Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2017;44(6):590-594
Objective To investigate the chemical constituents and activities of Linum usitatissimum L.aboveground. Meth-ods The chemical constituents were separated through silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,and semi-preparative RP-HPLC chroma-tography and identified by optical rotation and spectroscopic analysis. All of the isolates were evaluated for their inhibitory activities by the luciferase assay. Results Eight dibenzylbutyrolactone lignans were separated from L. usitatissimum and identified as(-)-hinoki-nin(1),(-)-bursehernin(2),(-)-dimethylmatairesinol(3),(-)-yatein(4),(-)-thujaplicatin trimethyl ether(5),nemerosin (6),(+)-E-7,8-dehydromatairesinol dimethyl ether(7),and E-7,8-dehydrothujaplicatin trimethyl ether(8),respectively. Conclu-sion Compounds 7 and 8 were isolated from L. usitatissimum for the first time, and NMR spectral data of compound 8 were reported for the first time. Compounds 1 and 3 showed moderate inhibitory activities on IL-6/STAT3 signaling pathway with IC50 values of 42.12 and 43.43μmol/L,respectively.

Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is a transitional stage between normal aging and dementia. The main characteristic of the patients with MCI is the impairment of episodic memory in which hippocampus plays an important role. Therefore, the detection of structural and functional changes of hippocampus will be the key to early diagnosis of MCI. This paper presents a brief overview of recent study about hippocampal magnetic resonance imaging of MIC.

Objective To study the quality of life(QOL) of patients with mild to moderate primary hypertension after treatment adjusted medication time by ambulatory blood pressure .Methods All 128 cases were divided into two groups randomly including chronos medication group and normal medication group .We tested ambulatory blood pressure ,QOL and influencing factors before medication and 6 months later .Results It′s observed the parameters of the ambulatory blood pressure improved significantly in all of the groups .There existed significant difference in nSBP ,nDBP ,nMAP ,SBP in dangerous night time ,and nocturnal blood pres‐sure decline rate between two groups (P<0 .05) .There existed very significant difference in DBP and MAP in dangerous night time (P<0 .01) .There were significant difference in the fields of MH (mental health) and RE (role limitation because of emotional health problem) (P<0 .05) ,and very significant difference in the fields of PF (physical functioning) ,RP (role limitation because of physical health) ,VT(vitality) (P<0 .01) .Multiple regression analysis indicate the influencing factors of the quality of life about patients with hypertension are age ,BMI index number ,medication time ,average family income ,medical insurance type ,culture de‐gree and job title .Age ,BMI index number and medication time depress QOL of patient with hypertension while average family in‐come ,better medical insurance type ,culture degree and job title improve it .Conclusion It′s possible to improved the parameters of the ambulatory blood pressure for patients with mild to moderate primary hypertension by chronos medication compared with nor‐mal medication more significantly .It′s useful to improve the QOL of patient with hypertension by improving average family income , medical insurance type and culture degree .

Objective To expore the difference between magnetic resonance image ( MRI) expression of spinal tuberculosis and brku-cellare spondylitis. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 10 patients with tuberculous spondylitis and 12 patients with bru-cellar spondylitis from Jan. 2012 to Oct. 2013. All the patients were scanned by MRI, and the expression difference of MRI were compared. Results The vertebral body of spinal tuberculosis was destroyed severely, and it often accompanied by the kyphosis and multiple-level para-vertebral abscess, and even adjacent organs tuberculosis. The vertebral body of brucellar spondylitis was destroyed lightly, and the abscess is often limited. Conclusion We can distinguish spinal tuberculosis and brucellar spondylitis by the typical difference of the expression of MRI.

Objective To investigate the features and diagnostic value of MRI in prenatal and postpartum for placenta accreta. Methods 18 cases of placenta accreta confirmed by surgical pathologically and clinical were retrospectively analyzed, including 10 ca-ses of prenatal and postpartum 8 cases, observed the signal feature and diagnostic value of MRI images. Results In the 10 cases of prenatal patients with placenta accreta,MRI manifestations of 9 cases of placenta prevail, totally or partly covering cervical,10 cases of partial placenta and uterine muscle gap disappeared, boundaries are not clear,2 cases of uterine wall bars low signal-image inter-rupted,bulging outward placenta, increased sub placental vascular wag detected in 8 patients;8 cases of postpartum patients with pla-centa accrete,MRI show 4 examples which were mixed signals within the uterine cavity, with the junctional zone boundaries were not clear, the junctional zone was discontinuous interruption in 7 cases,8 cases of muscular layer appear oval, high and low, patchy mixed signals in shadow,4 cases in the palace district,5 cases of invading the shallow layer,3 cases of infection and deep muscle layers. Conclusion MRI technique is of great value for diagnosis of placenta accreta.

Purpose To indicate the expression of nattokinase (NK) in Pichia pastoris , an emulsion was prepared with the purified NK to prepare polyclonal antibody. In order to establish sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to assay NK in organism, furthermore to lay the foundation for researching in vivo metabolism and function of NK. Methods The NK gene was cloned into a Pichia pastoris expression vector pHBM905A to construct the recombinant plasmid pPRONK.The recipient cell of Pichia pastoris GS115 was transformed with pPRONK which had been cut by restriction enzyme Sal I , under the induction of methanol. The expressed production is purified by salting out and ultrafiltration membrane. An emulsion was prepared with the purified NK and injected into rabbits to prepare polyclonal antibody. Results NK was expressed and identified by SDS-PAGE.The molecular mass of expressed production is about 27 kD.The fibrin plate assay indicated that the NK protein can cleavage fibrin effectively. ELISA analysis indicated that the polyclonal antibody titer is about 1:8 000. Western blot demonstrated that there was a special strap nearby 27 kD. Conclusion NK was successfully expressed in Pichia pastoris , the production can cleavage fibrin effectively and it had great immunogenicity.

Objective To observe the intimal changes of inferior caval vein(ICV) wall after combined thrombolysis and anticoagulation therapy for acute thrombosis in rats. Methods The inferior caval venous thrombosis model was established in 105 rats and they were randomly diride into 3 treated groups:heparin(A) treatment group(n=35),urokinase(B) treatment group(n=35),and combination of urokinase and heparin(C) treatment group(n=35),and also eslablished a sham(D) group(n=30).The thrombosed caval veins were taken 1,4,7,14,and 28 d after thrombosis.Changes of thrombus structure and orgainization and intimal hyperplasia were observed by light microscope. The expression areas of collagen fiber were measured by histochemistry.Scanning electron microscopy was used to observe the damage of endothelial cells. Results The intimal hyperplasia in A group was the most severe. The expression area of collagen fiber in group C was less than that of A and B groups(P
