Chinese Journal of Clinical Psychology 1993;0(01):-
Objective:To study the neuropsychological features and explore possible mechanisms in pure word deafness. Methods:A case of a 55 year-old right-handed woman was analysed, who presented with a long lasting pure word deafness following subcortical and cortical hemorrhage in right temporal and parietal lobe. Results:There was no sign of aphasia. The auditory deficit was sepecific for language, while recognition of music and environmental sounds was normal. CT examinations showed that the lesion was due to right cerebral hemisphere hemorrhage, mainly the white matter of temporal and parietal lobe. Conclusion:It is proposed that pure word deafness was consequent to the isolation of Wernicke's area from incoming auditory information due to the interruption both of the association fibers from the right auditory area traveling across the corpus callosum and of the left auditory radiations.

BACKGROUND: Distractor has decided the development of distraction osteogenesis since it was applied in oral and maxillofacial surgery. How to breach the limit of traditional distraction osteogenesis lies on designing three-dimensional (3-D) distractor.OBJECTIVE: To explore the design and manufacture of 3-D external distractor for zygomatic bone.SETTING: Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University.DESIGN: An experiment of the external distraction system for 3-D distraction osteogenesis.MATERIALS: The distractor was made of biological material titanium with well histocompatibility, and consisted of three parts (support, expansion and direction-change) as well as some fittings such as titanium backup plate, spanner and rubber mat, etc.METHODS: Caprine of 10 months old were selected to separate the heads and prepare for isolated zygomatic models. Zygomatic bones were generally curve and made up of four-process-in-one, with the identical formation as human being. According to principle of mechanical movement, two support plates were designed to move relatively, which transferred randomly along with two perpendicular directions. It was done to change the direction and model 3-D distraction osteogenesis on zygomatic bone of the isolated caprine cranium.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: 3-D transference of expansion board and whole stabilization of distractor were observed in the process of distraction osteogenesis.RESULTS: The self-prepared 3-D external distractor was 30 g. The lengthener was built to provide 3-D suture expansion osteogenesis by changing the direction. The expansion bar could be moved about 2 cm in anteroposterior axes, 3.5 cm in perpendicular axes, 3 cm in coronal axes.CONCLUSION: The 3-D distractor is simple, accurate and practicable in experimental study, and lays a foundation for clinical study in the future.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2016;39(11):1044-1046
Golgi protein 73(GP73) was closely correlated with primary hepatic carcinoma(PHC). GP73 had a higher sensitivity and specificity than alpha fetal protein(AFP), so GP73 had a great diagnostic value for early PHC. Although there were many related research reports in the domestic and foreign, their conclusions were inconsistent. This article reviewed these studies results.

Objective To investigate the effect of different concentrations of sevoflurane inhalation combined with pro?pofol anesthesia on rocuronium pharmacodynamics. Methods Sixty-seven patients, who underwent elective abdominal op?eration in Tianjin Medical University General Hospital from Nov. 2014 to Feb. 2015, were randomly allocated to three groups:propofol combined 0.5 minimum alveolar concentration (MAC) end-tidal concentration of sevoflurane (group Ⅰ, 24 cases), propofol combined 0.75 MAC end-tidal concentration of sevoflurane (group Ⅱ, 20 cases) and propofol combined 1 MAC end-tidal concentration of sevoflurane (groupⅢ, 23 cases). All those patients were given midazolam 0.05 mg/kg, sufen? tanil 0.3μg/kg, etomidate 0.3 mg/kg for anesthesia induction. Rocuronium was given through the T1 mode of Closed-loop muscle relaxant infusion system and infused by 2ED95(0.6 mg/kg). The following variables were recorded:average consump?tion dosage of rocuronium, recovery index, averaged consumption dosage of propofol and remifentanil. Results The aver?aged consumption dosage of rocuronium was decreased in the three groups in turn[(9.71 ± 2.38 vs 7.50 ± 0.98 vs 6.90 ± 1.14)μg·kg-1·min-1,F=18.562,P<0.05]. There was no significant difference in recovery index between the three groups [(8.92± 2.62 vs 8.95 ± 2.58 vs 10.30 ± 3.65)min,F=1.577, P>0.05]. The average consumption dosage of propofol and remifentanil were lower in groupⅢthan those of groupⅠand groupⅡ(P<0.05). Conclusion High concentration of sevoflurane can enhance neuromuscular blockage effect of rocuronium, and decrease the consumption dosage of propofol and remifentanil.

Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2016;39(9):791-794
Objective To explore the levels of serum hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) in different clinical stages of hepatitis B virus(HBV) infection and their correlation with serum HBV DNA. Methods Five hundred and seventy-five patients with HBsAg-positive and without antiviral therapy were enrolled in this study. The patients were classified into six group:IT group (immune tolerant phase, 120 patients), EPH group (hepatitis B e antigen positive hepatitis, 110 patients), LR group (low replicative phase, 90 patients), ENH group (hepatitis B e antigen negative hepatitis, 110 patients), LC group (liver cirrhosis stage, 85 patients) and HCC group (hepatocellular carcinoma, 60 patients). Serum HBsAg and HBV DNA levels were quantified and analyzed through statistics. Results The levels of serum HBsAg in IT group, EPH group, LR group, ENH group, LC group and HCC group were (4.58 ± 0.40), (4.12 ± 0.50), (2.60 ± 0.68), (3.31 ± 0.27), (2.82 ± 0.57) and (3.03 ± 0.39) lg U/ml respectively, and there was significantly different among the different phase (P<0.01). The levels of serum HBsAg in IT group, EPH group, LR group, ENH group, LC group and HCC group had positive correlation with serum HBV DNA level, and the correlation coefficients were 0.627, 0.579, 0.134, 0.317, 0.159 and 0.224 respectively. Conclusions The levels of serum HBsAg is significantly different in the different clinical phase of HBV infection, and the tendency of the correlation between serum HBsAg and serum HBV DNA gradually weakens in general.
