Arsenic trioxide (As2O3)is the main component of traditional Chinese medicine arsenic,which was initially used in the treatment of blood system diseases.In recent years,studies have found that it also has a good effect on a variety of solid tumors,especially gastric cancer.It has been confirmed that As2O3 can inhibit proliferation and metastasis of gastric cancer cells,induce apoptosis and protective autophagy,inhibite lymphatic formation and angiogenesis,affect the expression of telomere-related proteins in gastric cancer cells.

Objective To study the effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment and ibuprofen on serum concentration of chronic periodontitis . Methods 86 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups:observation group 43 cases, using minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with ibuprofen treatment , the control group 43 cases, only the use of minocycline hydrochloride ointment for treatment.After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed, the level of plaque, the level of attachment, the level of gingival sulcus bleeding and the probing depth of periodontal pocket were recorded, the levels of IL-10, TNF-α, hs-CRP and IL-8 in serum and the incidence of adverse reactions were measured.Results The total effective rate was 90.7% in the observation group and 74.4%in the control group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The probing depth of the periodontal pocket, gingival sulcus bleeding index, attachment level and plaque index decreased to varying degrees in the two groups before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of IL-8, hs-CRP and TNF-αin serum of the two groups decreased, IL-10 levels increased in different degrees, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment combined with ibuprofen has a good effect on patients with chronic periodontitis.It can effectively relieve the patient's condition and improve the serum concentration of patients.

Blind review is one of the most important milestones in clinical trials, which connects data management process to statistical analysis. During blind review, data quality should be reviewed and assessed on both data management and statistical aspects. The primary work of data managers in blind review is to ensure the accuracy of data before it is handed over to biostatistics group. Database auditing, listing data reviewing and reconciliation should become a good clinical data management practice. Statisticians, on the other hand, will focus on quality findings related to protocol deviations or protocol violations. To investigate the protocol deviations and/or violations and relevant impacts on data outcomes, it is important to provide the essential basis of data quality through the blind review, and to assess the reliability of study outcomes.

AIM: To investigate the mechanism that antioxidants TA9901, inhibit the formation of amyloid-?-protein(A?) fibril. METHODS: Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy was used to study the secondary structure changes on aging A? in vitro. RESULTS: A? aged alone for 30 min, the content of ?-pleated sheet and ?-turn were 43.17% and 32.9% respectively. A? aged alone for 7 days, the content of ?-pleated sheet increased abuot 10% and produced a shift of random coil toward ?-pleated sheet. TA9901 induced a significant decrease of the content of ?-turn (23.5%) and ?-pleated sheet (26.4%). VE mainly decreased the ?-pleated sheet content (30.8%). The combination of TA9901 and VE promoted transition of ?-turn (16.7%) toward ?-helix and random coil. CONCLUSIONS: Both of TA9901 and VE can effectively diminish the ?-structural content. TA9901 showed more intensitive inhibition than VE. The effect of TA9901 on the secondary structure of aged A? was associated with the mechanism that TA9901 inhibited A? aggregation and fibril formation.

Objective To evaluate the effect of therapeutic communication on perioperative anxiety of cancer patients by using the Meta-analysis.Methods The randomized controlled studies of therapeutic communication for perioperative anxiety of cancer patients were gathered from Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library,China Biology Medicine Disc (CBM),China Scientific Journal Database by VIP (CSJD),China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Wangfang Data,while other relative researches were also searched by hand.According to inclusion and exclusion criteria articles were evaluated by two reviewers independently.The studies were assessed according to the Juni assessment.RevMan 5.2 was used for statistical analysis.Results Seven studies with 506 patients were included,of which therapeutic intervention group contained 256 patients,the control group included 250 patients.Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,therapeutic communication system could reduce perioperative anxiety of cancer patients [MD=-8.00,95％CI (-8.91--7.10),P ＜0.01],improve positive perioperative coping of patients [MD=5.50,95％CI(4.05-6.95),P ＜ 0.01],reduce negative perioperative coping of patients [MD=-7.62,95％CI (-9.13--6.11),P ＜ 0.01],increase the satisfaction degree of patients [MD=0.55,95％CI (0.33-0.77),P ＜0.01],the differenccs were statistically significant.Conclusions Therapeutic communication can contribute to relieve perioperative anxiety of cancer patients,optimize their coping styles and improve the satisfaction degree of patients with nursing work.

Aim To investigate the effect of Sonic Hedgehog on normal hearts and hypoxic-ischemic myo-cardial cells. Methods A method for left anterior de-scending artery ( LAD ) ligation was employed to con-struct the myocardial infarction model, and ultrasonic cardiogram was used for identification. Western blot and immunofluorescence staining were used to detect expressions of Shh, Ptch-1, Smo and Gli-1 in H9C2 cells and H2 O2-induced H9C2 cells, and that in 12 ca-ses of myocardial infarction tissues and 9 cases of nor-mal myocardium, respectively. Agonist and antagonist of Shh pathway were adminstered in the hypoxic-ische-mic myocardial H2 O2-induced H9C2 cell model, and once again expressions and strength of Shh, Ptch-1, Smo, Gli-1 were detected. Results Shh and Gli-1 were not expressed in normal hearts, but expressed in hearts with myocardial infarction;Ptch-1 and Smo were expressed in both normal hearts and hearts with myo-cardial infarction. Under the action of agonist, expres-sions of Shh and Gli-1 increased in the hypoxic-ische-mic H9C2 cell model. Similarly, Shh and Gli-1 were not expressed in normal H9C2 cells, but in H2 O2-in-duced H9C2 cells, and Ptch-1 and Smo were expressed in both normal H9C2 and in H2 O2-induced H9C2 cells. Conclusion Shh signaling pathway can be acti-vated in the condition of ischemia and oxidative stress, and then it promotes the repairing of myocardial cell damage.
