Objective To summarize the safety and clinical therapeutic effect of advanced aged coronary heart disease(CHD) patients with angina recurrence after coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).Methods The clinical data,arteriography and the interventional results of 9 aged patients with angina recurrence treated by CABG were retrospectively analyzed .Results There were 8 patients received intervention ,among them 5 patients received coronary artery intervention , another 3 patients received graft vessels intervention .During operation and hospitaliza-tion,angina recurrence,acute myocardial infarction,revascularization,complication and mortality were not observed in 8 patients who received intervention .All patients were followed up for 12 months,there were 3 patients had angina recurrence and cured by drugs , but had no acute myocardial infarction and revascularization .Conclusion The intervention for advanced aged patients after CABG is a safe and effective treatment .The advanced aged patients with angina recurrence need receive arteriography quickly and receive coronary artery interventional treatment or graft vessels interventional treatment .

Objective To explore the application of diffusion tensor imaging in the assessment of ischemic muscle in hind-limb ischemia model of rabbit. Methods Excision of femoral artery in unilateral hind limb was done in 14 New Zealand white rabbits and ischemic model were established in 12 rabbits. Three (12 rabbits),10(10 rabbits) ,28(7 rabbits),56(5 rabbits) days after the model establishment, DTI scan was performed on bilateral hind limbs in each of the models, respectively and, λ_1,λ_2,λ_3, ADC and FA values were measured. Histological analysis was also performed at these time points. Pared t test was used to compare the differences of these indexes in bilateral hind limbs. Results Following femoral artery excision, a rapid ascending of ADC,λ_2,λ_3 values with sharply reduced FA value was observed in ligated hind-limb, which reached maximal on 3 days post-excision (ADC_(ligated)= 1.72±0.16, ADC_(unligated)= 1.53±0.16, t = 6.48, P < 0.01 ; λ_(2 ligated)= 1.70±0.15, λ_(2 unligated)= 1.51±0.06, t=10.87, P < 0.01 ; λ_(3 ligated_ =1.17±0.12, λ_(3 unligated)= 0.88±0.12, t=6.67, P < 0.01 ; FA_(ligated)= 0.24±0.04, FA_(unligated) =0.39±0.03, t = -10.61 ,P <0.01) and histologic analysis revealed the severest muscle damag at that time. After 28 days, ADC and λ_3 returned to normal (ADC_(ligated)= 1.51±0. 16, ADC_(unligated)= 1.55±0.14, t=-1.35, P=0.23 ; λ_(3 ligated) =0.95±0. 10, λ_(3 unligated)= 0.92±0.06, t=1.70, P=0.14), but λ_2 and FA of ligated limb were still different from those of nonligated limb (λ_(2 ligated)= 1.45±0.23, λ_(2 unligated)= 1.52±0. 95, t=-3.56, P=0.012; FA_(ligated)=0.35±0.02, FA_(unligated)=0.40±0.03, t=-3.83, P<0.01). After 56 days, all parameters retuned to normal(ADC_(ligated) =1.57±0.18, ADC_(unligated)=1.58±0.23, t=-0.71, P=0.52; λ_(1 ligated) =2.18±0.18, λ_(1 unligated)=2.24±0.14, t=-0.22, P=0.10; λ_(2 ligated)=1.64±0.13, λ_(2 unligated)=1.59±0.15, t=0.89, P=0.42; λ_(3 ligated)=0.89±0.1,λ_(3 unligated)=0.91±0.07, t=- 1.64,P= 0.18; FA_(ligated)= 0.39±0. 03, FA_(unligated)= 0.41±0.02, t=-0.83, P=0.47). Conclusion DTI is a quantitative and relatively accurate technique to assess time-dependent changes of ischemic muscle in hindlimb ischemia model of rabbit.

Objective To investigate ultrasonographic features of primary and metastatic ovarian yolk sac tumors.Methods Ultrasonographic features of 19 primary lesions and 33 metastatic lesions in 35 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Primary tumors were sized (14.6±3.6)cm in maximum diameter,manifesting as cysti-solid masses.Solid components of primary tumors were mainly hypoechoic or isoechoic(16/19)with rich blood supplies.Thirty-three metastatic lesions were located in pelvoceliac cavity(26/33) and liver parenchyma(7/33),sized (9.4±4.5)cm,(9.2±4.9)cm and (5.6±1.6)cm in maximum diameter respectively.Metastatic lesions in pelvoceliac lesions mainly demonstrated as hypoechoic masses(21/26), however lesions in the liver were mainly hyperechoic(5/7).Anechoic regions could be found in 9/26 of the pelvoceliac lesions.Blood supply was found less rich in metastatic masses than that in primary ones.Elevated serum level of alpha fetoprotein (AFP) was observed in all patients; ranging from 217 to 211 682 μg/L.Conclusions Primary and metastatic lesions of ovarian yolk sac tumor have obvious ultrasonographic characteristics.Combined with serum AFP level,the accuracy of diagnosis could be improved.

Objective To discuss the short-term effect of Sextant system fixation for thoracolumbar fractures without neurological deficit in the field comprehensive operation rescue shelter.Methods There were 32 patients with thoracolumbar fractures without neurological deficit which rescued by our hospital.Those patients included 18 males and 14 females, with average age of (25.54±2.86) years old.All patients were undergoing internal fixation with Sextant system in the field comprehensive operation rescue shelter.Clinical and surgical evaluation including surgery time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative ambulation time and wound healing time were observed.Functional outcomes of pre-operation and postoperation 3-days were evaluated by visual analog scale(VAS) and Oswestry disability index(ODI).Cobb angle and front height of fracture vertebral body were compared between pre-operation and postoperation 3-days.Results The operation time was (96.55±14.15)minutes, intraoperative blood loss was (45.25±3.55)mL, postoperative ambulation time was (1.20±0.61)days.There were statistical differences in terms of Cobb angle,front height of fracture vertebral body,VAS and ODI between pre-operation and postoperation 3 days.Conclusion The Sextant system fixation in the field comprehensive operation rescue shelter is a timely,safe and effective method for thoracolumbar fractures without neurological deficit,which is deserved to utilize at the scene when war or disaster urgency treatment.

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for health service support at high altitude area. METHODS:375 servicemen who rapidly entered high altitude area were investigated by questionnaire in 2013 to investigate the compliance of using high alti-tude special medicines and incidence of mountain sickness and analyze its correlation. RESULTS:375 questionnaires were distribut-ed and 324 questionnaires were collected with effective response rate of 86.4%. The utilization rate of Multivitamin tablet,Skin cream and Lip balm for high altitude area were 30.9%,13.3% and 40.1% respectively. The compliance of using high altitude spe-cial medicines had effect on the incidence of related mountain sickness. The incidence of mountain sickness of people who followed the physician’s instructions was significantly lower than those who did not. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). CONCLUSIONS:High altitude special medicines can relieve and prevent the mountain sickness. But the overall compliance of us-ing high altitude special medicines was not ideal. The education of high altitude special medicines should be strengthened,and dos-age forms and medicine instruction should be enhanced to improve its compliance and play better protective effect.

Objective To explore the relationship of acute myeloid leukemia kayotype with chemotherapeutic effect. Methods Conventional cytogenetic technique of G-band was used to analyze in 222 acute myeloid leukemia patients.Results Eighty-six cases(42.1%) with cytogenetic abnormalities were found in 204 patients.Excepting for M3 patients,the favorable,intermediate and adverse groups according for MRC criteria were treated with TA or CAG schema respectively. CR rate of M3 was obviously higher than non-M3.The favorable and intermediate group were obviously surpassinger than adverse group in TA schema.CR rate of the intermediate group was highter than that of other groups in CAG schema. CR rate of the adverse group in two schema were all low. CAG was surpassinger than TA schema in intermediate group.Conclusion Cytogenetics is an important chemotherapeutic and prognostic factor to acute myeloid leukemia. CAG schema could be the leader selection in the de novo presby or oligoaccrementional AML patients.

Objective:To investigate the expression of AEG-1 gene in NSCLC and its clinical significance. Methods:Selected our hospital cardiothoracic surgical resection of 83 cases of postoperative cancer tissues of NSCLC patients and 20 paracancer to study, immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression level of AEG-1 protein in two groups,the clinical and pathological of AEG-1 protein in patients with NSCLC was analyzed. Results:NSCLC tissues AEG-1 protein expression 46 cases ( 55. 42%) was sig-nificantly higher than 2 cases ( 10. 00%) of paracancer ( P<0. 05 ) . The high expression of AEG-1 protein in NSCLC tissue was significantly correlated with T stage,N stage and distant metastasis (P<0. 05),the relationship of AEG-1 between the age,sex,and dif-ferentiation degree of the patients was not significant ( P>0. 05 ) . AEG-1 high expression of NSCLC in patients with a median survival time of 15. 0 months was significantly lower than that of 19. 0 months (log-rankχ2=4. 119 P<0. 05,) in patients with low expression of AEG-1. Conclusion:AEG-1 gene expression has been up-regulated in NSCLC tissue,which was related to the clinical stage and distant metastasis of the patients.

Objective To systematically evaluate the safety of high dose atorvastatin (80 mg daily) in Chinese patients. Methods Randomized controlled trials (RCTs) investigating 80 mg/ d atorvastatin vs. low-dose atorvastatin or placebo or blank were electionically retrieved in date bases of EMbase, PubMed, the Cochrane Library, WanFang, CNKI and WeiPu. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5. 2 and Stata 11. 0 software. Results A total of 20 RCTs involving 2282 cases were included. The results of meta-analysis showed no significant differences betweent the 80 mg/ d atorvastatin group and the control group in the incidence of gastrointestinal adverse events (RR 1. 53, 95% CI 0. 85-2. 76, P = 0. 16), hepatic adverse events (RR 1. 53, 95% CI 0. 99 - 2. 36, P = 0. 05), muscular adverse events (RR 1. 51, 95% CI 0. 92 -2. 49, P = 0. 10), serious hepatic injuries ( RR 2. 33,95% CI 0. 88 - 6. 20, P = 0. 09) and serious muscular myopathies (RR 1. 40, 95% CI 0. 46 - 4. 30, P = 0. 56). Subgroup analysis by type of cotrast media used and durations of taking 80 mg/ d atorvastatin showed there were higher risks of gastrointestinal adverse events in the 80 mg/ d group when compared to blank control ( RR 4. 22, 95% CI 1. 11 - 16. 04, P = 0. 03). Conclusions The current evidence shows that 80 mg / d atorvastatin may be relatively safe in terms of adverse events in gastrointestinal tract, liver and muscular system, and relatively has risk in causing severe liver injuries and myopathies. With limited quantity and quality from the RCTs available, more high quality RCTs are needed to verify the above conclusion.
