3.APPLICATION OF LINEAR REGRESSION METHOD OF MULTIWAVELENGTH DATA AND ORTHOGONAL FUNCTIONS SPECTROPHOTOMETRY——DETERMINATION OF SULFAMETHOXAZOLE AND TRIEMETHOPRIM IN CO-TRIMOXAZOLE TABLETS
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 1986;0(04):-
The linear regression method of multiwavelength data and orthogonal functions spectropho-tomtry have been used for the determination of sulfamethoxazole and triemethoprim in co-trimo-xazole tablets without any preliminary separation. The methods are simple and rapid.Good results have been obtained. The average recovery of sulfamethoxazole was 99.72-100.5%, with coefficient of variation below 0.48%, and the average recovery of triemethoprim was 99.26-99.46%, with coefficient of variation below 0.83%. The accuracy and precision meet the requirements of analysis of the pharmaceutical preparations

5.Adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction:concept and strategy
China Oncology 2001;0(05):-
In contrast to the decreasing prevalence of gastric cancer and esophageal cancer, there has been an alarm rise in the incidence and prevalence of adenocarcinoma of esophagogastric junction during recent literatures. Many discrepancies exists in the current literature, however, regarding the etiology, classification and surgical treatment of the tumor. This confusion is due to a lack of clear current UICC recommendation for the classification and staging.Consequently, the selection of the surgical procedure for tumor is controversial.A clear definition and classification is,therefore, the prerequisite for a discussion of the optimal surgical approach. This review give a detailed description of the related concept and recent advances in treatment of adenocarcinoma of the esophagogastric junction.
7.Risks and benefits: new concepts of treatment of late-onset hypogonadism.
National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(6):483-489
Late-onset hypogonadism (LOH) is a clinical and bio-chemical syndrome associated with advancing age in males and seriously affects the quality of life of some of the patients. A classical therapeutic option for LOH is testosterone supplementary treatment (TST). Its effectiveness has been verified, whereas its long-term safety remains to be further evaluated. With deeper insights into LOH, many new therapeutic strategies have been proposed, which include the treatments with gonadotropins, testosterone precursors (such as dehydroepiandrosterone [DHEA]), non-aromatizable androgens (such as dihydrotestosterone [DHT]), antiestrogens (such as aromatase inhibitors and estrogen receptor antagonists), and Chinese medicine. Meanwhile, studies on the transplantation of Leydig stem cells, selective androgen receptor modulators (SARMs), and selective estrogen receptor beta (ERbeta) agonists have shed new light on the treatment of LOH.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1981;0(06):-
Objective To investigate the influence of propofol on the induction of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) expression in spinal cord after spinal cord injury (SCI) in rats. Methods SCI model was reproduced according to Allen′s method with modification. Seventy-four SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: normal group (n=4), SCI with propofol treatment group (n=35), and SCI with saline treatment group (n=35). Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were employed to detect iNOS expression in spinal cord at different time (1h, 3h, 8h, 1d, 3d, 7d, 14d). Results The results showed that iNOS expression in spinal cord of propofol treatment group was significantly decreased compared with that of saline treatment group (P

Journal of China Medical University 2015;(3):238-242,258
Objective To discuss the effect and related mechanism on epithelial?mesenchymal transition(EMT)process and invasive ability of the trophoblasts JEG?3 by targeted silencing of Notch?1 gene. Methods Notch?1?siRNA interference fragment was designed and synthesized to sta?bly transfect JEG?3 cells. Changes in the invasive ability of trophoblasts were detected by Transwell chamber invasion assay. The expressions of Notch?1 ,E?cadherin ,vimentin and EMT transcriptive regulators slug ,snail ,twist were analyzed in transfected trophoblasts by Western blot. Results The relative expression of Notch?1 protein in JEG?3 and the invasive ability of JEG?3 were significantly decreased after transfection with Notch?1?siRNA,the expression of the epithelial indictor E?cadherin was significantly increased while the mesenchymal indicator vimentin was de?creased with the reduction of EMT transcriptive regulators slug, snail and twist. Conclusion The invasion of trophoblasts was affected by targeted si?lencing of Notch?1 gene and Notch?1 can reduce the invasion of trophoblasts through influencing EMT process.
