Objective This paper provides an anatomical and theoretic basis for the reverse transposition of proximal ulnar or radial periosteal flap to repair non-union in distal humerus. Methods The origin, course, meanwhile, the outside diameter and length of relevent vessels were measured,on 30 upper limb cadaveric specimens. Results The recurrent interosseous, radial recurrentand the posterior branch of radial collateal arteries, their origin outside diameter and length from the origin to the humerus extermal epicondyle were (1 47?0 2)mm,(65 1?9 5)mm,(2 1?0 3)mm,(63 7?0 8)mm,(1 48?0 22)mm and (104 5?8 9)mm,respectively.Anastomoses pattern existed 3 types: in vicinity of the external epicondyle"Reverse Y"73 3%(22 cases)."Meeting in one point 13 3%(4 cases)"."Arteries networks"13 3%(4 cases). Conclusions It's possible that the reverse transposition of proximal ulnar or radial periostea flap pedicled with recurrent interosseous membrane or radial recurrent vessel for repairing non-union in distal humerus.

Objective To assess the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture and moxibustion for treatment of vertebrobasilar insuffciency (VBI). Methods Randomized controlled trails (RCTs) of VBI treated by acupuncture and moxibustion were collected. 8 RCTs were included and assessed. The data was statistically analyzed by Meta-analysis and Funnel plot analysis. Result 8 RCTs were all trails of low methodological quality. Meta-analysis indicated after combination OR=4.36, confidence interval of 95% was 2.88~7.45. The rhombus was located at the right side of the medium line (Z =6.33, P

Objective To observe the dynamic levels of IL-2,IL-5 and IL-6 produced by Balb/ c mice infected with DEN_2 clinical strains and to study their relation. Methods The Balb/c mouse in- feetion model was established by multiple-site subcutaneous injection with various doses of DEN_2 clini- cal strain.Mouse plasma samples collected from different experiment groups at various time after in fection were tested for IL-2,IL-5 and IL-6 levels with sandwich ELISA.Results After primary in- feeted with DEN_2 B strain, the levels of IL-2,IL-5 and IL-6 of all experimental groups were not sig- nificantly higher than the normal control group while the levels of experimental groups increased sig- nificantly after re-infection.The level of IL-2 reached to peak[average value of(101 522.44?10 465.375)pg/ml]at the 4th day after re-infection(the 20th day after the primary infection),and then the level gradually reduced. The levels of IL-5 in the Balb/c mice of the group 1 and 2 reached to peak at the 1st day after re infection(the 16th day after the primary infection),and there was signifi- cant difference between these two groups and the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6 in all experimental groups reached to peak at the 1st and the 2nd day after re-infection.The peak value of the third group is the highest comparing with the normal control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Th2 response was predominant in the second infection phase.

OBJECTIVESince glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency is the most common hereditary hemolytic erythrocyte enzyme deficiency, most cases have single nucleotide mutations in the coding region, and current test methods for gene mutation have some missed detections, this study aimed to investigate the feasibility of RT-PCR sequencing in the detection of gene mutation in G6PD deficiency.
METHODSAccording to the G6PD/6GPD ratio, 195 children with anemia of unknown cause or who underwent physical examination between August 2013 and July 2014 were classified into G6PD-deficiency group with 130 children (G6PD/6GPD ratio <1.00) and control group with 65 children (G6PD/6GPD ratio≥1.00). The primer design and PCR amplification conditions were optimized, and RT-PCR sequencing was used to analyze the complete coding sequence and verify the genomic DNA sequence in the two groups.
RESULTSIn the G6PD-deficiency group, the detection rate of gene mutation was 100% and 13 missense mutations were detected, including one new mutation. In the control group, no missense mutation was detected in 28 boys; 13 heterozygous missense mutations, 1 homozygous same-sense mutation (C1191T) which had not been reported in China and abroad, and 14 single nucleotide polymorphisms of C1311T were detected in 37 girls. The control group showed a high rate of missed detection of G6PD deficiency (carriers) in the specimens from girls (35%, 13/37).
CONCLUSIONSRT-PCR sequencing has a high detection rate of G6PD gene mutation and a certain value in clinical diagnosis of G6PD deficiency.

Objeetive To investigate the effect of TURP on the quality of life of elderly PCa patients with LUTS symptoms. Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data from January 2012 to January 2014 of 75 patients admitted to our hospital after prostate puncture biopsy and pathological diagnosis of PCa in elderly patients, mean age (79 ± 7) years old, which 44 cases were associated with different degrees of LUTS symptoms,of which,20 underwent TURP.After the rule of endocrine therapy,we observe and record of patients before and after treatment and 3,12,6 months after the IPSS and QOL score, compared with the changes in the quality of life of patients. Results Forty-four cases of patients with IPSS score in treatment group after 3,6 and December were (6.25 ± 2.53),(5.15 ± 2.25),(5.00 ± 2.36).Compared with the preoperative IPSS basal value (30.55 ± 3.62),the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).However,there was no significant difference in the postoperative patients (P =0.209,0.863,0.154).The QOL score of treatment group after 3,6 and 12 months were (1.35 ± 1.14),(0.85 ± 0.75) and (0.70 ± 0.87).Compared with the preoperative QOL basal value (4.70 ± 0.73),the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01).However,there was also no significant difference in the postoperative patients (P =0.078,0.023,0.593).Compared with the control group of IPSS and QOL score, there was no significant difference before treatment in the treatment group (F =0.105,P =0.747),however,there was significant difference after treatment(P < 0.01).Conclusions TURP is a safe and effective method to improve the quality of life and improve the quality of life of patients with prostate cancer.

Objective:To investigate frequencies of microsatellite instability(MSI)and loss of heterozygosity(LOH)in renal ceil carcinoma(RCC),and to discuss the relationship of clinicopathological characteristics of RCC with MSI and LOH. Methods:Twelve microsatellite markers located at chromosomes 3p,9p and 14q were selected to investigate microsatellite alterations(MSI and LOH)in 31 RCC specimens and their paired metastasis specimens by polymerase chain reaction- polyacrylamide gel elect rophoresis-ethylene dibromide(PCR-PAGE-EB)staining and sequencing. Results:The frequency of MSI could reached 61.3% and that of LOH could reach 54.8%.The highest frequency of MSI was at locus of D9S168(32.3%);the highest frequency of LOH was at locus of D3S1289(21.4%).No correlation was found between MSI or LOH and the patients' age, sex, pathology type and metastastis, except that MSI was correlated with TNM stage of RCC(P
