Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2006;0(07):-
OBJECTIVE To study air disinfection methods in unremitting operating room,we compared effect of using trioxide disinfector(used in operating room "A") with YKX/G100-type medical air disinfection and purification machine(used in operating room "B") in disinfecting air inside unremitting operating room.METHODS To observe the killing effect on air natural bacteria of the two methods,we used natural sedimentation monitoring the different stages sampling before and after sterilization and at the beginning stage of the unremitting operation.RESULTS Both the two methods could achieve the air natural bacteria eradication rate above 85%.The air bacteria colony number obviously upgraded after the beginning of unremitting operation in operating rooms "A";but in operating rooms "B",the number fell-off slowly.CONCLUSIONS The medical air disinfection and purification machine can shorten the interval of operations,it is the better approach of continuous air disinfection in solving the unremitting operating room with personnel existence.

China Pharmacy 2016;27(10):1409-1411
OBJECTIVE:To prepare andrographolide phospholipid compound, optimize its formulation technology and charac-terizeit. METHODS:Andrographolide phospholipid compound was prepared with solvent method. Using compound rate as index, the effects of reaction solvent, reaction time, reaction temperature, drug concentration, the ratio of reactants and other single fac-tors on compound rate were investigated. The ratio of reactants, reaction temperature and drug concentration were optimized by or-thogonal test and validated. The dissolubilities of andrographolide, andrographolide phospholipid physical mixture and androgra-pholide phospholipid compound in water, soybean oil and Lauroglycol FCC were compared and characterized with UV and DSC. RESULTS:The optimal preparation technology was tetrahydrofuran as reaction solvent, reaction time of 4 h,reaction temperature of 50 ℃,drug concentration of 10 mg/ml,ratio of andrographolide to phospholipid 1:3. The compound rate of andrographolide phospholipid compound was 83.2%(n=3). Compared with raw material and physical mixture, phospholipid compound significant-ly improved the dissolubility of andrographolide in water, soybean oil and Lauroglycol FCC. UV and DSC showed that compound had been prepared. CONCLUSIONS:Andrographolide phospholipid compound is prepared successfully.

Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(20):3117-3121
BACKGROUND:Transient receptor potential protein channel is distributed in many kinds of tissue and cells in human body, and takes part in many physiologic functions and pathological changes of human body. However, up to now, transient receptor potential melastatin 8 (TRPM8) has not been reported in human cartilage.
OBJECTIVE:To study the expression of TRPM8, a subfamily member of transient receptor potential gene, in human knee joint cartilage.
METHODS:Fifteen samples were selected from patients after amputatioin due to severe trauma. Total protein was extracted from 300 mg cartilage tissue of every patient. To detect the distribution of TRPM8 in human
cartilage, cartilage sections were col ected in the same region. The expression and distribution of TRPM8 in human cartilage was detected by western blot analysis and immunofluorescence respectively.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Western blot analysis showed that specific TRPM8 band was visible at molecular weight of 130 000, and as the age increased, TRPM8 expression in human cartilage was gradual y decreased. Immunofluorescence staining results showed that TRPM8 was evenly located in the cellmembrane of chondrocytes. TRPM8 is expressed in the human knee cartilage, specifical y in member of chondrocytes.

Objective To compare the bronchial blocker and double-lumen tube for one-lung ventilation in the elderly patients undergoing minimally invasive direct coronary artery bypass (MIDCAB).Methods Thirty six patients of both sexes, aged 65-78 yr,with the left ventricular ejection fraction ≥ 45%,with body mass index < 30 kg/m2,of ASA physical status Ⅱ or Ⅲ (NYHA Ⅰ-Ⅲ),scheduled for elective MIDCAB in the left thorax, were randomly divided into 2 groups (n =18 each):double-lumen endotracheal tube group (group D) and bronchial blocker group (group B).Anesthesia was induced with midazolam 0.05 mg/kg,etomidate 0.3 mg/kg,fentanyl 10μg/kg and cisatracurium 0.15-0.20 mg/kg.The patients were intubated with a left-sided double-lumen endotracheal tube 5 min later in group D.The patients were intubated with a single-lumen endotracheal tube 5 min later, and then Coopdech bronchial blocker was inserted into the primary bronchus in group B.The patients were mechanically ventilated. Before induction of anesthesia,at 2 min before intubation, immediately before and after intubation, and at 1 and 2 min after intubation, mean arterial pressure (MAP),heart rate (HR),and mean pulmonary arterial pressure (mPAP) were recorded and rate-pressure product (RPP) was calculated. The requirement for vasoactive drugs was recorded during induction of anesthesia.Lung collapse developed after the pleura was opened was also recorded.Surgical exposure was scored at the end of operation. Results Compared with group D,MAP,HR RPP and mPAP were significantly decreased after intubation, the requirement for nicardipine and esmolol was decreased, and no significant change was found in the requirement for atropine and metaraminol, rate of lung collapse and score of surgical exposure in group B.Conclusion Compared with doublelumen tube, bronchial blocker can provide sufficient exposure of the surgical filed, and intubation-induced fluctuation of hemodynamics is small in the elderly patients undergoing MIDCAB.

Objective To observe the relationship between dynamic expressions of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and MMP-9 protein and water contents in perihematoma, and the effect of sodium aescine in rats with intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH). Methods 250 Wistar rats were assigned randomly to four groups: normal control group (10 rats), sham operation group (80 rats), ICH group (80 rats) and sodium aescine treating group (80 rats). The water contents in perihematom and the expressions of MMP-2 and MMP-9 protein were measured respectively at 6 h, 12 h, 24 h, 48 h, 72 h, 120 h, 7 d and 15 d after operation in each group. Results Neurological function deficit in sodium aescine treating group was improved compared with ICH group in 6 h~7 d (P
8.Role of TOLL-like receptor 4/MAPKs pathway of renal tissue in diabetic rats by pioglitazone
Chinese Journal of Immunology 2016;32(12):1769-1772
Objective:To study the role of TOLL-like receptor4/MAPKs pathway of renal tissue in the diabetic rats treated with piogitazone. Methods:The male Sprague Dawlry rats were randomly selected as the control group (n=8) and experimental group(n=32). The experimental rats were randomly divided into three groups. The expression of ERK1/2,JNK and p38MAPK,and levels of their phosphorylation in kidney were measured by Western blot in control group and experimental group. Results:The expression of TOLL-like receptor 4 in all renal tissue in the diabetic rats were significantlyincreased than those in control group (P<0. 01). Compared with the control group. The activity of p-ERK1/2 and p38MAPK significantly increased in each experimental group (P<0. 05),but the expression level of p-JNK was no statistical significance. TOLL-like receptor 4 could regulatory effect on the phorylation of ERK1/2 and p38MAPK. Compared with the model group, the expression of p-ERK1/2 and p38MAPK significantly decreased(P<0. 05),moreover, these changes were more significant in high-dose treated group ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion:Pioglitazone inhibits the expression of TOLL-like receptor 4 of renal tissue in the diabetic rats, and these effects may be related to TOLL-like receptor 4/ERK1/2 and TOLL-like receptor 4/p38MAPK pathways.
