Objective To find a new method of tangential view of patello femoral joint. Methods 62 cases of lateral knee radiographs were studied. The knee flexion angles, patello femoral angles, patello tibial angles and frontal patello tibial angles were measured and their relationships analyzed. The knee flexion angles and the patello femoral angles had linear relationship with a linear equation = 2 + 0.8x . The angles of posterior patellar line with tibial long axis and frontal tibial line were 3.3? and 12.7?respectively. According to the measurement results, an accessary positoning table was designed. The patients′ patello femoral joints were examined with the knee flexed at an angle of 30?. The patients were in supine position and the central X ray was angled at 73?vertically toward the film. Results 58 patello femoral joints of 40 patients were radiographically studied (10 males, 30 females) .All radiographs were classified into 4 degrees as Grade A, B, C and D. Eighteen cases were Grade A (31%), 30 cases were Grade B(52%), 8 cases were Grade C(18%)and 2 Grade D(3%).The reason for Grade D was due to small or negtive anterior patellotibial angles. Conclusion This new method of tangential view of patello femoral joint is accurate, comfortable and simple and could be used as routine examination for patello femoral joint diseases.

Objective To survey the semen quality of healthy adult men in the Liaoning area.Methods We included 400 male volunteers of different ages who underwent a premarital examination and reproductive health checkup in 2015 for semen sample collection.The inclusion criteria were as follows:men who underwent unified semen analysis,those who answered the questionnaire for analysis of overall semen quality,and those who were aged 18-25,26-30,and 31-40 years.Results Among the 400 male volunteers,the consistent standard rate only reached 40.5％ according to the World Health Organization-specified reference values for testicular volume,semen volume,semen concentration,total energy,forward movement,livability,normal appearance,pH,liquefaction time,DNA fragmentation index,and high DNA staining index.The differences between the three groups were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The results of the 18-to 25-year age group were better than those of the other groups.Conclusion Healthy adults' semen quality in the Liaoning area has declined in recent years;therefore,male reproductive health education should be seriously considered.

Objective To screen nursing workload items in the perioperative period of lumbar disc herniation by using Delphi method for providing scientific basis in order to undertake nursing care cost calculation of single disease. Methods The measuring content of nursing workload was firstly designed on the basis of consulting literature and experts discussion,then two rounds of consultations were made with experts by using the Delphi method. Results Valid questionnaires collected back were 35 and 37,respectively, accounting for 89% and 94% in the two rounds of consultations with the experts,by which fully reflected the support of experts to the study. The average number of authoritative coefficients in the two rounds of consultations with the experts was respectively 0.79, 0.88,which indicated high reliability of the consulting. The overall coordination index for nursing care items in the preoperative/intraoperative/postoperative period of consulting experts respectively was 0.265/0.305/0.359 and 0.435/0.316/0.425, which had statistical significance and indicated the good coordination among the experts advice in determining the nursing care items and the desirability of the results. Conclusions Measurement items of nursing workload in perioperative period of lumbar disc herniation had been screened scientifically and reliably,which could accurately measure the nursing workload of the disease and lay the foundation for further accounting of nursing care cost.

The effects of different concentrations of NaF on the proliferation and differentiation of osteroblasts were observed. Osteroblasts were obtained from the calvaria of 24-h newborn Sprague Dawley (SD) rat by using enzymic degestion method and cultured in the medium containing 10-7 mol/L to 10-5( 10-4 mol/L NaF. The rate of cell proliferation, ALP activity and osterocalcin were examined by the methods of MTT, biochemical assay and radioimmunologic assay (RIA) respectively. The results showed that the effect of NaF on the proliferation of osteroblasts was regulated in a double-phase manner: low doses of NaF (10-7 mol/L, 10-6 mol/L,10 5 mol/L) increased cell proliferation by 11. 3 o, 10. 9 % and 10. 6 % (P＜0. 05) respectively, vice versa at high doses (10-4 mol/L, 5×10-4 mol/L). As compared with control group, high doses of NaF decreased the proliferation rate by 9. 6 %, 9. 7 % respectively. The response of cell differentiation to NaF was varied. The influence of NaF on ALP activity was similar to that of cell proliferation. However, all concentrations of NaF used stimulated the secretion of osterocalcin with the highest secreting rate being up to 67. 14 % at 5×10 4 mol/L NaF. It was concluded that the influence of NaF on the proliferation of rat calvarial osteroblasts regulated in a double-phase manner, but the action on cell differentiation was varied.

Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effect of antisense oligodeoxynucleotide (ASODN) targeting survivin gene on gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901. Methods: Cultured SGC-7901 cells were divided into 6 groups: control group, lipofectin group, oligodeoxynucleotide(ODN) group, 1?10-5mol/L ASODN group, 3?10-5mol/L ASODN group and 5?10-5mol/L ASODN group. After incubated with ASODN, the expression of survivin mRNA in the SGC-7901 cells was examinated by PCR; the apoptosis of SGC-7901 cells was studied by the morphological observation using inverted microscope, electron microscope, flow cytometry and DNA agarose electrophoresis; telomerase activity was determined using PCR-based TRAP (telomere repeat amplification protocol) assay; MTT assay was used to study the inhibitory effect of ASODN on the proliferation of SGC-7901 cells. Results: ASODN obviously inhibited the expression of survivin mRNA in the SGC-7901 cells. The data of pediatric patients who required sedation for non-invasive examinations, aged 1 day-13 yr, were retrospectively collected from December 2019 to June 2020.They are divided into 4 groups according to age: newborn (age 0-28 days) group, infant (age 29 day-1 yr) group, toddler (age 1-3 yr) group, and child (age 4-13 yr) group.Chloral hydrate 50 mg/kg was administrated orally.When the Ramsay score was ≤ 4 points at 30 min after administration, oral chloral hydrate 25 mg/kg or intranasal midazolam 0.1 mg/kg or intranasal dexmedetomidine 1 μg/kg was given as rescue administration.If the Ramsay score was still ≤ 4 points at 30 min after rescue administration, the examination was rescheduled or rescue drugs were given again by the anesthesiologists according to the condition and the urgency of the examination, with the number of administration not exceeding 3 times.The sedation failure was defined that the patients could not complete the diagnostic procedures after administration due to various reasons (including severe respiratory depression, rescheduled examination, parents' refusal to rescue administration, and Ramsay score still ≤ 4 points after 3 times of administration). The success of sedation at first attempt, success of rescue sedation and success of total sedation were recorded.The occurrence of sedation-related adverse events such as coughing, vomiting, allergies and respiratory depression was recorded.Compared with neonate group, the success rate of sedation at first attempt and success rate of total sedation were significantly increased, the incidence of sedation-related adverse events was decreased in infant, toddler and child groups ( P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the parameters mentioned above among infant group, toddler group and child group ( P>0.05). In conclusion, the efficacy of chloral hydrate for sedation is not good when used in neonates undergoing non-invasive diagnostic procedures.

Objective:To investigate the effect of Chaishao-Shugan-Lidan-Paishi Decoction assisted with laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis with gallstones. Methods:According to the random number table method, 198 cases of chronic cholecystitis combined with cholecystolithiasis were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 and were divided into two groups, 99 cases in each group. Laparoscopic cholecystectomy was performed in both group. Then the control group was treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid, and the observation group was treated with Chaishao-Shugan-Lidan-Paishi Decoction on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy was evaluated after the treatment TCM symptoms and signs were scored before and after the treatment; the levels of TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP, gastrin (GAS), motilin (MOT) and somatostatin (SST) were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA, and the adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.9% (94/99), the control group was 82.8% (82/99), the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( χ2=7.364, P=0.007). The score of the right flank pain, the level of upset and irritable condition, the sense of fullness of epigastric cavity, greasiness, nausea and vomiting, belching score after the treatment in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( t values were 7.229, 4.773, 4.442, 2.302, 5.887, 4.235, respectively, P<0.05 or P<0.01). After the treatment, the levels of serum TNF-α, IL-6, hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( t values were 9.330, 18.425, 26.886, respectively, all Ps<0.05), and the levels of serum GAS (104.53 ± 2.13 ng/L vs. 96.61 ± 3.29 ng/L, t=20.106) and MOT (386.60 ± 9.42 ng/L vs. 345.50 ± 12.80 ng/L, t=25.731) in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, SST (40.05 ± 4.39 ng/L vs. 48.42 ± 5.11 ng/L, t=12.362) in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group ( P<0.01). No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period in both groups. Conclusion:Chaishao-Shugan-Lidan-Paishi Decoction assisted laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of chronic cholecystitis with gallstones can improve the clinical symptoms, inhibit inflammation, improve gastrointestinal function, improve clinical efficacy.

[Objective] To study the bacteriological feature of the wound infection of open fracture and supply the reasonable advise to the use of antibacterials. [Methods]One hundred and thirty-six samples were collected from the wound patients with open fracture between January in 2004 and December in 2008. The identification of bacteria and drug sensitive test were carded out by ATP-expression.[Results]One hundred and fifty one isolates were collected from 136 samples. The prevalence of staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, staphylococcus haemolyticus,staphylococcus epidermidis, eolon bacillus were most ,accounting for 17.22%, 13.24%, 11.92%, 9.93%and 9.27% respectively. The prevalence of MRSA was higher than 57.7%.Gram positive coccus , gram negative bacilli and candida accounted for 48.34%, 43.05% and 8.61% respectively. The prevalence of ESBLs was 28.6%. None of gram negative bacilli was found resistant to sulbactam and cefopcrazone. The resistance rate of gram negative bacilli to ampicillin , ampicillin -sulbactam and cephazolme were 71.4%. The rate of resistance of staphylococcus to methicillin was higher than 57.7%.Except vancomycin was not drug-fast, some sensitive antibacterials include cotrimoxazole, nitrofurantion, rifampicm tetracycline.[Conclusion]Endogenic normal flora and conditioned pathogen from the surroundings have become the main pathogens of the wound infection of open fracture. So the early debride and reasonable use of antibacterials would play a positive role in preventing postoperative fracture infection.
