practice should be applied to each area in implementing of the Essential Medicine System.
2.Nucleic acid aptamers and their applications in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor
Journal of International Oncology 2006;0(10):-
Nucleic acid aptamers are ligands with high specificity and affinity for their targets, which are screened from large oligonucleotide pools by the SELEX technology. Their characteristics are superior to antibodies in many aspects, which make them important in the research of recognition of molecules. They can be used to determine the levels and inhibit the bioactivity of their targets. There're broad application prospects for aptamers in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(03):-
Aim To Study the inhibition mechanism of edelfosine on cytokinesis in Schizosaccharomyces pombe. Methods To observe the inhibition of cytokinesis and growth, the experiments of inhibition of cyto-kinesis and parallel growth were carried out. To explore the inhibition mechanism of edelfosine, the experiment of retransfection of yeast genes was carried out. Results Edelfosine inhibited the cytokinesis of S.pombe in low dosage and cell growth in high dosage. The mid2△、spm1△ and pmp1△ strains were resistant to edelfosine in high dosage. However, these strains retrieved the sensitive to edelfosine in high dosage by retransfected the relevant genes, respectively. A reciprocal action, which was the Mid2p induced the phosphorylated Spm1, while the Pmp1 dephosphorylated Spm1, existed among the Spm1、Mid2 and Pmp1 in S.pombe treated with edelfosine. Conclusion The inhibition of edelfosine on cytokinesis and cell growth due to the effect of Spm1、Mid2 and Pmp1.

Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the concentrations of dextromethorphan and its metabolites dextrorphan in human urine. Methods Phenacetine was used as internal standard, and the urine sample was hydrolyzed by enzyme, alkalified and extracted with hexane-butanol(91).The separation was carried out on DiamonsilTM C18 column(250 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m) with mobile phase of acetonitrile-1% triethylamine buffer solution(pH adjusted to 2.2 with H3PO4).Gradient elution was done for 0-15 min(20%-35% A).The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and the column temperature was 40℃.Results The linear ranges of dextromethorphan and dextrorphan were 0.05-2.0 ?g/ml(r=0.999 9,n=5) and 0.5-20.0 ?g/ml(r=0.999 9,n=5),respectively,and their lowest detecting concentrations were 0.04 ?g/ml and 0.4 ?g/ml,respectively.The intra-day and inter-day precision were both less than 10%.The low, middle and high extraction recoveries were between 94%-108%.Conclusion Our method is accurate and sensitive, and is suitable for the CYP2D6 phenotype analysis and pharmacokinetic studies of dextromethorphan and its metabolites in human.

Journal of Chinese Physician 2016;18(8):1275-1278
The incidence of stroke is increasing year by year, about 75% of the patients with different levels of sequelae, and the age of onset also tends to be younger,to the community and the family to bring a heavy burden. Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the study of the related risk factors of stroke in young people,so as to reduce the incidence of stroke.Traditional recognized risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease, obesity, and smoking can explain part of the stroke events,of these risk factors intervention treatment significantly reduced the incidence and mortality of stroke. However, cardio cerebral vascular system is not fully protected. In view of the biochemical indexes of blood of patients with specimens by convenience, detection index simple and precise, further studies of the relationship between biochemical risk factors and young stroke has made clear the necessity of and have become major challenges in current epidemiological study of cerebral stroke.

Modern Clinical Nursing 2014;(4):23-25
Objective To investigate the effect of telephone follow-up on peripherally inserted central cathter(PICC) maintenance. Methods Two hundred and eighty-nine patients with PICC in our hospital from January to December 2010 served as the control group, given conventional health education on intubation, another 305 patients with PICC from January to December 2011 were set as the observation group, where telephone call follow-up was done on the basis of conventional health education on intubation. The two groups were compared in terms of timely catheter maintenance,catheter-related complications, accidental extubation and satisfaction.Result The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of timely catheter maintenance, catheter-related complications, accidental extubation and satisfaction (allP<0.05).Conclusion Telephone follow-up helps to improve patients compliance with PICC catheter maintenance, effectively control the complications and improve the quality of life and satisfaction degree.

Recent Advances in Ophthalmology 2017;37(5):438-441
Objective To discuss the difference of myopia prevalence and spherical equivalent among normal, exophoria and intermittent exotropia children. Methods The children aged between 6 years old to14 years old were divided into 3 groups of orthophoria (n =151),exophoria (n =180) and intermittent exotropia (n =168) based on the result of cover-uncover test.Intermittent exotropia group was divided into three types of basic, convergence insufficiency and divergence excess.Diopter values were retrospectively reviewed, and results were recorded with the average data after the objective optometry of cycloplegia. Results Myopia prevalence of intermittent exotropia of different ages was higher than normal and exophoria (all P < 0.05),but no difference between exophoria and normal (all P > 0.05).There were statistical significant differences in overall prevalence among three groups (intermittent exotropia and orthophoria:P =0.000,intermittent exotropia and exophoria:P =0.000,orthophoria and exophoria:P =0.034).Average spherical equivalent was (0.08 ± 0.99) D in orthophoric group,(-0.16 ± 1.16)D in exophoric group and (-1.23 ± 1.57)D in intermittent exotropic group, there was statistical difference among three groups (P =0.000).The differences were also statistical significant between orthophoria group and exophoria group (P =0.015),intermittent exotropia group and orthophoria group (P =0.000),exophoria group and intermittent exotropia group (P =0.000).In the group of intermittent exotropia, average spherical equivalent was (-1.68 ± 1.61) D in convergence insufficient group,(-1.14 ± 1.44) D in basic group and (-0.85 ± 1.50) D in divergence excessive group, there was statistical difference among three groups (P =0.000).The spherical equivalent in convergence insufficient group was lower than the basic group (P =0.000)and divergence excessive group (P =0.041).Conclusion The myopia prevalence and degree of intermittent exotropia are all higher than normal and exophoria in children.
