Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
Objective To explore the veracity and practical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of nasal bone fractures. Methods 28 patients suffered from facial trauma were thin layer scanned by multi-slice spiral CT,then three-dimensional reconstruction imaging could stereoscopically and directly show the nasal bone fracture. Results The 3D reconstruction could indicate the nasal bone fracture location, shape, range and type. Conclusions The 3D reconstruction imaging with multi-slice spiral CT has high value in diagnosis of nasal bone fracture and showing space relationship.
2.Paying attention to optic nerve injury disease and optic nerve regeneration study
Chinese Journal of Experimental Ophthalmology 2013;(3):209-214
Glaucoma, optical neuritis and trauma are optic nerve injury-related diseases. These ocular diseases cause irreversible damage of the vision and even blindness. The study on optic nerve regeneration is a powerful approach for rescuing vision and improving the quality of life of patients. Therefore, how to promote optic nerve regeneration is always the focus in ophthalmology. In recent years, great progression has achieved by modulation of cellular signal pathway, usage of glial cells, stem cells and neurotrophic factor, etc, which lays a basis for the treatment of optic nerve injury.Ophthalmologist should trace and participate in these researches to promote the development of regeneration medicine. This review summarizes these new approaches after discussing factors effecting optic nerve regeneration briefly and proposes questions to answer.
3.The experimental study of the influence of FN-TPO gene modified mesenchymal stem cells on cord-blood hematopoietic stem cell engraftment
Chinese Journal of Blood Transfusion 1988;0(02):-
Objective To observe the influence of Fibronectin-Thrombopoietin(FN-TPO) gene modified human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs) on the engraftment of cord blood hematopoietic stem cells. Methods FN-TPO gene modified human bone marrow MSCs combined with cord blood mononuclear cells(CB-MNC) were transplanted to sublethal dose treated severe combined immunodeficiency disease(SCID) mice. After transplantation, these mice were observed for 4 weeks.Peripheral blood cell counts were performed at different time point to assay the hematopoietic system status of the mice.Four weeks after the transplantation,human-sourced cell integration was assayed by flow cytometry(FCM) and polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results One week after the cell transplantation, every main index of the peripheral blood cell counts in the gene modified group was higher than that in the control groups(P

Chinese Journal of General Surgery 2010;25(8):645-648
Objective To analyze clinical manifestations, histology, immunohistochemistry (IHC), surgical treatment and prognosis of colorectal stromal tumours. Methods The clinical and pathological data of 30 cases of colorectal stromal tumors were analyzed retrospectively. According to Fletcher proposed approach for defining risk group in GIST, these cases were grouped into VLR, LR, IR and HR.Cox multiple regression multiple factor analysis method was used to evaluate impact factors for prognosis. Results Radical resection was achieved in all 30 cases. Tumors located in the colon in 4 ( 13% ) cases, in the rectum in 20 (67%) cases, and within the anal canal in 6 (20%) cases. C-kit expression was positive in 86. 7% cases as determined by IHC. Postoperatively, 29 cases were followed-up from 4 to 130 mos. The Fletcher proposed approach for defining risk group in GIST was closely related to the survival rates ( B =4. 226,P =0. 02). The 3- and 5-year survival rate was 73% and 53% respectively. Conclusions Surgical resection and molecular target treatment is the treatment of choice for colorectal stromal tumors. The Fletcher's classification of malignancy risk group for colorectal stromal tumors is statistically related to the modus operandi and patients' survival rate.

Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2014;(3):296-300
All of the thrombolytic agents currently approved for use in humans are plasminogen activators, the application of which is limited by bleeding complications at vascular injury sites and plasminogen content in the thrombus. Plasmin is rapidly neutral-ized in the circulation by α2-antiplasmin and tolerated without bleeding. With the application of catheter-based delivery, the unique bio-chemical properties of plasmin make it a safe and effective direct fibrinolytics. Plasmin derivatives, including miniplasmin,Δ-plasmin and microplsmin, display more thrombolysis efficacy and better hemostatic safety in preclinical study and clinical trials. This review sum-marizes the current information on plasmin and its derivatives, including the advances on biochemical properties, preclinical and clinical trials.

Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2014;(4):424-428
Immune system is a security guard to help human body repel or remove bacteria, viruses, parasites and other fore-ign invaders .But when some tissue components or the immune system itself become abnormal, it can not distinguish friend from foe accurately and may attack our own tissue then cause some clinical symptoms, leading to autoimmune diseases. Nearly 5 % of the world's population suffer from various autoimmune diseases. By now in addition to control the formation of autoantigens such as infection, tiredness, the main biologics used in clinic are immunoregulators to block pathological autoimmune response and then to create a new proper immune response. Recently, new biologics to treat autoimmune disease come into being one after another, and this article gives a brief overview about research progress in anti-autoimmune disease biologics.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2016;40(3):213-214
Objective] To summarize the clinical key points of acupoint sticking therapy in the application of treating disease before its onset. [Method] From the treatment timing, treatment principle, acupoint selection to expound the academic perspective and clinical experience of our department in the application of acupoint sticking therapy by consulting the ancient literature and summarizing clinical practice. [Result] Through the correct selection of treatment timing for acupoint sticking therapy, which is mainly used in summer, secondly used in winter, and focusing on tonifying Yang-qi, and point selection by pattern identification, paying attention to the accumulation of curative effect, this therapy has good curative effect in the treating disease before its onset.[Conclusion] Nowadays, there are more and more sub-health people. Since acupoint sticking therapy has advantages of“easy, convenient, cheap, uesful”and safe, it is a good therapy to apply for treating disease before its onset.

International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2014;22(9):712-715
MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of highly conserved small noncoding single stranded RNAs.They participate in the regulation of target genes through the degradation of mRNA and/or inhibition of translation. As the most abundant miRNAs in the central nervous system,miRNA-124 (miR-124) has been widely given attention in recent years. The recent research suggests that miR-124 is closely associated with ischemic cerebral injury, but its specific regulation mechanism remains unclear. This article reviews the roles of miR-124 in ischemic cerebral injury.

Chinese Journal of Medical Instrumentation 2014;38(1):65-67
The number of medical device adverse events reported to national monitoring center increased greatly year by year, but the reporting system still existed some deficiencies which resulting in confusion when filling the forms, especially those selections about relationship evaluation. This paper proposed amendments about event-evaluation process according to the characteristics of medical device adverse events reported in China, in order to perform timely and effectively regulation on different types of adverse events for different purposes.

China Pharmacy 1991;0(06):-
OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Jiawei guiqi tablets.METHODS:Angelicae sinensis and Radix Astragali in the tablets were identified qualitatively by TLC;the content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. RESULTS:The TLC spots were distinctive and free from interference of negative control. The linear range of the ferulic acid was 0.135 6~1.356 0 ?g(r=0.999 6) and the average recovery rate was 99.20%(RSD=0.97%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The established standard is suitable for the quality control of Jiawei guiqi tablets.
