1.Effect of Ligustrazine on Pulmonary Fibrosis Caused by Hyperoxia in Neonatal Rats
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 1986;0(02):-
Objective To explore the protective effect of Ligustrazine on pulmonary fibrosis caused by hyperoxia in neonatal rats.Met-hods Eighty Sprague-Dawley(SD)clean neonatal rats, which were less than 12 hours old, were enrolled in this study. The neonatal rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:air-exposed control group(group A);air-exposed plus Ligustrazine-treated group(group B);hype-roxia-exposed control group(group C);hyperoxia-exposed plus Ligustrazine-treated group(group D).The neonatal rats of group B and group D were intraperitoneally injected with Ligustrazine[30 mg/(kg?d)] in solution of normal saline(NS),group A and group C were intraperitoneally given the same dose of NS.On 14th day,10 rats of each group were randomly chosen and then killed, the pulmonary pathological changes were observed by HE staining under light microscope. The area percentages of collagen fibers were measured by Masson staining and imaging analysis. The degree of pulmonary fibrosis was evaluated by the area percentages of collagen fibers and hydroxyproline content. The results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results On the 14th day of the exposure, the histopathologic examination demonstrated broadened lung interstitium and reduced alveolar quantity and lung fibrosis were developed in group C;Ligustrazine treatment obviously alle-viated the changes of lung histomorphology. The newborn rats in group C had lower body weight compared that of with group A,B(Pa0.05).Conclusion Early use of Ligustrazine can decrease the severity of the pulmonary fibrosis of neonatal rats exposed to hyperoxia.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2016;38(10):888-890
Objective To observe the effect of Xuesaitong injection on the platelet activity in the patient underwent hip orthopedics operation. Methods A total of 80 patients underwent hip orthopedics operation were enrolled from our Hospital. The patients were divided into the control group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40). The control group was treated with the low molecular weight heparin at 12 h before operation and after operation. The observation group was treated with Xuesaitong injection at 12 h before operation and after operation. The deep venous thrombosis (DVT) was diagnosed by color doppler ultrasound. The APTT and PT weredetected by the automated blood coagulation analyzer. The expression of TXB2 was determined by ELISA analysis. The CD62P was detected by the flow cytometry. Results At time of 10 days after operation, the APTT (26.83 ± 3.68 s vs. 32.06 ± 3.65 s, t=2.407), PT (10.84 ± 1.63 s vs. 12.82 ± 1.61 s, t=2.391), TXB2 (159.38 ± 31.75 ng/L vs. 194.23 ± 38.53 ng/L, t=2.388), CD62P (14.28%± 2.52%vs. 29.14%± 6.23%, t=6.415) were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). The incidence of DVT was 12.5%in the observation group, and 17.5%in the control group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (χ2=0.353, P=0.241). Conclusions The Xuesaitong injection can inhibit platelet activation and has preventive effect of DVT in patient underwent hip orthopedics operation with no bleeding complications.

According to the different methods, the trend of those changes might be different. This paper reviewed the current situation of the study in mild cognitive impairment through brain network analysis, and emphasized its importance and prospects.
4.Chemotherapy and radiatherapy induced haemorrhagic cystitis: current progress of the treatment
Journal of International Oncology 2014;41(12):934-937
Haemorrhagic cystitis (HC) is a potentially severe complication, caused by high-dose chemotherapeutic drugs or radiation therapy (RT).It is thought that a defect caused by chemotherapeutic drugs in the glycosaminoglycan (GAG) layer may be the first step in HC development. The pathogenesis of RT-induced cystitis originates as a progressive obliteration of the small blood vessels of the bladder wall.Mesna, hyperhydration and continuous bladder irrigation have been shown effective in preventing HC.However, these preventive protocols do not always satisfactorily protect the patient from bladder injury. In recent years,GAG-replenishment therapy and hyperbaric oxygen therapy have gained some evidence exists.Currently, there is a lack of consensus about the best treatment for patients with chemotherapy and radiatherapy induced HC.Therefore, the prevention and treatment of this complication is still the focus at present.

7.Research progress of TERT promoter mutation in thyroid carcinoma
International Journal of Surgery 2015;42(11):768-771
Thyroid carcinoma is the most frequent endocrine cancer.Recently, it has been discovered that telomerase reverse transcriptase promoter mutation can prevent cell tolemeres from shortening, leading to cell immortalization and plays an important role in the tumor genesis, invasiveness and metastasis of the thyroid carcinoma.Testing of telomerase reverse transcriptase promoter mutation is of great value in diagnosis, which also can be used as a prognostic maker of thyroid carcinoma.

9.Relationship between fatty acid synthase and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 in tumor cells
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2000;0(11):-
Tumor cells have different physiological and biochemical features as compared to normal cells;abnormal expressi of certain genes is also found in tumor cells.Over-expression of genes provide targets for targeted-administration of drugs, which can avoid damage to normal cells during treatment of tumors.Fatty acid synthase(FAS)and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER2)are both over-expressed in some tumor cells.Herceptin,an HER2-targeted agent, has been used to treat HER2-positive breast cancer patients worldwide and has obtained satisfactory outcome.Cerulomycin,an agent-targeting FAS,is now in FDA clinical trial.Recent researches have shown that FAS and HER2 are simultaneously over-expressed in some tumors, such as breast cancer cells and ovarian cancer cells;and there is a connection between their signal pathways and a synergistic effect between them. This paper reviews the relationship between FAS and HER2 in tumor cells.
10.Metastatic carcinoma to the uterine cervix from the gastric and the colorectal:A study of 22 cases
China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Background and purpose:It is rare that gastric and colorectal cancer metastasize to the uterine cervix. The study aimed to explore the treatment, prognosis, and the clinical features of metastatases of uterine cervix from gastric and colorectal cancer.Methods:22 patients with metastatic carcinoma to the uterine cervix from gastric and colorectal cancer were treated from 1994 to 2007 in Cancer Hospital of Zhejiang Province. The clinical pathologic parameters and prognosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The ages of patients ranged from 29 to 74 years old with mean of 46.7 years. The main symptom of patients was vaginal bleeding(54.5%).The primary tumor was gastric cancer in 10 cases and colorectal cancer in 12 cases.6 cases received operation alone,3 cases received radiotherapy alone,1 case received chemotherapy alone,9 cases were treated by the combination of chemotherapy, operation or radiotherapy,3 cases were not treated.According to clinical pathologic parameters,if the primary tumor was gastric cancer,it metastasesed to endometrium of uterine body;if the primary tumor was colorectal cancer, the serosa and myometrial of uterine body were invaded. In 22 cases,3 cases were still under treatment, with one lost follow-up,and the others died, the mean overall survival was 14.6 months. The mean overall survival were 11.2 months for gastric cancer and 17.9 months for colorectal cancer respectively. The mean overall survival of signet-ring cell carcinoma, mucinous adenocarcinoma and adenocarcinoma(G1-G3)were 10 months,13 months, and 18.1 months respectively. The mean overall survival for the patients treated by either radiotherapy, operation or the combination were 10.7 months,13.2 months and 17.7 months respectively. The mean overall survival for 4 patients treated by radical operation and 5 patients treated by tumor cell reduction-extinction technique were 22.3 months and 7.8 months respectively. Conclusion:The mean overall survival for the patients with metastases of uterine cervix from gastric cancer was worse than that from colorectal cancer. The patients with signet-ring cell carcinoma had the shortest mean overall survival, followed by mucinous adenocarcinoma. The primary lesion of tumor, histological types and treatment modality may be the main factors that affect the prognosis. The strategy of the treatment for the disease should be multidisciplinary therapy including surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
