1.THE ARTERIES OF THE HUMAN THORACIC VERTEBRAE
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1955;0(03):-
1)The arteries of the human thoracic vertebrae are studied on 14 cadavers(1 fetus,11 children and 2 adults)by dissection, clearing, and radiography.Their origins, branches, distributions, and their relations to each other on the external surfaces of the vertebrae as well as their numbers, points of entrance, and intravertebral distributions are recorded and studied. 2)All the vertebrae obtain their blood supply, directly or indirectly, from the neighbouring intercostal arteries. In addition, the upper 2 vertebrae receive also the descending branches from the inferior thyroid artery, the subclavian artery, the costo- cervical trunk or the vertebral artery, among which the branches deriving from the inferior thyroid artery occur more frequently. Both the arteries reaching the internal and external surfaces of the vertebral bodies and those distributed to the internal and external surfaces of the vertebral arches divide into ascending and descending branches(the main trunk of the intercostal artery gives rise to a number of upper and lower slender branches over the antero-lateral surfaces of the vertebral body)to supply the adjacent vertebrae. On each side(right and left)the neighbouring ascending and descending branches anastomose longitudinally, and the arteries of the same name on both sides join to form transverse anastomosis. 3)The nutrient arteries of each vertebral body form 3 groups, two of which enter the body through its right and left antero-lateral aspects respectively. The 3rd group pierces the central portion of its posterior aspect. The numbers of the arteries penetrating the antero-lateral aspect of the body vary in different ages;5—6 branches on either side of the body in 4 month fetus, reduced to 3 branches in 1—3 year old children. On the dorsal aspect, the upper ten bodies receive 2 branches each;and the lower twos,3—4 branches. In the spongy bone of the vertebral body, all the arteries of the 3 groups converge and anastomose to each other. 4)The end arteries occur only in the developing cartilaginous regions of the verte- brae.As the ossification proceeds the anastomosis develops in the spongy bone. 5)It is usually found that a nutrient artery enters the vertebral arch from behind through its superio-lateral aspect or near the base of the upper articular process of the vertebra.

Chinese Journal of Nephrology 2011;27(2):124-127
Objective To study the effect of continuous venovenous haemodiafiltration (CVVHDF) on the clearances of various solutes in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS)dogs. Methods Dogs were subjected to hemorrhagic shock plus resuscitation and endotoxemia to set up MODS model, then they were randomly divided into 2 groups: MODS group (M group)and MODS+CVVHDF group (M+C group).A PRISMA pre-dilution system with AN-69 filter was applied.Solute clearance of nitric oxide(NO),urea nitrogen(UN),creatinine (Cr),interleukin-6 (IL-6),interleukin-10 (IL-10),tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and endotoxin (LP) was determined with same dialysate and ultrafiltrate volume during CVVHDF.The clearance of various solutes (Kd) was calculated by the concentration of the cleared solutes in effluents (E) based on the formula Kd=(ExQE)/P.Results Clearances of NO,UN,Cr were greater than those of IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,LP during the treatment of CVVHDF.Conclusion CVVHDF could effectively reduce the levels of various solutes in the development of MODS by convection and absorption.
3.Mining analysis on composition and medication of menstruation prescriptions in Fu Qingzhu's Obstetrics and Gynecology.
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica 2015;40(8):1610-1613
In this paper, menstruation prescriptions were selected from "Fu Qingzhu's Obstetrics and Gynecology" and analyzed by using GRI algorithm, correlation analysis, hierarchical clustering method through SPSS, Clementine and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) inheritance auxiliary systems, in order to screen out 15 menopathy prescriptions, which involve 45 traditional Chinese medicine herbs. In the study, blood-tonifying and qi-tonifying herbs were found to be frequent in the prescriptions. The most frequent single herb was white paeony root, accounting for 9.6% in the total number of prescriptions; The most frequent herb pairs were white paeony root-radix rehmanniae preparata and paeony root-angelica sinensis. Among Fu Shan's menopathy prescriptions, 61 herbal pairs showed a correlation coefficient exceeding 0.05, which evolved into 16 pairs of core combinations. The analysis showed that menopathy prescriptions in volume 1 of "Fu Qingzhu's Obstetrics and Gynecology" focused on tonic traditional Chinese medicines involving liver, spleen and kidney and were adjusted according to changes in qi, blood, cold, hot and wet, which could provide a specific reference for further studies on Fu Shan's academic thoughts and traditional Chinese medicine clinical treatment of menopathy.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(05):-
Purpose Progressive hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (PHICH) is often observed in clinical ward, but its prognosis is undetermined. This study is to investigate the duration and the risk factors of progressive hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods The diagnosis of PHICH was determined by comparing the first and second CT scans.Potential risk factors including the sex, age, location of hematoma, blood pressure, coagulopathy and the duration of admission to the first CT scan were analyzed. Results In a cohort 143 patients, the PHICH were found in 41 cases(28.7%)after the second scan, and among them,32 patients(22.4%)were necessary to perform craniotomy for evacuation of hematoma, most of the PHICH occurred within 24 hours after onset.Older age, thalamus bleeding, high systolic blood pressure within 6 hours, coagulapathy and shorter duration from admission to the first CT scan were the predictors associated with PHICH.Conclusion PHICH occurs in almost 1/4 of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, predominantly in elder, thalamus bleeding, coagulapathy, high systolic blood pressure within 6 hours and shorter duration between onset and the first CT scan.CT examination within 24 hours after admission is crucial to reveal the exact condition of the patient.

Journal of Medical Research 2006;0(08):-
Objective To investigate the expression of osteopontin(OPN) mRNA and its correlation with clinicopathologic features of glioma. Methods The expression of OPN mRNA was detected by semi-quantitive RT-PCR in 60 cases of gliomas and their correspondent normal tissues. The relationship between the relative content of OPN mRNA and clinicopathologic features of glioma was also analyzed. Results The positive rate of OPN mRNA expression was 73.3%(44/60) in our group. The OPN mRNA expression in normal brain tissue was all negative.Furthermore, the OPN mRNA expression was associated with the pathological grade of glioma. All patients were followed up for an average of 12 months. We did observed that the OPN mRNA expression positive group(44 cases) had recurrence in 36 patients and the negative group(16 cases) had only 2 case with recurrence (P

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
To look for a novel micro traumatic and highly effective method to treat arterial and venous occlusive diseases, ultrasonic thrombus ablation technique was applied in 7 cases of arterio sclerosis obstruction (ASO) of the lower limbs and 15 cases of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of the lower limbs. The indications, precautions during the operation, and postoperative treatment were summarized. Recanalization of the vessels was achieved in all the patients without perforation. Angiographic examination showed that the stricture of arteries of the patients with ASO was reduced from (93?12)% to (12?6)%, and their symptoms were remarkably ameliorated. In 15 DVT patient, venous occlusion was reduced from 100% to (8?2)% on angiogram, and edema of their limbs subsided. We consider ultrasonic thrombus ablation is an effective, safe, and minimally traumatic treatment modality for arterial and venous occlusive diseases.

Objective To research patients with ophthalmologic perioperative information systems, strengthening the information management of nursing work, achieving consensus and sharing of health care information resources, and then to explore the clinical application effects of this ophthalmologic peri- opera-tive information systems. Methods The convenient sampling method was used in the study. The control group was consisted of 1 740 patients in our hospital from January to March 2013 (before the application of ophthalmologic perioperative information systems). The observation group included 2 078 patients of the same hospital (after the application of ophthalmologic perioperative information systems). The control group adopted routine pre- operative information acquisition method, the observation group applied ophthalmologic perioperative information systems, which included input function, reading function and statistical function. The incidence rate of canceled operation and satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Ophthalmologic peri- operative information systems provided patients with information gathering, query and analysis in different periods. The rate of the canceled operation reduced in the observation group from 3.74% (65/1 740) to 2.69% (56/2 078) in the control group, χ2=3.91, P<0.05. The satisfaction degree increased from 91.84 % (1 598/1 740) in the observation group to 96.78% (2 011/2 078) in the control group, χ2=44.60, P<0.05, the difference was statistically different. The hospitalization days from April to September in 2013 shortened compared with those of the same period in 2012. Conclusions Ophthalmologic peri- operative information systems promotes the scientific and informatization of nursing information, which is worthy of wide clinic application.
