1.Monitoring Disinfection and Antiseptic Quality in Supply Division
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(22):-
OBJECTIVE To strengthen the hospital supply Division standardized management and prevent the pathogenic microorganism dissemination effectively and safeguard the human health.METHODS Strengthening the vocational study, improving personnel′s knowledge level, formulating control system, strengthening detail and flow management and adopting the effective monitoring method all were the main measures.RESULTS The results were to guarantee the aseptic material quality, and prevent the occurreance of hospital Ainfection.CONCLUSIONS The scientific and effective management measures make our supply division a good quality management institution, with the programming the materiol processing and the standardizing the disinfection and antisepsis.
2.Role of DRP1 and OPA1 in hyperoxia induced lung injury of premature rats
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(1):83-85,89
Objective To investigate the role of DRP1 and OPA1 in the process of apoptotic in hyperoxia induced lung injury of premature rats .Methods 48 premature Wistar rats were divided into control group in which rats were exposed tO 210 ml .L 1 oxy-en ,and hyperoxia group in which Rats were exposed to 950 mL .L 1 oxyen .The lung tissues of 2 groups were gained on the first day ,the second day and the seventh day with which that all mice were killed by cutting neck .Section of lungs were stained with hea-toxylin eosin to observe the pathological changes ,the protein expression in the lung cells which were linked with the change of plas-tosome ,then the premature rat lung tissue apoptosis in each group were evaluated .Results Compored with the contnx group ,the expression level of OPA1 in the hyperoxia group began to decrease on the first day and apparently decreased to the buttom line on the seventh day .On the other hand ,DRP1 in hyperoxia group began to increase on the first day ,while reached the summit on the seventh day .A few of TUNEL positive cells began to increase with time dependence .A lot of TUNEL positive cells could be found in hyperoxia group ,and the apoptotic index reached the peak on the 7 d .There is a significantly positive correlation between the cell apoptosis and the ratio change of DRP1 and OPA1 in high oxygen group(r=0 .725 ,P<0 .01) .Conclusion The classical pathologic characters of lung injury were found out in hyperoxia group ,and it changed obviously with time .

Chinese Journal of Ocular Fundus Diseases 2012;28(1):37-40
Objective To observe the clinical characteristics and efficacy of laser photocoagulation of aggressive posterior retinopathy of prematurity (AP-ROP).Methods Twenty-eight eyes of 14 infants with AP-ROP from May 2008 to December 2010 were enrolled in this study. The infants were examined using RetCam photography and indirect ophthalmoscopy.Among the 28 eyes,24 eyes were classified as zone one and 4 eyes zone two.All eyes were treated within 24 hours using binocular indirect ophthalmoscope and laser photocoagulation. The initial energy was 200 mW,using energy was 200 - 500 mW,exposure time was 200 ms.Every two photocoagulation spot was linked together, but no overlap.Follow-up ranged from 3 to 24 months, with a mean of 11.5 months. The retinal bloods, the iris surface vessels, the fiber hyperplasia on retina, retinal detachment or ruffle form were observed. Results Twenty-five of 28 eyes (89.3 %) recovered or were classified as control; 1 of 28 eyes (3.6 %) was suffered retinal detachment one month after treatment. The detachment was resolved through vitrectomy Surgery. Two of 28 eyes (7.1 %)did poorly. The parents gave up treatment resulting in loss of vision. No treatment-related complications were observed during the follow-up period, such as damage to cornea, iris and lens. Conclusion Photocoagulation is a safe and effective way to treat most AP-ROP.

Celiac disease (CD) is a chronic autoimmune gastrointestinal disorder induced by ingestion of gluten-containing foods. In the past CD was thought prevalent only in Western countries, whereas it has been found common throughout the world and increasing numbers of Chinese patients has been reported recently. However, there are still many deficiencies in management of patients with CD in China and either the diagnosis or the treatment of CD is lacking evidence-based clinical pathway. We report a case of a young woman with CD presenting with chronic diarrhea, abdominal distention, and weight loss, whose outcome was improved by following evidence-based guidelines of medical nutrition therapy.Diagnosis and treatment of the patient was analyzed with review of foreign and domestic literature to provide readers reference of the standardized nutritional intervention of CD.

China Pharmacy 2015;(20):2748-2750,2751
OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for rational clinical use of drugs and sound management thereof. METH-ODS:The relative data of antihypertensive drugs applied in 34 hospitals in Wuhan city during 2011 and 2013 were analyzed sta-tistically by using the analytical method of the Defined Daily Dose(DDD)recommended by WHO. RESULTS:Both consump-tion amount and DDDs of antihypertensive drugs in Wuhan city were increasing during 2011 and 2013,where calcium-channel blockers(CCB)enjoyed the largest consumption amount and the highest DDDs,with the constituent ratio of over 40% respec-tively,followed by angiotensinⅡreceptor antagonist (ARB) and angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEIs). The con-sumption amount and DDDs of new compound preparation also increased. Top three single drugs in terms of consumption amount were amlodipine, levamlodipine and valsartan, while amlodipine, nifedipine and felodipine ranked the top three in DDDs list. CONCLUSIONS:Wide usage of antihypertensive drugs in Wuhan City are respectively CCB,ARB,ACEI,adrener-gic receptor blockers and diuretics, which are applied in current principle of antihypertensive drugs use and basically rational in clinical application.

Chinese Journal of Rheumatology 2001;0(04):-
Objective To explore the methods of identifying factitious/fraudulent disorders (M?n-chausen syndrome), enhancing the understanding of their predisposing factors, clinical features, and underlying psychopathology. Method After a final diagnosis of factitious fever was made, data of 4 patients presenting with a puzzling fever of unknown origin were analyzed and compared with those of other cases reported in the English literature. Result It was confirmed that the elevated temperature recorded in the clinical charts of the 4 patients was faked by manipulating of the thermometer. Conclusion These 4 cases show the existence of factitious/fraudulent disorders in China, possibly related to an abnormal psychology, but the tricks employed by the patients are relatively simple compared with those used abroad.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(04):-
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Peperomia dindygulensis. Methods Chromatography was used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents, their structures were identified by spectral analyses. Results Eight compounds were isolated and identified as bis-(2-methoxy-4, 5-methylenedioxy)-benzophenone (Ⅰ), peperomin B (Ⅱ), peperomin C (Ⅲ), 5-hydroxy-4′, 7, 8-trimethoxy flavone (Ⅳ), 5-hydroxy-3′, 4′, 7, 8-tetramethoxy flavone (Ⅴ), 5, 3′-dihydroxy-4′, 7, 8-trimethoxy flavone (Ⅵ), ?-sitosterol (Ⅶ), hexadecanoic acid (Ⅷ). Conclusion Compound Ⅰ is a new compound named as dindygulensin. All compounds, except Ⅴ, are isolated from P. dindygulensis for the first time.
