1.Progress in clinical application of caffeine in neonates
International Journal of Pediatrics 2017;44(2):135-138
Caffeine is a methylxanthine alkaloid compound, which is not only effective, but also safe and needn't monitor the plasma concentration for the prevention and treatment of apnea in preterm infants, compared with theophylline. In recent years,it has been reported that caffeine is beneficial to improve weaning extubation success rate, reduce the incidence of bronchopulmonary dysplasia in preterm infants, reduce the risk of surgical closure of patent ductus arteriosus, and improve the long-term neurological outcome in preterm infants.
2.Qualitative Analysis of Open-Path Fourier Transform Spectra
Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2015;(2):226-232
Open-path Fourier transform infrared ( OP/FT-IR) spectra were analyzed with target factor analysis ( TFA) and band-target entropy minimization ( BTEM) respectively, with the purpose to reconstruct spectral characteristics of target molecules from matrices of spectra. Five sessions of continuous OP/FT-IR monitoring were carried out around farms. For each session, the spectra were arranged row-wisely in order of measuring time, which yielded five matrices for data analysis. Results showed that both BTEM and TFA could reconstruct spectral characteristics of target molecules from the spectral data matrix, but the performance of the two methods differed slightly. TFA can retrieve spectral features of target molecules in the presence of interferences, and the reconstructed spectra are similar to corresponding reference. BTEM can implement such spectral retrieval without the reference spectrum. This work presents not only the application of BTEM method to qualitative analysis for OP/FT-IR spectra, but also a thorough comparison between the two methods. The conclusion is helpful to qualitative analysis of complex multi-component systems.
3.Expression and clinical significance of Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with ovarian cancer
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2015;(4):537-540
Objective:To detect the levels of T help cell 17 (Th17)/regulatory T cell (Treg) in the peripheral blood of patients with ovarian cancer and explore their clinical significances.Methods:55 patients with ovarian cancer and 60 normal controls were enrolled. The percentage of Th17/Treg cells were detected by flow cytometry (FCM).The expression of retinoid-related orphan receptor gamma-t ( RORγt)/foxhead winged-helix box protein 3 ( Foxp3) mRNA was measured by real time PCR and the plasma levels of IL-17/TGF-β1 were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).Results: The percentage of CD4+IL-17+/CD4+T cells, the mRNA expression of RORγt and the plasma levels of IL-17 increased significantly in patients with ovarian cancer than in normal controls (P<0.05).Compared with normal controls, the percentage of CD4+Foxp3+Treg/CD4+T cells, the mRNA expression of Foxp3 and the plasma levels of TGF-β1 increased significantly in patients with ovarian cancer ( P<0.05).Conclusion:The imbalance of Th17/Treg cells may exist in the peripheral blood of patients with ovarian cancer.Th17/Treg cells may participate the pathology of ovarian cancer.
4.Research on the correlation of Disabled-2 gene and tumors
China Oncology 2001;0(03):-
Signal transduction is a very fine and complicated process that indudes participation in the cell propagation, division, maturation and apoptosis.Under normal circumstance disabled-2( Dab2) in human tissues participates in the signal transduction of the cell in order to allow the body to keep normal functions, but under some circumstances the absence of Dab2 influences the normal signal transduction path, leding to atypical cell changes.and the generation of tumors. This paper is a review on the construction and function of Dab2 and its related gene as well as the relation of Dab2 and tumors generation.
5.Diagnosis,treatments and prognosis of local recurrence of breast cancer after conservative therapy
China Oncology 2006;0(07):-
With the development of breast-conserving surgery, the problem of local relapse after conservation therapy became a hot spot for discussion. There was much research done on the influential factors of recurrence after conservation therapy, however, there is little research on the strategy for salvage of relapse. This review summarizes the recent research on the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of local recurrence of breast cancer after conservation therapy.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(13):991-993
Objective To sum up the observation points and nursing measures for patients with subclavian steal syndrome after stent implantation, improve the predictive nursing and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications. Methods Reviewed and summarized the nursing process and experience of 19 cases after stent implantation. Included prevention from complication, discharge guidance, the close observation of vital signs and the changes of disease. Results All 19 patients were cured after stent implantation and no serious complication occurred. Conclusions Endovascular stenting is an effective way for the treatment of subclavian steal syndrome. meticulous nursing and prevention of complications can ensure the success of surgery in the process of treatment .

Chinese Journal of Microsurgery 2012;35(5):381-383,446
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of the many kinds of combined skin flaps of foot which used for repairing of many places and polymorphous skin defects of hands. Methods This study included 18 patients (15 male and 3 female) with a mean age of 32.6 years (range 15-56 years) between September 2003 and January 2012.The skin defect of hand were 2-3 places and the size of the defect ranged 1.5 cm × 2.0 cm-2.5 cm × 13.0 cm.All of them with bones and tendons exposure or defect. These 18 patients with many places and polymorphous skin defects of hands were treated with combined anterosuperior malleolusdorsalls pedis flaps (6 cases),three-leaf flap of dorsum of foot (2 cases),combined the first dorsal metatarsal artery island flap and toe back flap (5 cases)and combined toe back flaps (5 cases).Meanwhile, deep peroneal nerve was used to repair defect of digital nerve or dorsal digital nerve and long extensor tendon of toes was used to repair digital flexor tendon or digital extensor tendon. Results Eighteen patients with 32 flaps survived. In the follow-up of 4 months-2 years, the fingers and skin flaps were in good shape and normal color. The sensation of the hands of the patients with nerve repaired was restored to S2-S3 and the two-point discrimination was 8-10 mm.The motor function of the hands of the patients with tendons repaired was good, which can be competent to daily life and work. Conclusion Many kinds of combined skin flaps of foot were used to repair many places and polymorphous skin defects of hands.

Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2005;0(07):-
Objective To investigate the causes, treatments, and prevention of dysuria after transurethral resection of prostate (TURP). Methods The clinical data of 49 cases of dysuria post-TURP that were treated in our hospital from July 2004 to September 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Among the cases,6 patients received silica catheterization again because of edema of the bladder neck and urethra; 9 underwent catheterization after bladder flush for delayed prostate bleeding; 20 underwent urethral dilatation or meatotomy due to meatal stenosis,5 received urethral dilatation for urethral stricture; urethral dilatation or direct vision internal urethrotomy were performed on 4 cases who had bladder neck fracture; TURP was carried out for a second time in 4 cases because of glandular residual; suprapubic cystostomy was made in 1 case of colonal carcinoma for long-term bed rest. All cases were cured after the treatment. Conclusions Meatal stenosis is the most common cause of dysuria post-TURP.Urethral dilatation is the first choice for the disease.
