Journal of Medical Informatics 2015;(6):72-75
〔Abstract〕 The paper introduces the connotation of digital learning environment and digital scientific research environment, analyzes the strategies of constructing digital learning environment and digital scientific research environment in hospitals, including hospital librar-ians taking part in scientific research knowledge service, doctors, teachers and researchers participation, creating personalized scientific research information environment, etc.
3.APPLICATION OF LINEAR REGRESSION METHOD OF MULTIWAVELENGTH DATA AND ORTHOGONAL FUNCTIONS SPECTROPHOTOMETRY——DETERMINATION OF SULFAMETHOXAZOLE AND TRIEMETHOPRIM IN CO-TRIMOXAZOLE TABLETS
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
The linear regression method of multiwavelength data and orthogonal functions spectropho-tomtry have been used for the determination of sulfamethoxazole and triemethoprim in co-trimo-xazole tablets without any preliminary separation. The methods are simple and rapid.Good results have been obtained. The average recovery of sulfamethoxazole was 99.72-100.5%, with coefficient of variation below 0.48%, and the average recovery of triemethoprim was 99.26-99.46%, with coefficient of variation below 0.83%. The accuracy and precision meet the requirements of analysis of the pharmaceutical preparations
5.Adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction:concept and strategy
China Oncology 2001;0(05):-
In contrast to the decreasing prevalence of gastric cancer and esophageal cancer, there has been an alarm rise in the incidence and prevalence of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction during recent literatures. Many discrepancies exists in the current literature, however, regarding the etiology, classification and surgical treatment of the tumor. This confusion is due to a lack of clear current UICC recommendation for the classification and staging.Consequently, the selection of the surgical procedure for tumor is controversial.A clear definition and classification is,therefore, the prerequisite for a discussion of the optimal surgical approach. This review give a detailed description of the related concept and recent advances in treatment of adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2001;29(6):646-648
The binding characteristics of quinolone antibacterial agent, ofloxacin (OFLX) and ciprofloxacin(CPFX) with catalase(CAT) were studied by fluorescence spectroscopy in aqueous solution. It was showed that both OFLX and CPFX had a strong ability to quench the CAT intrinsic fluorescence through a static quenching procedure. The formation constant K and the number of bind ing site n were further calculated according to the fluorescence quenching r esults.

Objective To investigate the influence of propofol on the induction of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression in spinal cord after spinal cord injury (SCI) in rats. Methods SCI model was reproduced according to Allen′s method with modification. Seventy-four SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal group (n=4), SCI with propofol treatment group (n=35), and SCI with saline treatment group (n=35). Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were employed to detect iNOS expression in spinal cord at different time (1h, 3h, 8h, 1d, 3d, 7d, 14d). Results The results showed that iNOS expression in spinal cord of propofol treatment group was significantly decreased compared with that of saline treatment group (P
