20% . In both groups CH was induced with infusion of 0.01% sodium nitroprusside (NTP) to maintain MAP at 55-65 mm Hg. MAP, HR, CVP cardiac output were continuously monitored. Arterial blood samples were taken before (T0 ) and after AHH (T1 ) , 30 min after CH was induced (T2 ) and 30 min after tennination of CH (T3 ) for blood gas analysis and determination of plasma levels of electrolytes and ?2-microglobulin.Results The two groups were comparable with respect to the demographic data including age, body weight and height. In group Ⅰ pH was significantly decreased after AHH and CH (T1-3) compared to the baseline (T0 ) and was significantly lower than that in group Ⅱ . There was no significant difference in plasma K+ , Na+ , Ca2+ , Cl- and BE between the two groups. Plasma?2- MG decreased significantly after AHH (at T1 ) compared to the baseline value before AHH (T0) in group Ⅰ and was significantly lower than that ingroup Ⅱ at T1-3 . Conclusion Glomerular filtration rate decreases during controlled hypotension as shown by increased plasma?2-MG. AHH combined with CH can improve glomerular filtration rate while exerts no significant effects on blood gases and electrolytes.

Journal of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University 2014;(4):495-500
[Objective] To sum up researches on components, pharmacological actions and toxicity of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb(Heshouwu). [Method] The research reference about Heshouwu in CNKI, VIP and PUBMAD database is col ected and calssified to three aspects on components, pharmacological actions and toxicity.[Result]①On components:Heshouwu contains stilbene, lecithin, anthraquinone, flavonoids, tannin and trace elements. The stilbene and anthraquinone are the mainly active components. Producing area, growth years, harvest time and processing methods are factors affecting the content of the components such as TSG in Heshouwu; Macroporous adsorption resin is the main separation method for preconcentration of TSG and anthraquinone constituents; ② On pharmacological actions and toxicity: Heshouwu has effects of hypolipidemic and liver protection, antioxidative, anti-osteoporosi, hpyerglycemic, antidepressive and antibiosis, the hypolipidemic and liver protection are the main effects which have been studied more. A reversible liver injury which displays as abnormal liver function parameter and bile metabolic disorder would be induced if the Heshouwu is administrated with a large dosage for long term. The possible components which would induce the toxicity in Heshouwu are tannin and anthraquinone, and the anthraquinone is the component with double effects of toxicity and therapy which should be considered in clinical application. [Conclusion]Reducing lipid and protecting liver is the main pharmaceutical function of the herb. As a commonly used Chinese herb for liver protection, the studies on alcoholic hepatic injury protection of Heshouwu may be a point for the researchers to focus on. The comparison studies on hypolipidemic and liver protection between Hesouwu and its processing products, and the correlations between components and pharmacological actions are worth study further.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2022;34(5):515-518
Objective:
To investigate the influencing factors of nosocomial infections among patients undergoing radiotherapy, so as to provide insights into nosocomial infection control among radiotherapy patients.
Methods:
The malignant tumor patients receiving radiotherapy in Yiwu Central Hospital from 2019 to 2020 were selected. Their demographic features, radiotherapy and nosocomial infections were collected through the eletronic medical records. The factors affecting nosocomial infections were identified among radiotherapy patients using a multivariable logistic regression model.
Results:
Totally 553 malignant tumor patients receiving radiotherapy were enrolled, including 268 men ( 48.46% ) and with a mean age of ( 60.31±13.66 ) years. The mean duration of hospital stay was ( 28.67±14.32 ) days, and the mean radiotherapy cycle was ( 3.63±1.89 ) weeks. A total of 46 patients were detected with nosocomial infections, with prevalence of 8.32%. The top three sites with the highest prevalence of nosocomial infections included the lower respiratory tract ( 14 cases, 30.43% ), oral cavity ( 10 cases, 21.74 ) and urinary tract ( 8 cases, 17.39% ), and 42 bacterial strains were isolated, with Gram-negative bacteria as the predominant strains ( 25 strains, 59.52% ). Multivariable logistic regression analysis showed that radiotherapy cycle of 4 weeks and longer ( OR=3.857, 95%CI: 1.896-7.846 ), radiotherapy exposure ( OR=3.254, 95%CI: 1.561-6.783 ), arteriovenous catheterization ( OR=2.165, 95%CI: 1.144-4.098 ), urinary tract intubation ( OR=6.028, 95%CI: 1.841-19.734 ) and poor nutritional status ( OR=3.933, 95%CI: 1.493-10.360 ) were associated with nosocomial infections among radiotherapy patients.
Conclusion
Radiotherapy cycle, exposure to radiotherapy, arteriovenous catheterization, urinary tract intubation and poor nutritional status are factors affecting nosocomial infections among radiotherapy patients.

Journal of Preventive Medicine 2021;33(7):675-679
Objective:
To analyze the working memory impairment in patients with different degrees of depressive disorder and its influencing factors, so as to provide the basis for the clinical evaluation of cognitive function in patients with depressive disorder.
Methods:
From January 2019 to November 2020, the patients with depressive disorder were selected in the psychiatry and clinical psychology departments of a tertiary hospital. Demographic information, disease course and medication were collected. Depression subscale ( DEP ) of Mental Health Inventory ( PHI ) was used to measure the degree of depressive disorder. N-back tasks were used to test working memory, with error rate and reaction time as experimental variables to compare the working memory impairment of patients with different degrees of depressive disorder. The multivariate linear regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors for working memory impairment in patients with depressive disorder.
Results:
A total of 75 patients with depressive disorder were included, including 45 mild cases and 30 moderate and severe cases. The error rates of mild cases and moderate and severe cases in the 3-back task were ( 27.47±20.59 )% and ( 39.60±25.95 )%, the response time between the two groups in 0-back, 1-back, 2-back and 3-back task were ( 458.29±104.19 ) ms and ( 527.90±99.58 )ms,( 499.87±85.46 ) ms and ( 574.57±126.25 ) ms, ( 567.44±114.86 ) ms and ( 675.37±137.54 ) ms, ( 663.76±167.99 ) ms and ( 753.27±152.06 ) ms, the differences between two groups were significant ( P<0.05 ). The multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the severity of depressive disorder was correlated with the response time of 0-back to 3-back tasks and the error rate of 3-back task; whether patients took medicine or not was depressive disorder correlated with the 0-back task response time ( all P<0.05 ).
Conclusion
There are differences in working memory impairment among patients with different degrees of depressive disorder and the severity of impairment is correlated with the severity of depressive disorder and the use of antidepressant drugs.
